One of the best place there...so many people go this place....u can get every thing u want from the menu....this not like oyher place that will always say...sorry we are out of stock....hahahaha...have a good pizza here guys...

Very bad services. Already order via phone at 6.30pm. Arrive at outlet 7.00pm..need to queue with customer whonwalk in for 40 minutes. Quite waste of time and received cold pizza.

Worst Pizza Hut. Please dont order from here. Few times ordered from here. - pizza was not cooked well - delivery never arrive Honestly please avoid this outlet.

I ordered the pizza at 530pm it estimate delivery at 617pm then i waited until 717pm still inside oven ive no choice but to call in and ask.. they tell me that they change my order to shaftbury cyberjaya at 701pm now they say order will be delivery around 800pm+ ..

Worst Pizza Hut Experience. Uneven pizza topping, sloppy drippy sauce (looks like santan) for meat ball order and Carbonara. I ordered in celebration of my wife’s birthday and you guys really screwed it up! Wonder what happened to PHD SOPs! No way we are coming back to you and I highly recommend PH look into this matter!

The pizzas are great. And the staff is nice and smiles at all times. I order from there a lot of times and every time I am satisfied with the food so I think they are doing an outstanding job.

Bought pizza through FoodPanda, but toppings so thin. Stop pizza hut, back to Dominos

so convinience plus the staff was so helpful.

The original pizza makers, and still the best value for money. Taste-wise, they may have been edged out by some pizzerias offering wood-fired oven pizzas selling at a more premium price.

I scheduled for delivery at 5:30pm called customer service 4 times and just got my pizza at 6:45pm. Costomer service keep telling me the restaurant manager will call to update but no calls came. Finally they delivered using Bekal. Come on la, have the courtesy to call and inform. The pizza is stone cold, not sure how the expect us to eat it after paying rm45 for hot food. I want to be compensated for this.

We have tried to online as per instruction But we have no line and line was So bad. We ask for order at counter or other option But the manager said no want to disturb and push for online order. Should update your operation hour...when googled, it stated the branch close by 11pm but I came at 9.47pm to order takeaway...yet the staff said already closed.😔😔

i've bought one personal pizza and a can of sprite which cost around rm11-12, rm5.30 for pizza, rm5.50 for sprite and the rest is for the tax

The service is very slow. Late by 20 minutes than the initial take away time given.

Come here to dine in..arrive before 10pm but said close aldy..can pizza hut take some action on this..no need to put sign until 11pm..workers inside respond like dont want to treat customer at all.
