To make an appointment ONLY by telephone, the receptionist will let you know fairly quickly, this is their new way of working. Clinic made modern but still lacking in customer service and receptionists.

I love my family doctor, but the service is pitiful at the clinic. I have been waiting for important test results for my son for 6 weeks now. The clinic that took the samples confirms to me that the results are available in the Quebec Health File (DSQ). I called back to the clinic and was told that I would not be able to have the results for 1 month, since my family doctor was on vacation for this period, and that only a doctor can consult the DSQ. I then ask the secretary if another GMF doctor can consult the file and call me back, the answer is no. She confirms to me that my only option is to go without an appointment to consult a doctor, and that the doctor will be able to consult the file. So I have to deprive someone of an appointment (probably for an urgent problem) to obtain test results if I don't want to wait 2 and a half months. Where is the advantage of a GMF if we cannot benefit from the services of another doctor when ours is not available? A patient will probably end up in the emergency room because of this intransigence, and we wonder why our system is clogged...

J’ai un médecin de famille que j’apprécie mais en raison de la pandémie, je ne l’ai pas revue depuis 2019. Il s’agit de Mary Delafield. Maintenant que le pire de la pandémie est passé, je tente d’obtenir un rendez-vous depuis plusieurs semaines à la clinique oú elle travaille. On me répète que l’horaire de ce médecin n’est pas disponible et que je dois constamment rappeler pour obtenir la même réponse. Avoir un médecin de famille, c’est bien mais s’il est difficile de le consulter, je ne me sens pas vraiment privilégiée.

Never able to have an appointment.. Appointments are unlocked once a month from 8am.. I call from 8am and the line is always busy and via the internet unable to have an appointment this tells me that no appointment is available.. the receptionist almost calls me a liar because everyone was able this morning to call or make an appointment online.. as if I hadn't tried... it's been 3 months since I I try it and I experience the same thing! Subsequently my last appointment with the doctor was very very very ordinary I had to make an appointment without an appointment because I am never able to get a place with an appointment.. The doctor telling me well what is the emergency what the hell couldn't wait! Subsequently shows me his hands when I speak, signaling me to shut up!

You have a window of 10 minutes per month to make a DR with your family doctor. Almost impossible to get an appointment. The principle of the family doctor loses its meaning.

Great service and easy to make appointments online. It's really quick to get an appointment. If I have to consult for a "minor emergency", I know that I will probably have a place the same day and that the doctor on call will treat me as if I were his patient (Same for my children). Competent and experienced team. I hope that you will have replacements for the upcoming retirements because this clinic is that of my family. Thanks for everything and keep up the good work!

Virtually impossible to get an appointment! Even though we have a family doctor there! Making an appointment depends on the doctor and with the current telephone system it is very frustrating! tried to call (the day when the official DR appointment is made) from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. without ever reaching a human! And when we manage to get someone on the line we are told to call back 1 month later because no appointments are available... you have to be in good health to be a customer!

The doctor I saw was not attentive. She practically told me I was imagining my symptoms. The receptionist made a mistake with my phone number and I am unable to contact anyone, no email available, which means I will not get my blood test results when the time comes.

My appointment was for 1:00 p.m., I got there at 12:40 p.m. I saw the doctor at 1:30 p.m. The doctor cannot find a practical solution to help the patient. I also wanted to send documents to the doctor, the receptionist refused to give me the email address, telling me we don't monitor emails. Conclusion: Time is not respected. Doctor is not competent, a little stubborn. Administration poorly lead, Receptionist must have training for good interaction with patients. If they don't take care of these things I don't know how they can help the patient get healed.
