Prise de rendez-vous impossible! Aussi bien dire que je n'ai pas de médecin de famille... Jamais de dispo, même à l'heure exacte où l'horaire est supposée sortir. Réceptionniste désagréable et condescendante. Aucune empathie. Médecin qui ne veut pas renouveler mon ordonnance de toujours par fax, veut me voir. Si j'ai la chance d'avoir un rendez-vous, me prend 45 minutes en retard même si je suis arrivée en avance et me pousse à sortir de son bureau après exactement 3 minutes car pas de temps pour évaluer autre chose que la raison pour laquelle je consulte. Médecin froide . Ne prend en aucun cas notre avis sur le traitement proposé. Lorsqu'on a un médecin de famille au québec, on endure!

I've had the same clinic since I was a baby, it's always been so messy and impossible to get an appointment. The secretaries don't do their job, they don't even try to make appointments, they will always say that there is no room unless it is a major emergency. My doctor tells me that I can have a walk-in appointment by phone and that he will make a note in my file because I live 3 hours from the clinic, I call and the secretary tells me that there is no has no exception and nothing in the file... always a waste of time and the worst clinic I have seen, the secretaries are irritated and have a haughty tone, when it requires the slightest effort to check in a file or remember they never do.

This has been our clinic for almost 5 years, we have always had exceptional service with our family doctor and I find us extremely lucky to have the opportunity twice a day to have an emergency appointment when we need ! Rare are the times when I had to wait until two days later to see a doctor! The secretaries are gems and do their best with the means they have! Thank you 😊

Ligne toujours occupée. une fois qu'on nous répond, il faut toujours rappeler la semaine suivante. Car, il n'y a plus de place disponible. Les personnes qui répondent au bout du fil sont désagréables. Pourtant, il est demandé d'être courtois. Bien Dommage. Service à la clientèle à revoir.

Comme on peux le lire dans les commentaires, la prise de rdv au sans rdv est catastrophique. Et aujourd'hui, elle a atteint un nouveau sommet. Après avoir passé 10 mins à l'ouverture des lignes, avec 3 lignes telephoniques qui appel sans arrêt, j'ai obtenue la ligne. J'ai choisi l'option pour la clinique de dépanage (le sans rdv) et on me place en attente. Quand j'ai eu la ligne, chose qui habituellement garantie ta place au sans rdv, on me dit que c'est complet. Quand j'essaie de savoir pourquoi on a pas fermé la ligne avant que je soie dedant, on me dit que c'est comme ca, le système fonctionne de la sorte. Ca veut dire qu'ils décoivent conciament plusieurs personnes, chaques jours. Alors non seulement on doit faire affaire à une loterie telephonique mais en plus, si tu "gagne" c'est possible que ca ne serve a rien. Du jamais vue !!! Je n'arrive pas a comprendre comment, après tant de temps, personne pense à revoir leur façon de faire qui sont si nuisible et si fâchante. A moin que quelqu'un y prenne plaisire ou que ce soit payant ?!?!? Bref, ce gmf est a éviter comme la peste.

Horrible service. I called on August 8 for an appointment with my family doctor (relatively urgent because my 6 year old daughter has ear pain and deafness) and I was told to call back on August 18. I was referred to the breakdown service and told that there was still room for this evening. I waited on the phone for 1 HOUR without being answered. I asked my husband to call before I hung up in case they just forgot my call and the message said the clinic was full for the day and to call back tomorrow!!! I would have waited a long time! I would like to give -5 stars because it's not the first time.

Making appointments is worse than the 12 labors of Asterix. We are supposed to have a family doctor, but when we ask for an appointment, everything is always full (even when calling the day and time requested). Having done 3 different clinics, due to moves, this is the one whose service is the most terrible.

Impossible de prendre un rendez vous même dans les plages d'horaires prévues à cet effet. Ca m'a pris 400 appels (j'ai compté) pour finalement avoir la ligne et me faire dire par la boîte électrique qu'il n'y a plus de place en clinique de dépannage et de rappeler le lendemain...

Le système d'appel pour la clinique médicale de dépannage est désuet.... Incapable d'avoir une ligne avant 103 compositions engagées... Et se faire dire que la clinique de dépannage est complète, lorsque tu penses obtenir la ligne.... Très ordinaire. Ça relève de l'impossible obtenir une place, tel un concours à la radio..... Très déçue.

This is my first time going to this clinic. Great experience for me, both at reception and on the medical side.

IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! We are a lucky family to have a family doctor, but we never get to see her 😡 We've been trying to get a follow-up appointment for our children since April, and the schedule is STILL full ! We call: the line is not available. We go to the site at 9 a.m. as requested: NO APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE! When we talk about it to the administrative team we are told that there is nothing to do and that we have to call or go to the site to make appointments... It's the never-ending story 😡 VERY BAD SERVICE... At least the doctor is super nice and proactive.

For my part, the emergency service at this establishment is only good for hay fever! I have proof of this today... I will instead go to the hospital emergency room for an immediate solution to my health problem.

Poor service by office secretary, very stupid answer on the phone, seems to bother her! Too bad for the image it gives of the clinic, since my doctor is impeccable and wonderful!

A special mention for Mrs Johane who is at day reception. In addition to her magnificent smile, she always has great solutions when a problem arises to get an appointment with our family doctor! She takes the time to ensure our satisfaction, staff like that need to be taken care of, it's increasingly rare!

Tu appel à 7h45 toujours engagée sinon toujours complet. Quand on essaie prendre rendez-vous en ligne sa fonctionne pas non plus. En 2023 ces rendu l'enfer avoir un rendez-vous pour nos enfant. Système de santé est pas super.

Impossible de prendre un rendez-vous, on a un message qui dit toujours " il n'y a aucun usager à ce numéro" pourtant c'est le numéro qui est affiché sur votre site internet. Fermez une fois la clinique, au moins on gagnera en temps.

Vraiment une loterie pour avoir un RV avec un médecin. Votre système ne répond plus à aujourd’hui 2023. Y a un retour en arrière. La vie change .

Working in IT, I confirmed that the portal for making an appointment at the clinic is non-functional at all times. It is not possible to make any appointments even at "midnight" during the schedule change.
