Administration trying to maintain discipline and corona precautions but due to the extra ordinary rush, it is difficult to maintain. Staff is professional and co-operative. In Hall # 2 one of the staff member was serving water in disposable glasses that is normally rare at such places. Overall it was clean and aesthetically maintained Only cost that you will pay is your medicine. Doctor Rehan diagnosed cataract in her right eye and just wrote it on the slip in illigible hand writing and did not consult the patient about her disease.Upon asking, he insulted my mother. My mother being diabetic and heart patient, just listened to her quietly and went out. Upon getting out, the staff guy kept on asking us to get the operation date but did not mention whats wrong with the patient. When my brother asked him about why we should take the date the staff guy became loud and started shouting. Then, A person sitting nearby read the slip and explained it to us.Later on in the evening, i consulted another opthalmologist who told me that Doctor Rehan didnt even check or mentioned my mother's right eye retina as she is a diabetic patient so her right retina has to be checked as well. If this sort of incomplete and ill behaved consultation i am getting after wait of 4 hours then please donot put the burden on a reputable organization like Mughal Steels by claiming "Sab Acha Hai", they must be shown the reality how doctors here are fullfilling their duties irresponsibly. Indeed, it is has a very good hygenic building but incompetent staff is a black spot on this hospital.

My father went there met some doctor he told my father that he needs a lens surgery then after a month he went there again this time he met doctor Sumera. She miss diagnosed my father and was so rude. She told him he has infection, when in real he needed an eye lens surgery. Doctor Sumera misguided us, I don’t have any trust in this hospital now.

It's a great hospital having best doctors in town for eye related diseases/issues. I always recommend my friends and family to get treatment here for all eye related issues. It's Trust Hospital and charge no fee of course for OPD and also no charges for any operates, if needed. But you get elite and satisfactory treatment here. Hospital Runs in two shifts, morning 7am to 1pm and Evening shift runs from 4pm to 7pm. Morning shift is rushy but everything is systematic so you get your turn early and staff in morning is experienced one. Evening shift is less rushy but staffed seemed to be junior when I visited (I might be wrong but I felt this in my recent visit in the evening). A private parking is available nearby so you don't need to worry if you are visiting hospital on your personal vehicle.

All the facilities are good but the weight time is huge,for first time you have to wait in cue for 4 different areas then you will be able to meet the doctor. And one more thing only check ups are free but even for blood sugar test from there laboratory they charge you 5000 Rs and the senior doctor didn't even saw the sugar test report. And one more thing they suggested a 1 lack Rs injection to my grandfather but the results were not guaranteed.
