I think it is best one on lakshami chowk. I visited this many times and found the taste same all time. Desi Chicken Karahi cooked with desi ghee or makhan and black pepper is so delicious. Ambience and sitting arrangement is very beautiful. Specially when you’re sitting on 3rd floor and you observe orange train going nearby.

Butt Karahi by Nadeem Butt is one of the most popular food point of interior Lahore. It is located in the middle of real Lahori Khabay. You will see many Butt Karahi shops in the surrounding but the real one is located on the edge of Nisbat road and MacLeod road. They have upgraded it to proper restaurant with great views of the city and Orange Line Metro Train. People prefer to reserve the table of city view. Food quality and service is already excellent. They have now made multiple branches in Lahore and outside but the taste and quality of food of the main branch is remarkable. Excess to this branch has now became very easy due to orange Line metro train. I strongly suggest everyone who is visiting Lahore must have food at Butt Karahi Lakshami Chowk.

Butt Karahi is one of the most special and well known places for desi food lovers. It is one of the old and famous places in Lahore. Their Mutton Karahi is just amazing. The meat is well cooked and you can enjoy the tenderness of the meat while you enjoy the great taste. Their Chicken karahi is also the best in Lahore and it has its own taste. The service is also good and the staff is very cooperative. The indoor sitting area seems a little congested, but overall gives a good feel. You can take your family there as they have a family sitting area too. Highly recommended for the Karahi lovers.

The food was great. I tried the normal Karachi without butter. Took 25 minutes to serve. The quantity was enough to serve 3 to 4 persons. I also ordered steam chicken which tasted great. Overall great value for money and nice ambience.

For the guys who love to eat desi food like mutton karahi and desi chicken karahi, Butt Karahi by Nadeem particularly is one of the best place to visit while being in Lahore. You have to order fresh, mean they would cut the meat in front of you as per your choice and then prepare it for eat. Their taste, quality, and quantity are good. Their service level is also okay. There are two fronts for their building, one is right facing Lakshami chowk and it has good sitting and embience where the other side need improvement.

Pros -this is THE original Butt Karahi, there are about 40 imposters lol. service was brilliant. Each roti brought separately as soon as it was cooked,.meaning always hot roti and naan. Mutton Karahi was excellent and very tender. Place very clean. Plenty of room. Cons - 40 minute waiting time. Prices far too expensive for the food served. No high chair for babies. The one high chair they had was broke. And posed a serious safety concern so we couldn't even use it. It was for older children not babies. Chicken Karahi was tiny pieces of chicken and bone. Some boneless.chinls would have been nice. Overall half the chicken is bones. Verdict - They made the most out of the brand. I'm sure at one point this was the place.to.go to but sadly not very good value for money as you can get better Karahi elsewhere.

Butt Karahi never fails to impress with its delicious taste and spicy kick. Top of the Line Mutton Karahi was super tasty with Fresh Green salad 🥗 and perfect combination of Roti 🫓.

The atmosphere was good, achi ambiance thi but taste was so yuck. Allah jane asli wali Butt Karahi hai kon c, tasted many Butt karahis but all are zero. United Restaurant ki karahi is se much better hai. Couldn't take pictures as bhook bht lgi thi. If you really wanna enjoy Karahi, visit United Restaurant in Garhi Shahu, you'll love it. And their mutton karahi is so yummy

Yaha sy Maghaz khaya tha, but this time the taste was not good as per my taste. I can't recommend this. 1 plat maghaz 2 ladies k liey thek ha but gents k liey nahi.. They need to improve their taste. Thanks

The food portion was the best part. The karahi was tasty and in a large amount. We were a group of 6 and ate heartily with some karahi still left at the end. There are three options for karahi. 2k for broiler chicken, 4k for desi chicken and mutton. Now onto the problems; it was crowded. We had to wait around 20 minutes to be seated. The salad portion was small. Imagine tea saucer. That was the plate they served the salad in. 1 slice of beetroot, two slices of tomato and the rest was just onion. Now service, we ordered 6 naans but were served rotis instead. At the end, we requested the leftovers to be packed up. Came home and found out they didn't pack the naan and raita...
