    👌👌it is very reasonable price of item in this Kmart👌👌👌👌....... And I like these. 👌👌👌👌But one of the lady staff member is so rude with me ....👌👌👌 I never have seen in my life....... 👌👌👌Just teach her how to be good with costumers.👌👌👌👌 Thanks

    Kmart can not manage with the number of customer in covid. 40 metre lines. No trolleys available. Rude staff. Call the store and they don't answer. I love Kmart.... But this was a joke. Horrible.

    Kmart always has good priced quality products and if you ever have a problem with something you can return it so long as you have your receipt. Always has a massive range of items as well usually very modern and upmarket products and clothing. If you need to ask a question you need to find someone who can help ... They do have price checking consoles throughout the store which helps. But sometimes you just want to ask somethink.     Racist cashiers and service desk. Firstly we queued for literally 37 minutes to be met with Sandra, who was absolutely not in the mood to be working that day. She was rude and obnoxious. No greetings, absolutely zero regard that we queued for as long as we did. She was rude to the customer in front of me as well, a middle Eastern but oh so pleasant to the Australian behind me. As I was leaving I requested for her name and suddenly angels sang!! She was sweeter than my kid's grandmother ! The cashier at checkout was the perfect ending to my frequent trip to Kmart. I requested if she could help me scan the 4 items I had as my pram was full of click and collect and I was holding a crying baby and barely managing. She said please scan it yourself and if you need help come by. Lol. She did not come anywhere close to my checkout till. The lady behind me, an Australian, with one cushion got her item scanned at the dedicated checkout by this wonderful cashier. Only if there was another Kmart this close to us we would avoid going here. Oh well. Such is life.

    Reviewing this Kmart in particular after my wife requested I do so. Every time she shops at this location Joel is super helpful and goes above and beyond to be as helpful as he possibly can. An employers dream colleague.

    What a great experience. Firstly someone actually put aside something I rang about and then Mia went above and beyond to find me a picnic rug I couldn’t find anywhere. She was working at the change rooms and when she couldn’t find someone from Home she went out of her way to help and didn’t give up until she found what we were after. Well done to Mia, Kmart are lucky to have you.

    Not enough trolleys. Staff are lazy, walking around and hiding from customers. Self service is always full with no one to assist you. Very bad customer service and place to show. Avoid at all cost.

    I like to carry an empty plastic bag on the way out to see if they will check it and they always do but I don’t like that they don’t offer to give me some stuff to go with my plastic bag incase someone asks me on a date or whatever which would be so embarrassing if i had nothing inside my plastic bag. What if during the date he decides to show me how he was raised and offers to carry my bag for me whilst I eat my Harry’s de wheels pea pie and he notices there’s nothing inside apart from my keys?? So I don’t like that Kmart makes make me feel unimpressive whilst on dates I make up in my mind (also I actually own a set of keys I just said that to look interesting, sorry) P.s the picture is exactly how I feel in pixels

    Stock inventory is bad. Manager too lazy to assist, staff are ignorant. You can call there at 9:30am after opening on a Saturday but nobody answers the calls. When you inquire why, they say phones are answered after 10am yet no mention of this on website. Store is untidy. Staff

    I can't fault this Kmart, I always have a good experience. A lot cleaner and better kept than some others in the area. However, parking at the Stanhope shops is always a bit dicey. Be careful to park as far away from other cars as you can to avoid a bump or scrape in the carpark.

    I went in to buy a hi vis vest which the website said they had in stock in my size but upon entry I had to buy one a size smaller and the behaviour of kmart workers was disgraceful! How dare you treatba customer that way when they are just trying to get assistance. I never acted they way while I was an employee for that company. They should be sacked

    You need to do something with the smell of the oil and donut from the cafe in front of your shop. It makes your store smelly and I couldn’t stand inside it for more than 5 mins. What about the employees’ health? Having to deal with that smell for long period of time?

    Had an amazing experience today, my daughter wanted those pop out pencil set and they were all sold out. I spoke to the guy there, he spoke to the manager and opened the front display section and got the only item they had left with at display and we came back a happy family. Amazing customer service all around, thanks a ton.

    Went to this store yesterday to purchase new underwear, however all the underwear was incorrectly put on hangers - I kept finding mixed sizes on all different hangers; XL on L hangers, XXL on XL hangers, etc. Decided to leave after 5 minutes of struggling to find what I need due to poorly organised shelves.

    I’ve been looking for a few items at Kmart and have visited 3 other stores in the area. I found what I was looking for at Kmart Stanhope Gardens. The staff were very helpful and were knowledgable on stock availabilities. I noticed that the staff here looked like they actually enjoyed their jobs in comparison to those working at Rouse Hill.

    3 stars for 2 reasons - 1. Staff attitudes: i personally find it unprofessional that staff can spend over 2 minutes having a personal chat with each other when there could be customers looking for assistance. Also, the moment you say 'excuse me', the look on some of their faces show huge annoyance which makes a person want to deliberately juts drop something off a shelf and walk away. I think people have forgotten that words aren't the only way to communicate. 2. Tried calling a few times between 8:15-9:30am and no one picked up. I tried selecting different departments just so I can get through to someone, but they all rang out. Website stated something was in stock, but my previous experiences told me to call and check. As such, when I went to the store anyway, there was no stock. GRRRR. BONUS: I've been meaning to ask this for years; what is the logic behind having pay station at the centre of the store? This is not a functional design at all, and it simply makes no sense. RESULT: Staff need to smile, answer the phones, avoid disfunctional designs, and keep stock levels updated at all times.

    Not a pleasant experience at all, reading previous reviews seems like there is an issue with staff attitude and behaviour.Witnessed staff member "Janelle", loosing it, shouting and screaming at customers to stop taking clothing that was being marked down or some not yet being marked down! Remember Janelle, it's those customers that help you keep your job ..the look on those customers faces and Janelle's behaviour made me write this review. Would have been better to mark them down round the back before bringing it to the entrance!

    OMG, they had sooo many items. Shelves stocked and the staff went out of their way to assist. I have never had such fantastic customer service from Kmart. Love it here and will be my go to Kmart! I have already started to tell my friends.

    Kmart Stanhope is absolutely ridiculous. It’s the Christmas peak shopping period and they have one person at the service desk. There’s a massive line for returns, lay by and click & collect. The staff member doesn’t even think to call for additional support. I’ve seen staff just walking around and yet no one will use common sense to come help and serve customers.

    I am quite happy with the overall standard of this store, although today I could not find a staff member to help me with an enquiry regarding USB power plugs. And unfortunately I used a Kmart shopping trolley into which I had to insert a $2 coin. After loading my car I could not find any trolley returns in the car park where I could retrieve my $2 coin. I had to leave it in a trolley bay full of Coles trolleys. I asked 2 young men in high viz jackets if they could help and was very politely told they only work for Coles. For the sake of good customer service and my health, could you please remove the coin slots on your trolleys.

    Absolutely amazing customer service! Had to run to Stanhope and arrived 5 minutes before closing last night because I have a market stall today and my gazebo decided to snap while trying to get it into my car last night. Stanhope gardens Kmart had the last gazebo left in my entire area. A lovely staff member (I’m kicking myself for not getting his name) directed me to where it was, dragged it to the cashier for me as it was too heavy for me, and once I had paid for it he happily dragged it all the way to my car and got it in my car for me. He quite literally saved my day. Thank you so much!!!
