Good neighborhood mall. Visiting the mall quite frequently. AEON obviously one of the main attraction of the mall. Food also quite wide variety. GSC is also available here. Kinda a must visit mall when you are around Puchong area.

Please check your bill when you shop in Watson (nearby Aeon) at IOI Puchong Mall. That's a very bad experience shopping in this outlet. We bought 2 pcs of Orita laundry detergent at higher price (2nd at 60%) but in fact the promotion is stated "Buy 1 Free 1 promotion valid till 4/4/2022". We argued with the outlet staff, he said the promotion is actually valid till yesterday afternoon, they never noticed that the system is updated and refused to apologize or even to admit that this is their fault for not updating the promotion cards. We are so disappointed for their way in problem solving and after sales service and will never visit to the outlet again.

A fairly good shopping mall catering especially to the Puchong community. IOI mall is not too big and is just about the right size, for now. With bigger and better shopping centers coming up every now and then, they should upgrade anytime soon to keep up.

Your staff is rude. The price/promo is not the same when i brought the items to the counter. When i told them i saw the ‘buy 2 free 1’ promo gel hand wash on the shelves then only i took it, & your staffs said: only for cream hand wash but NOT GEL HAND WASH. I showed them the so called ‘GEL HAND WASH BUY 2 FREE 1’ price tag & they are still denied it & refuse to follow the price tag. Finally settled it after another staff came to backup & offer me another items to replace it with the same promo. But When i left the counter, i can hear that the staff complaint to her colleague about my rudeness (please la be professional, if u want to complain about your customers please dont do it while u on duty!)

One of the most popular mall in Puchong, especially with so many good or healthy restorans, Aeon's renovation whic makes it brighter & fresher in both look & atmosphere compared to it's jaded interior prior to the renovation. The GSC Cinema has also a new look which is onviting as it movies to the new wing. And others smaller outlets have also attract a trendy crowd. Overall it is quite a comfortable n enjoyable place for a nice weekend jaunt for you n your family....!!!

A hipsters paradise. High Street cosmetics are always available except missing in hair accs. Hence, I need to visit Caring to get it.

Nice hangout with lots of shopping brands and food options though I still miss any Indian restaurant out there....

A good place to shopping. 4 level mall with variety of shops. Not too busy like other IOI. The parking is a bit complicated, so whoever not familiar with it might get hard to find the parking. Lots of renovation going on. Can see many upgradings of tenants. More f&b options. Had iftar at Little Penang Cafe. Good food, good service and spacious area.

Bad experience for today shopping, the staff counted twice for one same item when request for refund the staff try to ask to take 1more unit of the item and i refused then ask about why deduct the point? the staff speak with loud and said you want refund right ? Never explain the reason. Somesome is senior staff and never said sorry for double counted really a good experience for today shopping

I went to this Watson today. It's spacious and the staffs are friendly and helpful. The staffs at the cashier took time to show us what's popular in the PWP items. Will definitely shop here again.

Went here after iftar around 9pm. Shop was crowded, especially the cashier section. My unsatisfactory here is, just like one of the recent review here, as I was lining up approaching the cashier, the female Malay cashier in pink asked me to line up at the other counter when I’m next in line which made me que up even longer due to more people are in the other cashier lane. Why asking me to line up to the other cashier lane when I’m already next in line? Malas buat kerja ka? Sepatutnya suruh orang belakang sekali beratur counter lain. Kalau malas nak kerja takyah kerja la sis.

sorry for 1star, sebab sales assistant have no common sense (Watsons sebelah Pizzahut) that one Chinese aunty wearing glasses working as sales assistant on skincare section keep shaming my face while I'm looking for skincare. It's been 2 times. so rude. dahlah shaming orang, lepastu promote product. ewww
