Been here to update my hard disk , the approach to service centre is very shady . Also , the lady sitting at the desk is rude and quoted the prices up and above to the market price. I won’t recommend to waste your time there

Too much unprofessional staff.I was totally fooled by their staff I wanted rtx3050 and one the person from staff showed me gtx1650 and I didn't recognized that first and when the loan got approved i noticed that and I had to pay more for their mistake.Staff is worst than the government office staff only the guy sitting upstairs is cooperative and an expert I would never prefer anyone this shop

One of the worst exclusive store experience i have ever had. I bought a laptop and at first all seemed to be good but the billing was done in a rush and the regular complementary options were not given. I had a plan to buy a printer as well which when clubbed would have got a discount by just using my card for the same bill but since the payment was rushed this was missed. In short the seller executive did a very bad job and highly unprofessional. Better visit some other hp exclusive store. And if u still have to visit be very careful with all details in writing before you pay.

Experience with HP service center in Sadashiv peth was very good. Specially I would like to thank Mr. Shankar for all his dedication towards his work. Also he was very cooperative by nature. There was very much shortage of display cable everywhere in the market but still he tried a lot and took lots of efforts and made it available and finally repaired my laptop successfully on time. I would highly recommend this HP service center to all.

Experience with the HP world was not good . The sales person told me about all the possible offers and gave me a great deal. After purchasing they set up my laptop. But I am facing a problem with my laptop then I talked with the store but the same problem was with the display model so they are not accepting that this is a problem. It is related to sound. My model is Envy bf0085tu so you can skip this model.

This HP world's store is great but their service center is totally trash. They don't troubleshoot your laptop properly. In my case my laptop was showing a blank black screen but was turning on, they told me that the display of my laptop was faulty, I took back my laptop and then troubleshooted it myself and found out that it was not booting because of a failed SSD and the display was completely fine. So don't go to this service center instead go to the official HP service center at JM Road.
