A disappointing and frustrating experience. We booked a room in the hotel for two days, of which we eventually had to cut back to one. At the time of writing this review the hotel is new and is only 3 weeks old (as per staff comments). Following are my experience from the check-in to checkout 1. We booked the room with the window, on arrival we were told that this room isn't available as AC is not working (new hotel?) 2. We were allotted another room which had a broken mirror, and a friendly mouse who would make errands the whole night from lobby to room via the door. Have alerted front desk of this issue, got no response. 3. Whenever we need to leave the hotel we need to give back our keys to front desk (state of art procedure never seen in India before) 4. On 2nd day morning, we were requested to vacate the room and move to another room (which had a technician in it fixing something). We politely accepted the request and moved our luggage to common area (as guided by front desk) since another room still had technician in it. This is 11 AM in the morning, our luggage is with front desk in common area (accessible to anyone and everyone). Since we had plans to go out at 11, staff told us they will move the luggage when room is ready. 5. We come back to hotel at 9 PM, a total of 10 hrs have passed, and our luggage is still lying in the open in the comman area. Amazing. Front desk tells us that they were too busy the whole day to move our luggage to the room as they promised. Management? Who will be responsible if our luggage was lost? 6. Moved in the new room only to find that the lock is not working properly and at 10 in the night we are locked inside our room and were only able to get out after the staff came and put some real effort to unlock. Cherry on the cake, the telecom of the room was broken, so basically no way to reach the front desk for help while you are locked inside. A hotel is not just about fancy rooms (with broken stuff), it's also about hospitality, management, and attitude. Get it right.

Pathetic behaviour of staff.. we have already booked our room.. but after going to the place they denied for us to checkin into the property because as per them oyo has given us offer in low rate .and they offered us to shift in there another property.. which is worst from this... and they wanted to charge more from us.. they are just looting people.. worst experience.. would not recommend anyone to go there..

When it comes to safety for women in this hotel it’s absolutely not a good place because I was harassed by the staff and by the men over there . There is a lot of illegal things that happen in the hotel and trust me you’ll never be safe here.

I recently stayed in this hotel for 3 days and it was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Service of this hotel particularly is the worst part of all. On every day there were problems like no water or AC not working properly. And when we asked them to provide AC remotes they denied it saying "We don't give remotes", which basically means everytime you need to change the settings of the AC you need to call the reception, ask for the remote and so on.

This hotel had filthi-est room i have ever visited. First of all they charged us before we even saw the room. It had spider webs in the corners. Washroom was despicable. It was like mosquito bed all over the bathroom and bedroom and the floor of the bathroom was completely stained, dint even feel like getting in there for a wash-up. Dirty and sticky floors. It was a sudden booking so could not thoroughly check out the genuine reviews about the place. I ordered only 3 cups of tea after going into the room and when the tea came to the room, the tea was all dripped out of the cup. All 3 cups were stained of tea and taste was not good either. I was tired so i drank but it was not good. The whole night we were only killing mosquitoes in the room. While checking out i told the reception person to give us the bill of tea we had, he said no ma'am it doesn't show that you have to pay anything and a number came to my mobile following which we left. After we reached a bit far he called me again and told me that i did not pay for tea so he cannot check out the room for me so either i need to come back or paytm him the amount. I told him i cannot come back and its his fault that inspite of me asking him about the tea charges he did not tell me. He dint say anything and just got off the phone and i am sitting there asking him what to do, such disrespect. Previously, i have stay in OYO rooms and they were good. People were courteous and helpfully. Here, it was a completely neglected place. I hope actions will be taken to get a good OYO standard for there as well.

Parking facility is not good. Staff is nice and helpful and understandable. The room was neat and clean but the washroom was not clean. In room dining takes the last order at 10:30 PM. The food quality is okayish. The TV has a room with Airtel dishtv installed which shows less channels. There is a small wardrobe for luggage. Check-in time is after 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. The price of food is reasonable plus taxes. The rooms are smoking rooms. You can bring your own liquor and hookah. They do not allow visitors. They have a good air conditioning system of Llyod.

Worst worstttt stay ever.I wanna give negative stars to them but unfortunately there is not that option. They dont even provide towel and waterbottle. They give things after asking for them a alot. Television in room isn't working. Ac control is full on reception hand, they don't provide ac remote, you can't switch off or on the ac and cant conttol the temperature. Don't have their own kitchen, have to eat food from outside. Uncleaned room, cigarette ashes are there all over the room, smells in room, Ac leaks because of what my room became a swimming pool.They talk very nicely over call and increase prices when you reach there. Rude manager on reception. Overall very very poor hotel. Im not gonna recommend this to anyone.

Worse hotel to stay. Rooms are good but the service is very poor and in trained staff. I will never suggest any one to stay in in this hotel.

Worst experience ever. Irresponsible staffs. No water in shower 20 minutes taken to full a 15ltr bucket. TV Not working. AC completely in reception's hand, even you can't switch off/on . No temperature controll either off/on.

The interior and room designs are just fabulous I was feeling like m in a 4 star property. Its was not Even a little bit like oyo. The room was spacious but yes ac was not working . Then they changed the room within 10 minutes. So my overall experience was good

the services and the room is very nice they would be providing couple friendly rooms also. which is very required by the youth the prices are reasonable for one night stay as they are allowing a couple friendly atmosphere over here. you can get everything around the hotel as nearby McDonald's is present just beneath the hotel room and also their are lot of small shops where you cam find your daily needs as per the requirements.

It's a scam... They ask to pay again.. Even after paying.. 1k scam frm my side.. N don't know how many they have scammed

Before I left, I paid off all the bills. My guest called me while I was driving home to let me know they need to be paid. I informed the staff that I had already paid and could provide the payment information, but they instead called the individual who had made the reservation on my behalf.

Hotel Dev place is good living rooms and good facility and clean is better

The hotel is awesome with great service and mindblowing food. We booked more than 10 rooms and got great service from the staff. We even forgot our gold earrings at the hotel and a staff member named Aruneet gave it to the concerned authority and made sure we were contacted and got them back. Overall the hotel is 10/10.
