I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom with a king bed. Comfortable room. Only issue was a barking dog, but I don't think that was not the fault of the Mantra Location was great for the event we were attending. Secure undercover parking at no extra cost was a bonus.

Arrogant, very rude, and has no customer service skills, people like that should never be allowed to work with the public!! I won't be going back ever again. My previous stays were awesome .

The rooms are always very clean, neat, tidy and comfortable. All the staff, houskeeping included, are polite and helpful. Underground parking for no extra fee is a nice thing too. I would not be a repeat customer if i didn't appreciate the accommodations.

The staff at the hotel are truly fantastic. Mel, Matt, Nikil and Joanna all made us feel so welcome and were super helpful. Right from the start, through the easy check in process we were made to feel right at home. Throughout our stay it didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel but more like we were staying with friends. They provided great insights in to the city, what to see, where to eat, drink and how to get around. I've never stayed somewhere where the people had such a genuine vested interest in ensuring we had a great visit. The rooms we booked were great value for money, and were cleaned to a high standard. Our room came with a kitchenette which had everything we needed and the smart TV's were a great addition. Thank you again for making our stay in Sydney so great, we would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Sydney.

Staff were friendly, however unfortunately that's were the positive ends. Single lift for the entire building which is way too slow, room including curtains, skirting boards, grout, etc not clean, fridge didn't close properly or hold temp, had food in their for dinner to reheat, however as the fridge was faulty, food was spolied, safe in room had no batteries and finally lots of noise coming from the traffic.

The room was alot smaller than I expected, the carpet was dirty, bits of food still on the floor, curtins in both rooms were broken, lots of black mold in the shower. Plug didn't fit in the bath, lights in bathroom flickered like I was in a night club, not enough secure parking for all guests. One door key didn't work. Strange unwelcoming artwork.( goodbye in bold green letters as soon as you walk in the door. The bed was the worst ive tried to sleep on had a very very obvious join down the middle was hard and very low ...i ended up moving to the couch at some stage in the middle of the night. The staff were lovely when I checked in tho, could not fault the lady behind the desk.

Hotel in a strange place , in the middle of factory complex , Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly Checked in & went to room upon opening wardrobe there was underwear hanging on railing , contacted staff who came straight up and moved us to an upgraded room , Hotel furnishings clean but very old stains and wear on lounge not quiet like pictures when booking very disappointed

I recently had a wonderful stay at Mantra Castle Hill. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing helpful information about the hotel facilities. The room I stayed in was beautifully designed and clean, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. Throughout my stay, the staff provided excellent customer service, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. I highly recommend Mantra Castle Hill for a pleasant and enjoyable hotel experience.

Nice hotel in an industrial location. If you just need a room for the night or are working locally it’s fine

Centrally located and in a quiet location at the end of a laneway. Great staff, helpful. King room on level 5 was cozy and well-equipped. Mattress sags in the middle. A good stay.

Basic rooms, obviously a dated building with quite a strange entrance through an industrial carpark, not signposted well at all. The big winner here are the staff, so great to deal with, but if you're looking for high end accommodation and even somewhere onsite to eat and drink, probably not for you.

We booked 2nights. The entrance road to hotel, is a one way driveway with industrial/business units, and the hotel is in the corner at back of the business units. The front of hotel is not like it shows on website, lovely garden, it’s a concrete driveway. Our first room, we opened the bathroom, and there was a strong smell. So we asked for another room, the second room - the bed was unmade and there was a cockroach bait at the door. We said no we would like our money back. Was told we could see another room which was upgraded to a 1 bedroom appartment. And complimentary continental breakfast for 2 was given as well. We accepted the upgrade. Our Airconditioning remote wasn’t working. But we were shown how to switch off and on at main switch in hallway near our bedroom door. Only problem was the neighbour in next room, when they turned on their Airconditioning ours automatically switch on as well, set at a 22 which we couldn’t change. The curtain in the bedroom room wasn’t hung properly. There wasn’t 24 hour reception available, as stated on website. Reception closed at 10, and we could use our door key to get into car park which worked well. Our bed was made on the second day and fresh towels given. The hand soap dispenser on basin was empty. Just really disappointed with the whole stay.
