Just a few seconds after we stepped into the room, we noticed that the bathroom was so beautiful with a bathtub and a broken shower head. We called the operator several times and requested her to get the technician to come over to our room and repair the shower head. And it took forever to get the technician until we have to soak ourselves in the bathtub without the shower head. We only got 1 towel in our room and they gave us only 1 access card. This was my first time ever staying in this ‘brilliant’ 5 star hotel. Very economy 👍🏻 and excellent service! Thank you Zenith for a very good hospitality. I give 1 star! :)

Third time staying here. Excellent location. Beautiful views in every room in which I have stayed. This last time in January, could already see the wear and tear happening in the rooms, specifically the bathrooms. Prices have gone up steeply in their rooftop bar and room service items. The breakfast is very, very good. The staff is very professional and helpful. Despite the minor complaints, I recommend it and would stay there again, and again.

For the price that I pay, this hotel only deserved 3 stars, reason being: - Check-in flows can be further improved - there should be a proper signage being placed right at the entrance from the elevator, so that crowd management is better, rather than the receptionist having to ask (of course in polite way) those who didn't queue - myself included as I didn't notice the signage for the queue, as I was coming from the elevator side. - On the parking area, they should at least put a convex mirror at the convergence of the incoming car & outgoing car from different parking level - I have seen this being practised at other buildings, but not in this hotel building. - Attentiveness of the room cleaning - there was a missing garbage plastic. - I paid for an extra bed, expecting them to be delivered at least within 30 minutes after checking in, but then nothing came, until I have to make a phone call asking for it. - Breakfast service level & replenishment - I came with family to have the breakfast on Saturday, around 8.45am, and noticed that for some foods that already finish, no one seems to bother to replenish them, to the point that I have to ask the staff to refill the coffee. - Also not so much choices for the breakfast meals - aside from generous pastries. At the price that I paid that include breakfast, I think not worth it. Again, at the price that I paid, I was expecting better service, better breakfast variations, hence the particularity. Overall I would say if am I going to repeat? Most likely not. At the price that I paid, staying at Ayer8 homestay would be very much worth it, if you are here for the lake views experience.

Bathtub plug was broken but otherwise room was clean & tidy. Very nice view overlooking the lake. Service only 3* cos nobody picked up the phone when we called housekeeping for robes, I had to go to reception to get them sent up. Location is good for where it is in Putrajaya, the lake rec centre is about 10 minutes drive away & Alamanda shipping centre too. Tamarind is also only about 15 minutes drive away.

Good hotel with nice lake view,great location. Breakfast is good with variety choices of foods,but the staff at breakfast restaurant is listless,one of the guy with blue coat and tie,i think is the leader of the restaurant, don't even know how to say thank you when i remind him that the coffee making machine tray is full and need go be clean off.feels like Zenith hotel is not paying him his salary maybe😒🤣 The cupboard doors in room 621 is having squezing sound when open and close,carpet is comfort but have some stains at writing table area,towels provided is having "sour" smelly after first use,this might due to dry off time is not long enough,even request to change a new towel at second day, same issue..... Comfy bed and pillow,nice lake view at noon and great night view with bridge light on. Overall is a pleasant stay,just hope that the management can improve the maintenance team efficiency and provide the guest a true 5 star hotel staying feels.

The room was nice with great view. Breakfast place was a bit crowded and stuffy inside. better sit outside. the food was okay, I give 3 stars for foods. the reception only one person working. The parking needed two times to validate. one from reception, one from machine. should be once only. Good thing: near the lake.

Very slow check-in process. Although have 3 counters, but still need to queue for more than half hour in very warm lobby. Total unacceptable. Room facility is acceptable, but air conditional take very long time for get cool. And Not very sound proof. Parking space are limited. Breakfast variety and taste okay.

Stayed here for 2 nights, rooms quite nice. Did not request for housekeeping however their housekeeping staff still ENTER our room!! Bedsheet not properly tidy up, take our used towels but did not give the new ones. And the most tragic my wife lost her bracelet and brooch box. Report to hotel management, take 3 days for investigation to be done and sadly not manage to get our bracelet back, was told that their management and security had done their best :(

Stayed at Zenith Hotel in Putrajaya and had a mixed experience. While the hotel had a nice ambiance and efficient check-in/out, the room felt somewhat outdated. On the positive side, my request for a connecting room was granted, and the view of Putrajaya Lake and bridge at night was beautiful. The hotel offers free parking, but it requires verification at the counter. However, the breakfast experience was mediocre, with slow service for scrambled eggs. Overall, I would rate the hotel 7.0/10.

I stayed 4d3n here. The room was nice although the ac not really functioning. They have central ac which was set around 24C. If you want colder it only goes around 21C even if you set 18C for the room. Wifi was not dependable as it always lost connection or slowed to a point even Spotify struggling. Overall nice enough. Breakfast was OK.

Good for short vacation. Location very near to the Putrajaya attractions like Putra Mosque, dataran Putrajaya and Prime Minister Office. Lake view room is very nice. Room very clean, staff at the check in counter also very nice person. Parking quite easy to get except if coming back late at night then have to park outside. Breakfast also have plenty of choice of nice food and plenty of seating available.

Good location with wonderful scenery. EV friendly as they provide charging station. Friendly staff at front counter. Room is clean. Amenities can be improved i.e. soap holder, better shower gel/shampoo. Bath tub is small. Room is only meant to share with spouse because bathroom door has no lock and bathroom curtain cant cover 100%. Chinese restaurant food is average. Overall still a nice hotel.

I rated overall experience at 4 stars. Housekeeping need improvement. I would say that the carpet is a bit dirty and some places with thick dust. Considered myself paying for the ambience. Swimming pool and breakfast buffet line are just ok.

The room is super comfortable and spacious. The ambience surrounding make me calm and happy. I love that I had a very beautiful lake view from the room. Very tranquilizing view indeed. The staffs are super nice. Nonetheless, the breakfast buffet is a let down. The buffet foods is not to my taste and the quality is not to the par. I hope the hotel can make changes on this.

Came for a meeting with a colleague, expecting to spend time in the Lounge. It was not updated in the website that the Lounge is now open from 11am. We had to take the breakfast buffet and then move up to the Lounge as the restaurant is preparing for lunch. We had to buy another set of meal to be able to sit there. Should we have known it opens at 11 we would have goen to another place. But I love the view from the hotel. Facing the water and there was a cruise passing by it was such a beautiful scene.

Stunning view from the hotel room and very cozy environment. Friendly staff and fast service as well. I rated 4 stars because of the yellowish water and the aircond not working properly. I have set to 25c but the room temperature still showimg 21c-22c. Need to improve on those things.

Room ok but bed a little bit hard Hotel staff especially front desk (physical meet up) and hotelier who pick up the phone (we called 0 from room), need to train more on hotel etiquette. Food for breakfast and lunch could have done better. Taste wise below average.

The service at this place is a bit of an acquired taste. Full of character so it may not appeal to everyone. It’s the first time that I had to look for the check in counter in a hotel and first time that I have ever seen the hotel staff seated for a check in. You would feel like you are queueing for the bank or to pay for your insurance premium as you too would have to sit down to queue and to be checked in 😅 The service, though polite, was not fantastic. Both my partner and I found the bedsheets to be itchy unfortunately. The concept of dividing the toilet from the bathroom and the sink was quite useful. The room was also bigger than expected. Location wise - it was good for us as we were there for a race and we could walk to the starting line. Grab is also a godsend there. You should Grab to check out IOI mall - that place is huge! Meals: breakfast was a letdown unfortunately - I only enjoyed the porridge of all things. Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was not bad and the view was fantastic. We only found out that there was another restaurant up at the top next to the pool with an even better view so patrons may want to venture upstairs for a meal.

Touched with the hospitality of the staffs. There was a moment when my son was crying and this gentleman (one of Zenith Hotel staff) tried his best to calm my son down. And he did it successfully! 😁 thank you so much to that gentleman. Didn't get the chance to catch his name as he had to take a call afterwards.

We stay for 5 days here. Have no problem with the location, but the room setup somehow weird and uncomfortable. Worst, room service is bad to it best, incompetent receptionist. Have to wait hours for them to charge us in and 50minutes for the checkouts. Unfriendly service and front desk have no communication skill. Room have unpleasant smells. Many times me checking if this is a true 5 Star Hotel. Feels like staying in a motel or lodging house. Bad experiences for us.

Location wise, it's great place to go. It is nearby to government building and also nearby to main tourist attractions in Putrajaya. The rooms also facing lake thus make a very beautiful views. Room is clean enough, food is ok.

Their most basic room is spacious, well maintained and has a lake view with the bridge. Breakfast was okay. Great value for money if you're looking for a staycation away from the city.

They are definitely NOT 5/4 Star standard. We had a bad experience recently. 1. Our room 1017 was leaking from the ceiling about 2 hours after we checked in and they took a while to attend to it and changed our room. But the second room aircon was not functioning. The room was hot and stuffy. No one from maintenance came to fix it, only the front office person who obviously did not know what the problem was. They wanted to give us a different room but we refused because it was just too late at night and too much hasle having to change room twice. We found out later at breakfast that the aircon in this hotel is a big problem and not a new one either. 2. The rooms were not clean. Dust everywhere. Carpet dirty and mouldy. Toilet bowl not clean unlike other 5 star hotels. Even the bed was not properly made. 3. Toilet cover broken in room 1017 and fridge not functioning in 1007. 4. There were no feedback forms and our complaints were only scribbled by front office on a random piece of paper who said that a manager by the name of Fattah will call us about the complaints which he never did. Certainly this is not a 5 or 4 Star SOP. 5. While the views are beautiful but our stay was Very Unpleasant. Not worth for the rates they are charging. 6. Breakfast food was just average, spread and taste. Staff not friendly and the whole ambience in the hotel was sombre.

I think the staffs here were not trained well and they behave like aholes. During check in everyone flock together and gossip - they saw me but didnt bother to attend until a junior of some sort came and ask. The concierge was rude too. The security guard was doing his job with a smile. Other amenities - dusty My fridge doesnt work - i didnt make a scene cause I don't feel like it. But why did u put me in a faulty room. Conclusion: A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location - cheap/good price but comes with staffs perangai kampung.

My bathroom and toilet both were clogged. Bath tub also too small. I found others hair fall maybe from previous guest which it is the room was not being cleaned properly for the next guest check in. Shower gel, shampoo and lotion all smell the same. TV channel also limited. No channel for kids. Only view and breakfast is superb. For me not worth the price.

Almost nothing to unlike. At first glance, what a beautiful and clean hotel. Not like many other hotel that i have stayed. Room was clean, comfy, and big enough for me and family. Lift was super fast, all 4 was working, all was clean and neat. Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Breakfast, the best we ever had. Food was excellent, many choices, and refilled promptly. Toilet was clean and tidy. Checking in and out was smooth as butter. Parking was good also. Near to the lift from most spot. Overall, a full star experience we had here. Surely will come again.

Parking is not Enough for hotel guest and You Need to parking outside hotel which is You Need to spend for parking fee..the Staff didnt inform to validate the parking Ticket at the Machine before Leave which Make many Cars turn Back at the Gate..

Overcrowded check in queue. Didn't get our rooms even after 5 pm. Given one out of the three rooms booked, only after 6 pm. At 7 pm the other two rooms were not allocated yet. 'Thank you' for the best check-in experience of our lives.

The view is beautiful. We could see Putrajaya lake from our glass window. Night view is more beautiful. We enjoyed our stay there. Room was clean, breakfast was great. Everything was good.

My room was clogged, after i finished showering the water had already entered the room lobby area, in-room dining was bad, It felt like it was cooked by intern students. If you're into dry burnt steak, go for it. Called the room service thrice to change my pillows(it is smelly) but unanswered, so i tried to call the operator twice, still no answer. So 2 stars for service. I don't know if my luck was bad or what but for RM 540 per night, not worth it.

Nice place quiet rooms friendly staff.. breakfast had lot of various foods and everything what i tried was tasty stayed here for two nights.. Only problem was i forgot some toiletries there they didn't send it to kul even i was ready to pay for the courier..

Was a wonderful experience for me. The view of the lake is amazing. You can even see it while reading book on the sofa. The room is clean. Staffs are friendly. The variety in food was something on different level for me. They even had ratatouille(dont know spelling). You can even take a walk outside near the lake…indescribable experience. Room was very clean and comfortable. My only complain is that the switch in the room is very confusing lol. Its like me solving puZzles . Really recommend it.

The ballroom was nice. Nicely designed. However, the waiters were slow in serving. One waiter even weren't sure if they had any tooth pick!

Dine at the roof XIII, the view is just magnificent. The foods are delicious too..a bit pricey thou. They have deco package..special celebration package..candle light dinner package etc.

Truly felt pampered staying here. Nice comfy carpet, and had a restful night on the bed. The leather chaise lounge is my first, truly a pleasure compared to regular flat lounge sofas. Grid shower floor is excellent against slipping when it's wet. The view is superb when the bridge is lighted at night, daytime you get to see full view of the lake. Friendly and helpful staff, food served for breakfast, morning and afternoon tea time were delicious. Lunch was buffet style, some hits and misses, a few dishes were rather bland, while others could be overly spicy or salty. Thus, if you tried all dishes, it balanced out. Two of the four pillows smelled slightly from the opening of the pillow case.

Stayed here for quite a number of times. All the stays were generally ok, especially in terms of their service and location. Breakfast were good with wide variety of selections to choose from. Room was spacious with nice views. however, I think they can improve the cleaning of the carpet as I used to see stains and dirt on them.

I took twin bed room. Quite nice hotel. The view is the panoramic and tranquil. The food is ok. Various TV channels. The room service can be further improved. Particularly on these two things: 1) The air conditioning isn't cool. Even with the air conditioner set to chill mode at 18 dc for hours, the room's temperature is only 27 dc during day time. 2) The towels have an unpleasant smell.

Check in process was smooth albeit the que signage was not visible for guest coming out from the lift. Parking space is limited thou. Otherwise no complaints. Didn't taste the breakfast as not included in the package I opted.
