I booked ATB private airport transfers to and from Budapest Airport. The booking process was easy. The price was good value, and most importantly, the drivers for both transfers were on time and friendly. The vehicles were also great. I will definitely use again!

A little wait (around 10mins)when we got the airport at Budapest but nothing major at all. The driver was ever so pleasant and gave us some tips on where to go and things to do. He arrived exactly on time collect us for the return journey to the airport and was the same friendly smiling person as before. I would definitely use this company again.

Simple booking process. ATB staff was waiting at Budapest airport arrivals with my name. Good quality, clean vehicle and swift transfer to our city centre hotel. Return trip to airport was equally good. The driver arrived in good time and got us to the airport quickly in high quality vehicle.

We used this company for an airport transfer. We were very late in booking but they responded very quickly and we were very happy with their good communication, helpful driver and clean vehicle. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we return to Budapest

We were a group of 6 people and, as our plane was at a moment in the night when metros and busses didn't work, we didn't have other choice than to get an transfer. We filled in the online form, waited for a confirmation in the email, then confirmed the reservation and at the exactly precise time the car arrived to pick us up. Everything went very smoothly, so we were very satisfied with the service. My only recommendation on the future is to be able to pay via POS or with an online payment, not cash.

As a female traveler, I tend to do a lot of research and want to be as cautious as possible. ATB was a great service to get to and from the airport! Although my driver didn’t speak a ton of English, it was still a flawless experience. Highly recommend using ATB. After I tried booking 2 other companies with both bookings failing, I was nervous to try again but after I booked online, I quickly received an email explaining everything. Flight day I received a whatsapp from our driver advising he had arrived. He was very friendly and his car nice and clean. Extremely reasonable price as well. Stress free experience.

Our transportation to and from the airport was flawless. Adjustments had to be made to my pick-up time at the airport because my flight arrived late. Additionally, I had to make changes to the pick-up time and location for my return trip to the airport. All of these changes were handled quickly and with ease. The drivers helped us with loading and unloading the luggage and were timely. Everything was perfect!

I have been using the services of ATB for several years now and can only be positive about it. Booking in advance via the website is easy and the price of the ride is immediately clear. That price is fair and comparable to those of other providers. The cars are clean and well maintained. ATB's 'two step confirmation', which is required to complete the online booking, may seem a bit exaggerated, but it ensures that both your email address and your mobile phone number are verified so that communication runs smoothly after arrival in Budapest. Upon arrival at Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, the driver will send you as soon as your feed kissed the Hungarian soil instructions via SMS where you will meet, usually in the area just in front the exit of the arrival hall. Delay of your flight is annoying for you, but not a problem for ATB. Your flight will be monitored and the driver will wait if necessary. The drivers I met so far where friendly and helpful. I must admit, their English is not always wonderful (why should it be, you're in Hungary!) but if you have the guts to drop some words in (even bad, like me) Hungarian... Well, that smile on their faces spontaneously becomes worth gold! What else do you need? ATB: Good service, I definitely will use again.

Everything went well - booking process, pick-up and drop-off. Cars were clean and drivers very kind and helpful. Booked on Airport Transfer Budapest website, after a prompt reply we approved the booking by whatsap. Our flight delayed, but Attila our driver was waiting for us. When our plane landed, we received a message from him, with the instructions and he was there for us in 2 minutes at the described pick-up point. He helped us with the luggage and then we had a comfortable 30-minute ride to our hotel. He was right there for us some days later (even a few minutes earlier) when we were picked up back to the airport, and we also had a pleasant trip. We discussed with him that we will go to Budapest again next year and we would like to travel with them even then. Excellent service. I recommend it to all my friends!

Easy booking. Excellent service all round. The driver kept in touch on arrival with WhatsApp, giving us directions etc. Lovely clean car, paid by credit card on inward journey. Driver gave clear instructions for pickup on return journey. Pleased with the value for money, travel company wanted to charge twice as much. Has encouraged me to use an independent service in the future.

From the moment I made the initial booking request I knew I was in safe hands. I received a really clear, detailed email with simple instructions as to how to confirm my request. Upon landing at Budapest airport I received a WhatsApp message from the driver advising his car make, model & registration and he would be there shortly. I paid in cash at our destination and received a voucher for the return leg. For the return, our driver was running a few minutes behind but as he was messaging me on WhatsApp I was not concerned. The driver was really friendly and was telling us about the sights and city on the return journey. Made it to the airport with plenty of time spare. Highly recommended!!

We traveled with my Family to Budapest and booked a transfer to our apartment. It was very easy to find the pick up place and we got every information clearly and just in time. After 5 Minutes our driver arrived, he was very polite and friendly and also helped with all the luggages. We were picked up with a Mercedes Van, it was clean, comfy and we also had a child seat for our two years old as we ordered. I would clearly book again and we are looking forward to our transfer back to the Airport. These kind of service meets a high level European standard.

Had looked at reviews and booked this service last week for my 85 year old mum and I from the Airport to our Hotel. A little tad confusing making sure I had all the numbers and emails correctly to be contacted through WhatsApp but this is so you are totally safe and ask the driver to quote the number you are given so you know you are in safe hands. A totally fantastic company. Switch on your phone and you have a message from your driver telling you to text as soon as you've got your luggage and where to stand outside the terminal. We paid at our hotel through a travel card and got our receipt for our return journey, just make sure you have the right time for your return journey so you're not at the airport too early. It's a good 30 mins and we paid 23,700 hungarian forints and we'll worth it. Drivers were friendly and I would definitely recommend this company 👌 😁

Very polite and quality service, premium Mercedes van transfer I've have ordered a transfer with fixed price ahead and no prepay! The price was a little higher than in other services but I decided to take that because of the high rating and reviews. Wasn't expected much for this price , but surprisingly black premium Mercedes with leather seats got us both ways. I was feeling like a celeb traveling in such van. All the communication with drivers was done in English via Whatsupp, it was very comfortable. Definitely recommended, five stars! Thank you

Excellent transfer. Easy to use website. Rapid response from ATB confirming airport transfer. Transport arrived a few minutes early and whatsapp messaged to say he had arrived at arranged pickup point and was ready whenever we were ready. Driver friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious vehicle. Overall I was very impressed with the service and took all the stress out of what is usually a stressful part of travel (with a family and multiple bags).

The driver was there on time. We travelled in a Mercedes van (3 adults and two children in car seats). Plenty of space and clean car. The ride was smooth and quick to Liszt Ferenc Airport.

Awful experience all round. The mini bus driver phoned me as soon as we landed and shouted at me very aggressively on the phone, literally not letting me get a word in, because our flight arrived 30 mins late. He then left and we waited for another bus driver to get us. When he picked us up he spent the entire journey trying to pressure us into buying tickets for guided bus tours of Budapest. After the 10th time of telling him we were not interested he finally took the hint. When we arrived at the apartment we were then basically dumped out into the street and not even pointed in the right direction. When he realised he couldn't get any money out of us in the form of these guided tours he lost all interesting in being pleasant with us. Terrible experience. Now the business owner has responded to this review with aggression and threats of litigation, further highlighting how shady this company is. Take some responsibility for your terrible business.

We traveled to Budapest in November and used this service between the airport and our downtown hotel. We are very satisfied with the whole service. Easy booking, great customer support. Friendly drivers on both ways with nice cars. Perfect. We recommended to anyone, as to our friends who are coming to Hungary in December.

Took 15mins to get through to inform them we had landed as the phone line was constantly engaged, we then waited 30mins in the cold to be collected from the airport after being told on 3 different phonecalls ‘the driver was round the corner’. Transfer back to the airport never turned up, called 15mins after our collection time to be told they had no drivers available, when I asked what I was supposed to do, they sent a local taxi. Who knows how long we would have waited if I didn't call them. We got to the airport less than an hour before our flight. Avoid, waste of money, public transport cheaper and more reliable.

Great and easy to use service. Good price. Only bad point was the state of the vehicle we were collected in. Thankfully the driver didn’t have to make any emergency stops as the brakes were goosed!
