Superslow service. Imagine queuing for almost an hour for just making order. Also dares to open foodpanda order at the same time. Rider next to me start ringing customer - kakak lambat lagi ni saya dah tunggu 40 mins. Panjang lagi q. Kak minta refund dulu la ye. And of course I there were missing items in order and only 2 packets of cili sos given.

The attendant servicing the ice cream booth was rude. I just followed the queue and when it was my turn, she ignored me and greeted the customer behind me instead. When I insisted it was supposed to be my turn, she sort of scolded me that I was in the wrong lane. Whattttt.... even the customer infront of me(who was done with her order and was picking up her ice cream)backed me up! Next time put a proper signage laaaa!!

The worst mcd outlet i have ever been. Super slow service even though only 6 customers inside, ran out of ice lemon tea and juices, forgot some items in my order, no tomato ketchup.

Delightful ice cream half of the usual portion

No self service kiosk is one thing, no numbered system upon order that the staffs just shout the list of foods from the counter is another. The staff never mentioned the ice cream need to be taken from the front kiosk and I actually wait and had to ask again.. Can't scan mcd mobile, cant scan qrpay that they asked for cash instead. One ice cream machine which located at the entrance, that we hv to show the receipt instead, and the staff is not in a customer friendly mode either I'd never imagine will be writing a review upon McDonald's..

Fast Food Slow Service 😑. Wasting time. Really2 bad experienced tho.

very poor service and management. been queued for more than 30 minutes during fast-break but the cashier just have told at the counter that nasi have to wait another an hour. then why this mcd does not have self-service order?? so unadvanced and not updated, even most of the mcd i've ever went have self-service order. not to mention about the cashier have to shout every single menu that customer order when the menu already prepared. to manager, please improve your management on this branch. such a weak and poor internal control.

Very bad on preparing customer food. Always wrong preparation on customer orders. I order 3 pcs chicken, but only got 2.

Bad experience, had to change order and getting wrong drinks. When return got no replacement.

The place is quite dirty due to understaffed. You may need to bring your wet wipes to clean your table. Also, no ketchup for my kids.. sigh!

Staff are customer friendly and also follow evey guideline on (SOP)

The fries are absolutely bad, it's obvious it has been fried more than once to the point where there are black burn spots on each fry and it was hard to bite The floor was sticky The tables were dirty overall unhygienic to eat on, I had to wipe them with wet wipes so I can eat at it I am not coming back to this branch again.

Good for drive-thru takeaway.

Worst service by staff that wore the grey uniform. I will never come to this mcd again! Never get this kind of service at any mcd branches!! Please improve your staff's attitude!

Staff were very attentive and fast. Can get very crowded during lunch hour. Love the 'self order' machine

Best, service best, environment best, this is the only place i can get mcdonalds milkshake tho u can only get it sometimes.. Other mcdonald don't serve them anymore.. Only here 😊

Worst service I ever had at McDonald..very unorganized

Good service, ambience wise - like every other McDonald's. Food was good and food service was prompt. Taste wise, good too. Burger seemed fresh. Cashiers were efficient and polite.
