Très mauvaise expérience, personne ne prend en compte mon avis! 2 personnes ont confirmé une correction à -0,25 malgré mes remarques, lorsqu'un vrai ophtalmologiste me donne une correction à -1,75 !!! Sont-ils réellement des professionnels diplômé ? J'ai un doute.... Je confirme qu'il s'agit du bon centre au 4eme étage d'un immeuble partagé avec des dentistes, en sortant de l'ascenseur l'accueil est sur la gauche avec la salle d'attente ouverte ! Maintenant que vous m'avez répondu, pourriez vous m'expliquer cette différence de correction ??

Très déçu. 4 rendez-vous, 3 prescriptions différentes pour au final avoir des lunettes qui me permettent de voir flou malgré mes remarques. Le conseil qui m'a été donné par le 3eme "professionnel" est de me rapprocher si je veux mieux voir, honteux... Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas 0 étoile

What a bad experience I had... the orthoptist CHARLOTTE, zero professionalism, speaks VERY badly to clients, I quote "we'll do it quickly I don't have time I have to leave" "I don't need it" "the next time you have to read the instructions carefully” all in a VERY bitter, VERY haughty tone. I have never seen a professional as incompetent as this young girl. If this profession is not for you then reorient yourself, it is not too late. If we make appointments at the end of the day it’s because we are all working. So a little patience will do you the most good. Thanks to the women at the reception and the doctor who are absolutely gentle. Charlotte smile, it will help you age more slowly. I do not recommend this center, especially since they canceled my appointment 1 week before because “the ophthalmologist has to leave”.

Très bien car ils prennent carte vitale et mutuelle donc pas besoin d'avancer l'argent. Par contre mauvais diagnostic, il manque de la correction sur mon œil gauche, ce que l'opticien va devoir rectifier. J'avais pourtant dit que je voyais flou pendant les tests.

Le centre d’ophtalmologie le plus nul que j’ai vu de toute ma vie. Vous méritez même pas une étoile et encore je suis très gentil. Je suis arrivé déjà on a mis un bout de temps pour me recevoir, j’arrive dans la salle d’attente et là on dirait une arène de rodéo , un désordre total. Je passe ma carte vitale à la fille et là elle me dit : par contre y’a un temps d’attente d’une heure ?!!! Alors là j’ai pris ma carte vitale et je me suis barré. Plus jamais ce centre Plus JAMAIS et je le redis encore vous méritez même pas une étoile !!!

Très bien! Mon père est suivi dans ce centre CAP VISION et le service est très efficace, de l’accueil au secrétariat à la consultation. Mon père y est même allé pour une urgence un mardi matin et, comme il était affaibli, en plus de ses 84 ans, les secrétaires ont veillé à ne pas le laisser rentrer chez lui seul en nous appelant pour venir le chercher. Un grand MERCI pour cette bienveillance.

I had a very bad experience yesterday with Doctor Roxana-Gabriela Chia. She doesn't listen to her patients at all. I told him that I had dry eyes and that my mother has chronic dry eye disease too. She told me it wasn't genetic, she gave me a prescription for eye drops and she didn't even want to analyze my eyes. The consultation lasted barely 2 minutes. You will tell me, I am not an ophthalmologist, but here there is a problem of professionalism to be addressed. I would also like to thank the girls at reception who are adorable!

Je suis allée sur place sans RDV et j’ai été reçue rapidement. Je repars avec mon ordonnance de lunettes et de lentilles, tout est au top. Merci à l’équipe !

Un accueil plus qu'excellent. Disponibilité, écoute et attention sont les marques de cette enseigne. Vous êtes un individu reçu et accueilli par des humains. La priorité est de répondre au maximum à votre souhait. C'est la première fois que j'achète mes lunette chez eux et je le conseille vivement.

Rdv pris sur doctolib d'un jour pour le lendemain. Au moins 50 minutes d'attente. Sauf ça, tout bien, personnel efficient, mais gentil. Considerant que j'y suis allé la dimanche, je reste satisfait.

Le centre cap vision barbes (4ème étage) propose des rendez-vous alors que les médecins sont déjà partis (j’avais rendez-vous à 18h10). Une technicienne a donc pris les mesures de ma vision pour découvrir que personne ne pourrait me délivrer d’ordonnance et qu’il faudrait que je repasse un autre jour…

What struck me the most was the welcome from the doctor's assistant. Welcoming, gentle, patient, attentive and very professional. For me it is a great happiness when I know that I have an appointment for my eyes. I highly recommend it. There they take your mutual health card into account in addition to the vital card, and therefore you pay nothing. In other CENTERS you are obliged to pay and be reimbursed by social security. So if you don't have money, you're not going to get treatment even though every month you pay your mutual insurance contributions, And the more you are not well reimbursed by the mutual insurance company when you think about a few cents you pay 100 Euros in mutual insurance contributions. I accompanied my uncle to his appointment at Cap Vision Barbès, on October 31, 2023 at 11 a.m. Upon arrival, we were "greeted" by two hostesses, who ignored us for 5 minutes, not even looking up. The reception was non-existent. We felt like we were numbers, not patients. We were finally received 45 minutes after our arrival, but we felt like we were disturbing. We did not agree to go for a consultation. I do not recommend this medical center to anyone looking for a warm and respectful welcome.

I came to this establishment following a recommendation. I had to wait 2 hours to see a doctor with my family, even the patients who came without an appointment after us passed by. My wife had to call the practitioner so that he could finally take care of us. The irony is when I ask the practitioner if it's normal that it takes so long, he answers yes without any consideration and moves on to something else. Too bad because the center is clean and the two consultations went well before seeing the doctor

Excellente expérience, prise en charge rapide et efficace c'est le Dr FELAHI Amal qui m'a prise en charge et conseillée, je suis repartie avec mes ordonnances pour lunettes et lentilles, petites gouttes et pommade pour soigner mes yeux fatigués. Merci également à la technicienne qui a vérifié ma vue au début et également aux gentilles dames qui nous accueillent :) service impeccable

Bonjour Très mauvaise expérience le Dimanche. Le personnel est différent des jours de semaine. Ils sont irrespectueux et manquent de respect même au pères de familles avec leurs enfants. Ils improvisent des pauses qui ne sont pas indiqués dans leur horaires d'ouverture et mettent les gens à la porte sans ménagement. Sinon les jours de semaine, le personnel est irréprochable.

Rapide, pro, rdv pris à 14h35 pour rdv à 15h10 alors qu'il faut 6 mois minimum dans l'Oise, où j'habite.
