I wish there was a lower rating. The food here was pathetic and the staff was extremely rude. Fareed khan managed our marriage function and the management was very poor. The food served was cold and tasteless. They didn't bother to improve it even after multiple complaints. I won't recommend the place to anyone as it is a waste of money and time and will only result in disappointing you on your special day.

Extremely Not recommended. When you want to book the venue they will be calling again and again. No food testing was done after many reminders. They promised to provide everything in the menu but gave only a few things in the menu. Fake promises are done to do booking. The setup was changed after paying an extra amount of 50k. Again they ask to spend 21k more for the decoration. The service staff was good but had pathetic management. Floors / Rooms and washrooms were filthy. Again saying If you want to ruin your function then go ahead and book it. Else spend a few more bucks and go for some other venue.

We were back from Manali and reached the hotel at a non-conventional time frame and management were much helpful with arranging a room for us and allowed us to have a breakfast on the same day as we had a early flight back to home on the next day. One of best places I stayed in while. Staffs from each department were well-behaved and professional in their tasks.

We had a Birthday Function recently with this property and we are happy with the kind of services they provided. The food was good and tasty but the services of breads is little slow but OK. The staff was polite and helpful. We had a good experience in dealing with Ketan who treated us as his own family member and went beyond to his limit and served us in a very gentle manner. Went there to attend the marriage function. Boutique size is for about 100 -150 people. Beautiful decoration,The washroom is clean. The starter , drinks and chat served was good and tasty whereas the main course was average.

Wallet parking service is tooo greedy for tips. They don't handover keys and keep telling you stories till the time you tip them with ₹50 or ₹100 and keep embarrassing you. Rest everything great about this venue

Our interactions with the manager, Ketan Manchanda, were nothing short of a disappointment. It was evident that the promises made during the booking process were not honored. Incident: Roof Collapse During Dinner - An Unforgettable Embarrassment: The most shocking and disgraceful incident of the evening was when the roof of the bartender area literally broke down, causing water to flow all over the area in front of all the guests during dinner. This was an utterly shameful and embarrassing situation that marred the event and left everyone in disbelief. The fact that Ketan Manchanda allowed such a hazardous situation to occur speaks volumes about his incompetence and utter disregard for the safety and satisfaction of the guests. From the very beginning, we had discussed and paid for an elaborate flower decoration for the walls and the roof. However, our expectations were far from met. Ketan Manchanda not only failed to deliver on our agreed-upon decorations but also had the audacity to deny ever agreeing to such a decoration, leaving us dismayed. The staff's negligence was evident as they failed to decorate the entrance and the party hall adequately. There was not even a signboard to display the names of the bride and groom, a fundamental oversight that was entirely Ketan Manchanda's responsibility. The incompetence of the staff extended to the food service. As the bride's brother, I had specific requests for the food menu, which, according to the waiter, was readily available. However, the waitstaff exhibited laziness and a complete lack of professionalism, failing to serve the items I had requested, leaving me, as a guest and a close family member, unsatisfied and frustrated. The delay in starting the music was another disappointing incident. My sister, the bride, was waiting on the stage for the DJ to commence, but the delay extended to a shocking 20 minutes. The DJ's equipment was so outdated that it couldn't even play a single song. To add insult to injury, the DJ's response to my sister's concerns was nothing short of rude, advising her to wait patiently. Beyond these issues, the overall condition of the venue was unhygienic and far from the clean and welcoming environment we expected. The decor was nonexistent, contradicting our prior discussions and agreements. When we attempted to address these problems with Ketan Manchanda, he was conspicuously absent. Despite our repeated attempts to summon him, he was nowhere to be found. His complete absence in times of crisis underscored his lack of professionalism and accountability. My Cousin had his engagement over here and we helped organise and set it up along with our family. Everything was delivered just like we had requested and on time! The food, service and ambience was amazing. The staff and management were very helpful and went above and beyond to make the occasion a success.

Attended my cousin's wedding at Tivoli, the entire stay was very smooth and I experienced no issues whatsoever. The food was amazing, and the staff were very nice and accommodating. They also all wore masks and practiced social distancing, which was very nice. Would definitely recommend for hosting events.

We visit this hotel, Its always been a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good but we normally eat the buffet at Citrus. It is superb, Excellent service too.

Hosted a wedding event here and it was nothing less than exceptional. Special thanks to the staff and banquet team. Rooms are large and perfect for guests and family staying. Snacks and main course served was organised by Tivoli Group and was up to expectations - guests loved the Indian cuisine and desserts. Outstanding service. The staff here are so courteous and well-behaved. They go above and beyond to help their customers with various things such as luggage services, printing services etc. Room service is fantastic, rooms are spacious and well maintained. I booked it for my niece's birthday party and it went so well. The banquet in it self is so beautiful and clean. The food was also pretty good. The best thing was - the staff and management. My brother had his engagement party last week here, and it was very well organized by the staff. Very happy with the accommodation and rooms, because I was skeptical at first. You never know if a place in Delhi is going to be good or not, but I can gladly say that Tivoli treated us well. Sanitation was good, and I felt safe since the staff was wearing face masks. Would definitely recommend for hosting events.
