I've waited for 1,5h for my food and have not received my order and no refund for that.

Received a code which was not working, and after trying to contact them to find out why, we were told it has expired, even though it was supposed to be working from 6 pm, and we placed an order at 8 pm. Censored our negative comment for the restaurant who did not deliver the order. Oh yeah, and it took 1598452 calls to get reimbursed. Thanks for nothing!

Very disappointing customer service. We are in France temporary. The fist time we ordered no food ever arrived, no explanation was given but they did return our money. A few days later, we ordered again from Just Eat and this time they refused to deliver and refused refund as we don't have a local #. They had no reason to call us as it is an easy place to find and we were watching out the window for the driver the entire time. Very upset that they will not return my money. Feels fraudulent!

Terrible service ! Food came 1,5 hours late and was cold. Just eat didn’t compensate (Customer service Guy named Chris). Even The restaurants explained not to use just eat as they Are not reliable. don't order with just eat just ask the restaurants in France

Food arrives 70minutes after expected delivery time, which was 50 minutes after order, total of 2hours to get food from a restaurant litteraly 8minutes away ! This is a joke!

I have been waiting for 2 hours and nothing happens. Next time I got myself to the restaurant and get the food directly myself. Seems like I got punished for wanting the delivery service. This Just Eat is worst service ever.

it shows you your located address on first page before your order but deliver to an other adress without confirm at the end ... in 2021 no clarity on an simple website type like this its a shame .....

I used to order at just eat a lot, but as many other people here I'm very disappointed with the information regarding delivery times. I'm not sure if those unrealistic times are displayed on purpose or not. It looks strange to me though that the actual delivery time is only shown once you have finished your order. Just ordered a Pizza via Just Eat at restaurant that had an average delivery time of 10-20 minutes, which sounds great! It's Friday evening, so I thought it might take a bit longer, maybe like 40 minutes... Well, after finishing the order the delivery time is 1h 25m! What the heck? What kind of joke is that? Contacted customer service to cancel the order, no reply yet. We'll see what happens. For me, the last time I ordered here! I'm done with Just Eat!

Having ordered from Just Eat a few times, I can say all my orders have been correct and I have never had to complain about a late delivery or missing product. The selection of restaurants is vast and varied, and the fact there are restaurants that accept the restaurant tickets is a plus. I would recommend Just Eat to anyone who is interested in a reliable food delivery service.

worst service ever!! I ordered a pizza indicating that my bell is out of order and that they should call me on my mobile phone. After waiting for my pizza in vain I called them up to ask about my order. They informed me that according to their system the order had been delivered. I complained about them having delivered my order to someone else but me and filed a complaint. A few days later they emailed back practically calling me a liar and ofc giving me no compensation!! According to their "evaluation" they had delivered the order to me and they thus would not refund nor apologise.
