Good hotel with good breakfast , the rooms is with good space , the services is okay regarding 4 stars hotel , there is problem with elevator as it now not working , also there problem in sound isolation in the rooms , the garden is nice place in this hotel

I love this hotel! The room is spacious with comfortable bed, big bathroom, enough space to store your belongings and nice view to Suli. The restaurant is fantastic. The portions are huge and delicious, and very affordable. The staff friendly in both hotel and restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

They need to take care of the freshness of their meats and chickens. I got sick immediately after eating at this restaurant.

Very big rooms with high ceilings and in a quiet neighborhood, with very acceptable rates. The only issue is that the curtains do not block out all the light so I woke up early. The bathrooms are nice and the mini fridge was stocked with water, soft drinks and nuts. Breakfast was very nice and offered a nice view on the hotel's waterfall. Definitely will use them again.

A very good and luxury hotel a very delicious breakfast fast

The value is not for money that much, i took one day for 90IQD after checking other favourite hotels and realizing that it is full. Minibar does not have alcohol drinks but still looks so affordable, nice and simple and The bath in hotel room is so good and everything else is typical same as any 50IQd per night hotel in the sulymaniah still though like the reception as it seems more wide and comfortable.

The staff are friendly, good breakfast, but there is no Gym/pool. And we spent 2 days with out anyone cleaning the room.

Sorry to say that but this hotel was better 5 years ago now the service is very bad.. And all the rooms are not good even the special ones many of furniture stuff were broken
