But well not what you pay for. Staff very helpful and friendly. Furthermore, the bungalow and garden are beautiful, but not all equally useful. Room temperature was 32 degrees with us, unbearable. Screens on windows are missing so windows open means wasps, mosquitoes and moths inside. Windows closed means no sleep. There really should be screens. Even bungalows with air conditioning were too hot. Curtains for windows at the entrance can also be added, because privacy is also desired there. Finally, there is not enough space in the bathroom to hang all the towels. Bungalow is very clean and tidy. Garden also really beautiful. As said beautifully decorated. Environment is of course beautiful for walking and cycling. Hopefully Topparken will read along, because this park has all the potential to be top-notch, but it's not quite there yet. Weinig last van gehad. Je ziet dat het terrein nog in aanbouw is, ook m.b.t. beplanting rondom de bungalow. Deze is nog zo jong dat er veel inkijk is. Naakt in de tuin en sauna vertoeven is er dus niet bij. Eerste avond geen warm water, wel snel verholpen door personeel. Dag erna even geen water, na korte tijd was dat ook weer in orde. Maar goed toch niet waar je voor betaalt. Personeel wel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Verder zijn de bungalow en tuin prachtig, maar niet in alles even handig. Kamertemperatuur was bij ons 32 graden, niet te doen. Horren bij ramen ontbreken dus ramen open betekent wespen, muggen en motten binnen. Ramen dicht betekent niet slapen. Horren moeten er echt komen. Zelfs bungalows met airco hadden het te warm. Gordijn voor ramen bij ingang mag er ook bijkomen, want privacy is ook daar gewenst. Tot slot is er te weinig ruimte in badkamer om alle handdoeken op te hangen. Bungalow wel erg schoon en netjes. Tuin ook echt prachtig. Zoals gezegd prachtig ingericht. Omgeving is uiteraard prachtig voor wandelen en fietsen. Hopelijk leest Topparken mee, want dit park heeft alle potentie om top te zijn, maar is het nog niet helemaal. Bungalows leuk ontworpen, maar met kinderziektes.

Shared the big house fantastic place surrounded by a forest

As always, one of the best placed to stay when camping. Beautiful wide spots to stay, and plenty of open space. No crowded mess or people who made the place their home. Will come again!

It was really fun and right in the forest. Right next door is also a cool climbing course. It also had many playgrounds and courts.

Beautiful chalets next to fabulous big woods! Very clean inside. Still building work going on for expansion but hardly noticeable nor disturbing. Very well kept Park with very friendly staff

Nice experience at very new park. Bungalow was very nice, new and clean! Restaurant is very good, pitty the snackbar was not upto standard and there is no camping-shop! Another down side were the poor and very muddy roads in the park. Hope this will improve soon. Otherwise our stay was comfortable.

Loved our 3 day stay! The cabin was spacious, the living room was cosy. The atmosphere and the location are great. The air condition we paid extra for was just in the living room, so it has to be considered on warm days. The pools are nice but very modest (worked OK for us). The food on the cafeteria was nice, and the laundromat was super easy and straight forward and the clothes were soft and smelled great.

The place was gorgeous and still new so we enjoyed breaking everything in. The sauna and hot tub were the highlight of our trip (as the weather was nippy and both served us well). We forgot to bring our own dish soap, towels and a rag to wipe the floors with, incase you spill something. You can see and hear your neighbours but this wasn't a problem for us. What we all thought could be improved upon was the toilet/bathroom OR bathroom/shower situation. They were both in the same room as the bedroom with no door to separate them. When your roomate goes to the loo at night and flushes, that wakes you right up. You also have to schedule some pee/poo times and make sure your roommate isn't there. Everything is mirrored so each pair gets the exact same bedroom with their own loo and bathroom/shower.

Canceled the booking only two days after booking it due to very unfortunate circumstances. The customer service refused to provide full refund and refused to help me get a refund from the insurance company. I will never ever book again. Lost over 150€ although I stated I desperately need my money back. Update: i didn't get compensation and I won't be visiting next time so voucher doesn't really do. You can help by understanding the very unfortunate circumstances and refund my money as I desperately need it.
