My
cat
was
sick
and
underweight
after
staying
at
the
hotel
a
few
years
ago.
I
understand
that
this
can
happen
but
the
hotel
did
not
inform
me
about
this
before
I
picked
him
up
and
they
did
not
respond
to
the
questions
of
my
vet
in
writing,
insisting
that
we
spoke
on
the
phone
instead.
Also,
my
cat
was
not
fed
according
to
my
instructions,
but
the
hotel
did
not
notify
me
about
this
either.
I
hope
things
have
changed
since
then.

the
hotel's
reply:
I
have
no
idea
what
you
are
talking
about
regarding
the
"advice
against
a
shorty
stay"
or
the
"extra
cost
of
special
food".
This
never
happened.
The
way
you
handle
complaints
from
clients
(reading
other
reviews
too)
shows
that
you
are
unable
to
take
on
constructive
criticism
and
improve
your
services.
It's
irrelevant
whether
you
intended
for
this
to
happen
or
not.
The
reality
is
that
your
staff
was
unable
to
deal
with
the
amount
of
cats
you
hosted
during
this
period
and
demonstrated
a
lack
of
interest.
I
was
told
my
cat
would
be
fed
a
specific
type
of
cat
food,
which
did
not
happen.
I
was
not
informed
of
the
change
in
his
diet
or
of
his
health
situation.
More
importantly,
my
vet
assured
me
that
your
behavior
after
we
complained
to
you
regarding
the
health
of
our
cat
and
requested
information
about
his
stay
with
you
was
completely
unprofessional.
Mistakes
can
happen,
but
professionals
own
up
to
it
instead
of
blaming
the
client
to
save
face.
