The Martello 04 military tower / at the time, storage of gunpowder and also a surveillance tower for the protection of New France. ☆☆☆ 3 stars because it is a short visit, you do not have access to the interior. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ * I recommend a stone's throw from the tower, around 5 minutes max on the "La Promenade Solitaire" walk. A magnificent walking path, a walk on wooden footbridges which runs along the cliff in a wooded area, leading you to a Catholic nativity scene dating from around 1900. Experience high quality clean air for your lungs and high bright colors, a very romantic place, and ideal for photography.

Just a single building and has a couple of tour guides, it has a few historic things but doesn't beat going to a big museum

Martello tower 4 is not opened to the public at all which is very sad but I was told only tower no. 1 can be visited during the summer!!
