    DC stands for disorganized clinics. Or actually they are very organized getting the administration done. This was verified twice. Of course because they want to get paid. No service. double appointment at the same time for a single technician. This is outrageous. Expecting you to wait, like a commodity. Full waiting rooms in Corona time. Gel dispensers are empty. You need to touch a screen to get a number. Nice money making machine for the owner, I guess.

    Very bad experience They were running an hour and a half late. When I finally had the operation (endoscopy), once the Doctor looked at the results and didn’t see anything, he became overly critical and rude, annoyed that I insisted on having my operation (they wanted to cancel as he wanted to go home early). It was like I was wasting his time. Will now need to go else where for a second opinion. edit: Update, I got a second endoscopy elsewhere and was diagnosed correctly. Avoid this place.

    I booked an appointment 4 weeks ago for a follow-up appointment this morning 17th September 2021 with Dr. Mochel, a neurologist at DC Laissaire Klinieken in Amsterdam. I did not get a reminder as they would normally do, therefore I called this morning at 08:00 to reconfirm my appointment. The receptionist had just informed me that they cancelled my appointment because "they spoke to me last week" (sic) and the Dr Mochel cannot do anything about the hernia on my l4,l5. I have missed numerous work days, including taking a day off today to see her. The calling last week is obviously dishonest because they did not call me to cancel and her claim that she cannot do anything is inaccurate! There are pain blockers or other forms of treatments that give relief to the nerve/muscle pain I am dissatisfied and disappointed and still in enduring pain and sleepless nights.😣

    I can't believe all the bad reviews for this place. We took our baby here for a specialist exam, and everything went great. We showed up right at our appointment time, and were brought into the exam room 2-3 minutes later. Dr. Hruda was wonderful! He explained in detail every step of the exam, was very friendly throughout, and we never felt rushed. Would highly recommend this place after our experience. We were doubtful at first going here because of the bad reviews, but we had a specialist referral, and went for it anyways. Now that we know what the clinic is like, we'd go back without hesitation

    I needed a simple blood test done: it was a nightmare. Two doctors tried 5 times and they couldn't get any blood out of me. In the end they wanted to reimburse me because they couldn't do it! I never had any problems in other clinics, it's absurd that two doctors couldn't do it. My arms were bruised for weeks.

    Absolute rip off! They were not able to give me diagnostic of what I had and they made me pay for 2 consultations although I only had one. I have been trying to have them rectify the invoice but they won't change it. They take advantage of expats not knowing how the system works here. I will make sure to never go back to them.

    Visited this location for a medical check for immigration (IME). Making an appointment was easy and it seems like they have great availability. The clinic is easily accessible by public transportation. Everything was done within an hour : doctor's consultation, blood work, xray and urinalysis. Although I do not speak dutch, the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The only hitch is the price (330€) but I believe that's standard price for the procedure. Not sure why so many bad reviews but my visit was smooth.

    Cant read the machine (in dutch) on how to get a number. So went to front dest to ask for help and the guy was mean and already assume i am trying to cut the line. I mention i dont know which button to choose on the machine and he was like:not my problem. Thankfully a very nice morrocan girl helped me out. But i find how i was treated with the front desk very unpleasent.

    Went for mammogram and was a little bit worried because it was my first time and a negative rating made me defensive. The experience was welcoming, very considerate, and accommodating! The machine taking X rays is modern. The process is easy to follow and the doctor made a great job. Will come there again 100% which much less mental preparation 😂 Thanks all!

    Very friendly and helpful people at reception desk. I was here also for blood test, just walked in without an appointment. Whole thing was done in few minutes with high precision and painless. This place doesn't deserve this low score. I think people with good experience do not leave any review.

    Unfortunately, I have to say that my experience at this medical center was far from positive. My girlfriend and I visited the center for a medical examination and were treated by the doctor in a way that I found downright inhumane. From the moment we walked in we felt unwelcome. The doctor's lack of empathy and friendliness was very annoying. Then there was no room to ask questions. The lack of communication and transparency was frustrating. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences I have ever had at a medical center. I sincerely hope that these issues are taken seriously and steps are taken to improve patient care.

    After reading the reviews and nearly choosing another clinic because of how bad they were, it’s only right to leave a review saying this place was efficient, friendly and really speedy. I don’t speak Dutch but language was not a problem (as some of the reviews below state)

    ✨ Extremely friendly staff ✨ English speaking staff ✨ Very accessible via public transport ✨ Very clean and sanitary I am always scared of injections and for blood work the nurse was super nice - talking to me to distract me and feel comfortable. Despite being scared, it didn't hurt at all. Very skilled and friendly staff.

    I was going there with preparation to receive bad attitude after reading google reviews. However, everything went so well form receptionist, nurse, and the doctor. Everyone is very friendly and nice. The process for ultrasound was very smooth as well. It is not as bad as people say on google. 😆

    After reading the reviews I was really concerned that my daughter got an appointment here to see a specialist, but it all went absolutely fine. We’ve arrived 15 min earlier as were asked, registered, waited for another 10-15 min and were invited to see the doctor who spoke Dutch and English. The appointment itself was efficient and the doctor explained everything he was observing. Even If I had to be picky I couldn’t find a thing to complain about.

    The phone call after the appointment was friendly and thorough. People in the clinic are kind and helpful. Yet, the system seems to be tricky to navigate. I have done a mammogram a few weeks ago, but haven't received any images yet, nor have I received login details to do so from a website or app. The email addresses sent by DC Klinieken are no-reply, and I haven't found a phone number I can call to ask for the result images. I have contacted via form on the website, and will change the review here (hopefully, for better) once that gets sorted out. Update: I called the clinic today and got the register number to access the images. The service was, again, super friendly. 5 stars :)

    There are two women behind the counter. The woman with the headscarf is neat and tidy and very friendly. The other woman too, but she clearly has a cold/sick and is wearing a thick sweater. In my opinion, that is not appropriate - and certainly not in a medical institution. I have already said something about this and she responds that she is going “home soon”, but I don't see her making any moves to actually go. It's all very crazy.

    Every time I call I have to wait 1 hour until I can speak to an employee. They have a really bad system. I have important things to do, I can't wait for hours to speak to someone. I call them when they open right away, even then it takes a long time. I have the feeling that they don't care and are acting slow or don't have enough employees. At least come up with a better system such as making a call back appointment. I filled out the form via the website but they did not call me even though it said they would call within 24 hours. So I had to call them myself and it takes so long every time. And this is only for making appointments, I'm curious how the treatment will turn out.

    Last week I had to have a mammogram. That is something no woman does for pleasure and you feel very vulnerable and you are of course afraid of the worst, both about taking the photo and the results. However, the laboratory technician completely reassured me and explained clearly what she was going to do and how the process would work. Big compliment to this lady, who sensed exactly what I needed at that moment.
