De allerlekkerste (pepperoni met groente!!!)

One needn’t see the Garibaldi’s pizza truck to know what’s baking in Ilpendam square on Thursday evenings. For the scent of freshly-seared toppings and delectably caramelizing local-sourced pizza pies fill the air like an olfactory hymn, a siren call which no hungering soul can easily resist. We gave into this call on an almost weekly basis during our three month stay in lovely little Ilpendam. Yvonne and her talented team—whipping about expertly in the theatrically-exposed mobile kitchen—epitomize the holistic joys of eating by and from the hands of locals that care about their craft and the community for which they create. From our hearts and bellies, thank you.

Super grote pizza's. De ene was een Shoarma met Knoflooksaus. De andere een vegetarische met veel groenten. Mooie dozen en snel klaar gemaakt en zeker voor een herhaling. Top tent en een aanrader.

Die Pizzen haben super geschmeckt. Der Rand war sch knusprig, innen war der Teig schön elastisch. Preise für die Region üblich und damit in Ordnung.

Zalige pizza met truffel en carpaccio! Lieve harde werkers die een feestje maken van de kunst van het pizza bakken. Precies wat ik nodig had op deze zachte herfstavond. Grazie!
