Had
a
terribly
sad
experience.
Made
an
appointment
for
an
ultrasound
due
to...
My
daughter's
ankle
ligaments
torn
and
having
to
visit
the
doctor
again
because
her
ankle
now
drops
3
times
a
day.
The
appointment
was
only
possible
in
a
week.
In
case
of
emergency,
she
had
to
have
confirmation
from
the
GP.
Called
the
practice
back
and
transferred
to
our
GP.
She
had
emergency
things
and
consultation
hours
until
5
p.m.,
so
she
said
I
could
let
them
know
that
it
was
urgent
and
that
they
could
verify
it
with
her.
Called
back
to
Diagnostics.
My
word
was
not
enough.
Called
back
to
the
practice.
The
assistant
had
quickly
interrupted
the
doctor
to
discuss.
The
GP
made
a
new
referral
letter
urgently
within
fifteen
minutes,
because
my
daughter's
ankle
sprained
again
before
their
practice.
Called
back
to
Diagnostics.
The
same
lady
on
the
line.
I
asked
her
if
I
could
provide
the
code
of
the
new
referral
letter
so
that
I
could
schedule
an
appointment
urgently
(this
week)
(because
she
said
earlier
that
they
always
save
emergency
places).
The
lady
simply
says
that
she
does
not
need
the
code,
because
she
received
the
urgent
referral,
but
she
did
not
want
to
schedule
an
appointment
without
a
call
from
the
GP.
Had
already
indicated
that
the
GP
was
busy
and
the
letter
had
to
be
sufficient.
She
couldn't
mean
anything,
'protocol
and
rules'.
I
wasn't
satisfied
with
that.
She
consulted
with
Radiology
to
see
if
she
could
schedule
the
appointment
after
all.
She
couldn't
get
hold
of
them
and
said
that
she
was
going
to
schedule
the
appointment
for
today
with
reservations,
but
that
I
had
to
take
into
account
that
the
appointment
would
be
refused.
She
would
send
a
confirmation
by
text
message
for
the
appointment,
but
did
not
receive
it
again.
The
practice
called
back
and
they
were
surprised.
Last
night
I
had
to
lift
my
daughter
into
bed,
because
she
can
no
longer
lift
her
leg
independently.
She
is
in
pain
and
even
walking
with
2
crutches
is
not
possible.
The
assistant
already
indicated
that
I
had
to
call
immediately
if
the
appointment
was
refused
or
if
we
were
sent
away
today.
The
assistant
and
GP
arranged
an
emergency
referral
within
fifteen
minutes,
and
even
then
they
made
it
difficult
with
my
child
as
a
victim.
We
have
no
idea
if
there
might
be
serious
damage
or
even
a
fracture.
I
am
present
at
the
mentioned
time
with
my
daughter
and
hope
for
more
humane
treatment
than
yesterday.
Almost
an
hour
wasted
with
all
this
and
the
uncertainty
that
your
child
might
not
get
an
ultrasound
today.
Now
first
pay
attention
and
focus
to
the
ultrasound
and
the
diagnosis
and
then
an
official
complaint
will
follow.
Really
scandalous
and
sad...
