It is a very nice mall! Very clean and well organized. Excellent location, the shops are within walking distance from a lot of the nearby hotels, and very accessible by walking, taxi, and by bus! This is an outdoors shopping mall, so time is very important for deciding the best time to go. I recommend going in the late afternoons when the sun is not as strong. The mall is very modern, very Americanized. Most of the stores are also in the United States! This is not a good place to buy souvenirs, prices are just as high as in the States. You can find better prices elsewhere! It is a good place to walk around, eat some food, relax, and enjoy a hour or two walking and browsing through the stores! I took pictures of some of the store I have not seen in the states!

Wow what s gorgeous mall. This mall is a must-see for those visiting Puerto Vallarta. The mall has a mini island (thus "la isla") inside of it with more shops. There is also a turtle pond with a bunch of turtles just happily hanging around. Across from them is a koi pond as well. This mall fits the touristy aesthetic but is practical with the stores it has. There are even souvenir stores.

Easy location if in the Nuevo Vallarta hotel area. Perfect for items you forgot at home. It has a little market, restaurants, trendy shops, laundry facility.Not the cheapest items but cheaper than taking a taxi to Puerto Vallarta. City bus stops right in front if heading north or south.

There were a number of vacant shops which puts a damper on shopping. The grocery store and pharmacy are well stocked with the items tourists staying in the nearby condos will need. Staff there are very helpful and will deliver your groceries to your condo for a tip.

Supermarket - FYI Scam?? Read about a scam where people shortchange you and I experienced it at this supermarket today. Handed the lady $500 pecos for $70 worth of goods and she entered it in as $400 and gave me $330 change. I asked her why she did that to me and she corrected by grabbing $100 from the till but no apology. I'm not clear due to language barrier if it was a mistake but the way she reacted with a coworker I would say it wasn't. Receipt was rang in incorrectly as $400. If you work hard for your money and want to keep it, watch out for this place. Too bad as it has an amazing selection.

Stopped in at the Birkenstock and Pandora stores; products are almost double the price from Canada. Be careful and remember that this mall is in resort row and right next to the cruise ship terminal. Nothing will be cheap and no bargaining.

This is a nice outdoor mall in the central area of Puerto vallarta. It was a nice walk from the Fiesta Americana resort. The mall is well kept and has nice stores for shopping. There are a few restaurants including Häagen-Dazs and Starbucks. There is a souvenir store as well. There is a turtle pond with a few turtles - nice photo spot. One can spend about 2hrs easily. There are a few vendors who might approach with a sales pitch on their hotels and resorts.

The mall is modern, and there are a few familiar stores to Americans like Forever 21 and H&M, but overall I wasn’t impressed by the selection. As someone who doesn’t shop at those stores though I found it difficult to find a nice outfit.

Theres lots of cute little kiosks and vendors as well! We loved checking this place out. Every store seems to have AC but as the mall itself is not enclosed the pathways can be real toasty. Regarding wheelchairs, some stores have a "lip" to step up into but most of the big stores have ramps. Thankfully most people here are friendly and helpful if they see you having a hard time. I absolutely love all the tree and fountain decor. It feels very tropical while shopping.
