Aucun mot ne m'est adressé parce que je suis jeune, qu'un dimanche je suis en vêtements de sport. J'étais prête à acheter sur le champ ayant fait mes recherches en ligne. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Le pire service de ma vie. Je suis allée pour acheter un montre et le vendeur (un jeune homme) m' a dit 3 fois que à Walmart il coûtait bcp moins et qu'ils étaient les mêmes... Incroyable!! Il nous a pressé pour abandonner la place en disant qu'il y avait un gros file d'attente. Donc Je lui ai répondu que l'argent n'était pas un empêchement pour moi et que j'avais fait la même file et en passant j'allais payer avec le même dollars que tout le monde. C'est vraiment triste que vous avez ce sorte de personnel. J'espère que quand-même vous (le gérant ou propieter) grondez cette personne. Vraiment décevant!!

I went to this branch on Boxing Day. I was served by a lady called Françoise. She was truly a gem… that’s fair to say! 🙂 Despite the fact that it was busy, she took the time to help and advise me. I have been to several Doucet branches and this one is truly the best! It's worth the extra walk to get here!

I went about my necklace which was broken in two, a simple soldering was necessary. The lady asked me for my telephone number and she did not write down my code (knowing that I am not from Quebec, I know that my code is different). I told her 3 times and she didn't want to write it down. Then she told me it was going to take 3 weeks max. 3 weeks have passed, 1 month, then 1 month and a half I call back and she stupidly tells me "you gave me the wrong number". I go to get the necklace, when I get there, my necklace is welded but you can clearly see where it is welded, since a large mesh comes out, completely uneven and poorly made. Bad service, I will never go back there again, lack of professionalism, I STRONGLY advise against
