Metro Bus Station increased the value of project. The affordability and standard development work makes the site attract able for public.

    It is still under construction. The management plans to complete it by December 2022. All the studio apartments (one bedroom) are sold out. You may get a two bedroom apartment or three bedroom apartment. Or you may look for a reseller if you really want to get an apartment here. It is situated at the entrance to Faisal Town. It would fall in F 18 if the area is merged into Islamabad.
