Location is easy to locate via google maps. Ample parking space and there is a shopping complex nearby which is just a few minutes walk. A good place to held wedding reception or other types of celebration

Nice ambience and good food. But it would be great if only you could upgrade the fan and portable air cond at outside area. Its so hot especially the area near stove outdoors.

Comming here to Attend wedding at bizmilla ariz hall. Nice place with 1 hr free parking and subsequent parking charges at rm1 only.

I like the architectural features, heavily influenced by European decorations and beautiful to look at. I don’t understand why until now retailers aren’t willing to open their shops here.

Very beautiful shopping complex. Have a distinctive design. However, not many people come and there's not much shops there. Very clean and the bathroom is elegant. Also, you can see the sky funnel here. I went there during a Raya-themed event and it was packed with people.

This place has potential to be the next big mall. I like the more open air concept, its like Straits Quay of Penang. For now there's very few shops inside so I won't really recommend to go there.

Very convenient & spacious apartment. The hospitality of course we're the best 👍. Warm & friendly staffs. In front of Alamanda shopping complex. My kids love the pools which open from 7 a.m untill 11p.m & the gym.. Recommended to others who want a relax & nice holiday.

Been here for quite a few times, had a very pleasant experience for every visits. Foods are overall good, the drinks as well. Our all time favourite is lamb madhbi <3 definitely worth every penny

I love the vibe and look of the place even though I only saw it during the night. There are restaurants and McDonalds for everyone to enjoy. I hope that I can visit during the day time.

Always out of products. They say they close at 2AM, but dont even bother going past 12AM, you'll only be disappointed. And if you go before 12AM, the line is most likely so jammed. So dont bother going at all. Point is: management pls sort out your stockings to ensure sufficient supply. Tq

All and all the place is comfy n cosy, the breakfast serve is good but not much to choose.

Been thinking of asian dolce latte during the fasting day so came here to grab bofo. The queue line was luckily shorter than before as I rushly came right after having iftar

Our 2nd time at Balqis restaurant. First time was for my graduation last year, December 2022. Came back this year around the same time. Had a pleasant experience with my family. Highly recommend this place. One of the best places for Arabian cuisine 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very nice architecture of the building from inside. Loved walking around inside , although many shops still not open...

My favorite place ever. Staffs are friendly, foods are awesome, the milk tea is the best! Price is affordable and the service is fast. Place is spacious, air conditioned and besides, outdoor space is available too. Recommended 👏

Its nice and gorgeous mall. But there is a problem which I dont like. The places here are always closed and janitors here don’t understand English, which I think it doesnt attract ppl in my opinion, I tried asking the janitors in English,I even tried asking them in Malay, but they still don’t understand, so please try to train the janitors . But overall the place is really nice and beautiful.

Nice building with rude guard! We passed by with our friends from oversea to grab our coffee, since we travel in van, we can’t drive thru Starbucks due to the height of the vehicle. We parked our van at the side without blocking the traffic, the guard came by and shouted at us using bad words and human organ “words”. Perhaps you guys need to have a second thought when it comes to hiring a proper security personnel, they are the frontier who represent the image of your building.

This is my go to place for Arabic food. It makes me feel like I'm home, and I will always be grateful for it. The food is amazing, ambience warm and welcoming, and the staff are among my favourite people. I've been going for years (previously to the other branch) and I've never been disappointed.

I feel bad for house owner. Looks like Shaftbury management don't have power to remove all junk car. This going to be a good place for secret junkyard. This place overall got potential. Plenty of restaurants with less crowd of people. Probably people choose to go to Alamanda just across the main road. Plenty of parking lot and pay with TnGo card.

Convenient place to visit with few hotels nearby. Accessible to many shopping complexes and tourist attractions by own or public transportations. Importantly there are many food courts, convenience stores, fast food outlets and night markets.. Easily to perform prayers at many mosques or musallas around. No worries about car parks….its plenty!

Luxurious apartments. Clean with good facilities. Paid secure parking. High security system. Walking distance to Alamanda Shopping Mall. Great stay. Recommended.

Ordered for take away few kilos of lamb and kunafa from Balqis Restaurant. The staff offered to send the food to my car - great hospitality. Food taste great, as usual. Will definitely revisit here insyaAllah.

Parking gune touch n go!!!!!! Need mininum Rm3 to enter . Sumpah parking paling menyusahkan . Every mall skrng using visa card and plate number detector and this mall using TOUCH n GO! So old school! Mall dh cantik dah ade fountain kt tngh².

Is clean and the design of the shop windows is nice like Paris/London. Not many shops yet but maybe change fast.

It's beautifully made, outlets are big, the toilet is 1st class. Ample parking space. Sadly many outlet is still empty. Hoping there will more outlet opening here soon.

Could see they wanted to try and have some wow factor here but the "mall" never took off. Dead place. Deader than Shaftsbury Square in Cyberjaya, which is quite the achievement. They have a handful of interesting shops but I dont know how those shops are going to survive

This is my first time here. So far there is nothing much yet. But the Mall is quite nice for a photoshoot.

Very new place. My first visit. Not much here except a few eatries , clinics , 7 e and saloons. Still a soft opening.

Not user friendly design, no clear direction, go inside is entering maze. Simple cheque bank-in can take up to 1 hour to complete. Also 7-11 doesn't accept cashless transfer for touch and go reload. Why other outlet can, but this one so special and cannot?

Superb...esp the swimming pool n kitchen. You also can dry your clothes. Thumbs up!

Ample parking. Not so crowded for breakfast.

A ghost mall. Except for S.Wan Jewels, there's practically nothing here. No notable stores, no crowds, nothing. If you're seeking boredom, this is the place for you.

Newly completed shopping center in Putrajaya. The mall development is stagnant due to COVID-19. Enquiries are start up to increase lately by potential vendors. At the moment, McD, Starbucks, TeaLive, mini food court, dentist, tailors to name a few are currently operating.

Was there for awhile.....wish the place would be more lively after MCO

If you plan to go to starbucks during peak hours, just don't go drive through okay. Park somewhere in the building or outside and go inside the cafe. You'll get your drinks much faster that way.
