Worst experience. Never come to this hospital, they care more about money than their patients. Very bad management, no system, Very bad bathrooms with no soap or disinfection. Everyone show attitude, they dont even try to calm their patients. Worst of all is the main doctor named dr. Kamran Tariq, he showed very much attitude and did not even try to inform his patients of their condition. When you try to talk with him, he show attitude and dont give time to their patients. When asked about the situation of the patient because of lack of information, he got angry and discharged the patient. I do not recommend this doctor. In addition the nurses showed attitude aswell. They did not use gloves, no disinfection liquid and asked me to help them do their work. Only one female doctor named Dr. Mail Arshad was cooperative and gave me clear information about the situation of the patient. She was calm and supportive. I would give her 5 Stars. My overall experience is bad. I do not recommend this hospital.

Do not choose Dr. Muhammad Khan for any kind of surgery. He has no current knowledge and technique. he even perform surgery without reading diagnostic reports. He is really a dishonest person with his duty. Rude behavior and he must be a plumber instead of surgeon. He perform my undue surgery. Even a surgeon should advise other test to know the exact problem but he did not read the patient report if patient said it verbally. Really pathetic and dishonest with his profession.

I am in the US right now. I am writing to where these butchers killed my aunt a few days ago. She went for a small hip surgery for a broken femur bone. She passed away during surgery saying the blood pressure sky rocketed. Which is a bunch of nonsense that it does not happen in such surgery. The only way something like this happens is because of an embolism which they said that it didn't. They said surgery was done and took the money and my aunt hadn't changed into a.gown and was in shalwar Kameez. Did they perform the surgery in COVID in a shalwar Kameez?! This is unbelievable. They can't during the surgery and said to sign waiver to release them of any liability. If you are reading this and plan to go or take your loved ones here khuda ka wasta stay away from this hospital. I wish I could get an investigation against them lodged some how.

Worst private hospital of Faisalabad with unprofessional staff,doctor's with extremely worst attitude and very expensive as per their service standard. Especially their ICU lacks in all the specialities i.e well trained staff,24hrs alert duty doctor's,patient look after,medical equipments.They qre just runing their ICU like a normal ward,where the attendants have to look after their patients in every case especially at night time.All the duty staff are in practice to take nap around late in night where the attendants have to manage all the work of their patients. Mr.Khalid Ameen the worst doctor ever seen who is not having any respect for the patient or the attendants like how to treat and guide them abt their patient condition in a proper manner. Dr Farooq Ahmad(so called Surgeon) performed and charged Rs.9500....afte one week I had to take my son to another doctor for correct operation. We are using Faisal Hospital, FSD for the last 2 years. Our baby son was born in an other private hospital, due to their negligence the baby became serious. Then the baby was admitted to Faisal Hospital for a few days. All the necessary tests were carried out. Pneumonia was diagnosed. We found the Doctors and staff very cooperative and professional. The baby recovered from pneumonia in a few days. Since then we take him to Faisal Hospital for follow up check ups. He is fine Alhamdulillah. For the last 2 years we bring all our patients to Faisal Hospital. There is no doubt the hospital is expensive but we all know they have to pay salaries to all the staff, to look after the building and equipment, and also have to pay all sort of bills too. The hospital management should set up an account for less fortunate patients and well off people should donate zakat, sadaqaat etc generously towards the good cause (even this facility should be for outpatients). Rates charged in comparison to the services offered by the hospital is too high. Staff particularly nursing staff is non professional, never follow health and safety protocols, water in the tap is saline and never safe for health, apparently help the pharmacies adjacent to the hospital in making more money, janitorial services are not bad. I would not recommend this hospital if other options are available.

I visiting ds place currently, staff, nurses doctors are admirable even d cleanliness of wards but toilets are smelly n there is a tap in children ward dat is running fastly for last more than 48 hours n nothing has been done even after complaining. Ds waste of water in ds era???
