5 stars for the super nice shopping assistant who helped me find my comfy pyjamas.

Mass lingerie and bathing suits. Very enthusiastic staff. Upselling attempts but not intrusive. Just be direct about what you like and what you don't. Don't like their company policy about the briefs price discrepancy: the black and the more popular colours are €5 more expensive than the least sold colours on the rack rate in spite of the discounts during the sales. I prefer to be told about this before picking the colours as it comes across as dodgy. I visit France 2-3x a year but don't think I will visit their stores again as there are plenty of alternatives.

the second time I come for a corset, and they are out of stock. on the mannequin my size, I say "this is my size, I want to buy this corset on the mannequin." they refuse to sell it to me. I say “you need to sell the product, you don’t have this product in stock, why is it on display, why can’t they sell it to me.” say "rules". this is the first time I meet such rules where they advertise things that are not available and it is not possible to buy !!!!! better go immediately to another store, so as not to waste time and mood.

Made an order on 8th of January with a delivery to Germany. Today is 20th and no sign of any delivery processing. No one in the support of the company knows where the package is
