I book an appointment for 10am. With full payment. My facial starts at 11.45am. Other than that i just wait, wait and get old by waiting there. Supposedly when I booked an appointment, it means I have things to do. And that's the only time that I wanted to book. So, it sucks. The space itself is pretty.

Been here for promotion but they forcing me to do other treatment when i say no and ask to do other appointment , they still forcing with other package . While my hair being stim,the staff so unprofessional, 3 times the other staff hit the hair stimmer without saying sorry . Like, where is the common sense. People come here for treatment and some relaxing but end up sakit hati with the staff attitude, and i remember the one staff said "hidup ni tak bole nak serius sgt" after seeing me bekerut, then all of them laughing. Like hello, 3 kali kot dia langgar without saying sorry. Cutting my hair also like cincai2. Mmg la i request to cut sikit sahaja, but at least make it neat .

I just hair wash and facial with my mom on mothers day. The staff are very friendly. Definitely come again👍
