My wife and I are visiting Quebec City from the Yukon Territory and we just had the most relaxing experience at the Siberia Station Spa today! All I can say is wow, just wow, what an amazing experience. I’m going to tell the world what a great place this is. The staff were informative and helpful at the time of booking. At check in they did a great job summarizing the services ordered and explaining the layout of the spa. I also appreciated that due to my physical disability the staff offered to help carry my towel, robe, and back pack downstairs in and out of the change room. I was surprised that in 2022 this place doesn’t have an accessible change room on a main floor, nor did I see many/ if any ramps. If this oversight was addressed I believe this business would increase their annual profit margins as they’d be able to attract more people with physical disabilities, and seniors to the spa. I noticed there was an accessible bathroom at the cafe, but there wasn’t an accessible change room at the main reception building, perhaps they can change this in future. The other thing I would suggest is add more lighting from the parking lot to the main. I found the pathway to be inconsistent with the snow removable which created several icy uneven areas which made it easy to trip on especially with the low lighting. I was in awe how big this property is, and how well everything just flowed nicely together to incorporate the fire (both propane, wood burning/ smoke, cold pools and hot pools/ saunas water falls were all nestled together in the woods. Mostly all areas are connected by heated pathways, so no worries about snow and ice ( for the most part) Change rooms were clean, locker space is ample for Arc’teryx multi day back pack. Taxi fare one way from the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac cost us $39.00 one way. After our soaking we enjoyed hot chocolate and snacks at the cafe as we waited for our taxi to arrive. When we arrived here at the parking there were a lot of cars in the parking lot. I was concerned this wouldn’t be a relaxing experience. I was wrong and found this place to be completely relaxing. Thanks again to all the staff for making us feel welcome and providing excellent customer service, if we lived here we would frequent here a lot. Do visit here it’s worth the $39 taxi fare to enjoy a luxurious spa in the woods!

This place was heaven on earth. I read the reviews before coming and thought oh this will be nice. But just wow- it was absolutely serene. If you like nature or relaxation or in general care about your well being, I would recommend. Even if you don't, go anyways! Truly already trying to plan a trip to visit Quebec City again so I can enjoy this experience once more.

A rustic spa set on the edge of the river in the woods. It has small hot tubs with only 2 larger ones! The cafe building also houses the steam room and looks newer and more modern. Had coffee there and it was excellent! The eucalyptus steam was also very nice! Wish that the tubs would’ve been larger and the jets would be more powerful. The dry sauna should really be for 2-4 people at a time, it’s tiny! The shower and locker rooms are also older. Prices are similar to other spas in the area.

Family visit in December. Slightly overpriced: 2 adults + 1 child = $123 + $33 per robe, only includes 3 hours from 8:30 to 11:30. Very small changing room and small locker for winter clothes. Dry saunas are too small and cold to warm up, 80-85 degrees. They don’t have a real sauna, where you can pour water on the stones and where the temperature will be 100 degrees and you can steam yourself with a broom, which should live up to its name “Siberia”. I liked the hammam, the hot but overly strong smell of tea tree oil. The hot baths are also small, we had to cuddle up to each other. I liked that there was forest all around, the air was fresh and cold.

Best treat for thanksgiving! Staffs were very helpful and friendly. With the autumn colour, the entire property was like a fairyland.

It was a spontaneous decision to come here, but I am glad I have made that choice! About 20 minutes drive north of Quebec city and conveniently situated off the highway. Siberia station spa is the ultimate relaxation spa that utilizes thermal water therapies. There are also silent zones, hammocks, and resting yurts for you to quietly read or relax. Love the Nordic design and also very clean!

Had the most amazing spa experience thanks to Emmanuelle at Siberia Spa. Would come back again thanks to her. There was an issue and she provided the best customer service. My favourite amenities were the wet sauna, the dry sauna and the relaxing yurt with wood stove and sounds of the river flowing! Lots of hot pools as well but wish the jets were stronger for muscles.

I have all great things to say about this place. Cost wise, I'd say it's cheap for what you get especially with their premium services and the amenities. There's a lot to do so make sure you plan accordingly. With my experience, I only booked the 5-9PM + massage and definitely not enough to enjoy this place. It's quite serene and I'm glad that people that came here when I went understood what relaxation means, they are all quiet even when not on the quiet areas. Their mini hot pools are quite relaxing and where I spent most of my time. They also have hammocks where you can rest and a few sauna areas whichever would rock your boat. If it becomes too hot, you can go to the cold pool with falling water and it's quite refreshing. You are supposed to simultaneously go warm and cold and it's fantastic. The place is clean even if there are trees and the staff are quite attentive. I would definitely recommend you try this place out!

The staff are the highlight of this place. From reception to massage therapist to the cafe. All of them are amazing. Big shout out to Michael who massaged me, one of the best! The amenities/facilities are ok, looks like a renovation is needed, as some pools looked tired/old. Change rooms are also needing attention. All in all great experience.

This place is the absolute bomb and so worth the price. Husband and I got a couples massage then got to enjoy the steam room, saunas, different temperature pools, and the many relaxing stations. Overall we spent four hours here and felt so relaxed after. Beautiful location, surrounded by nature and tastefully designed. Great service as well.

We had a wonderful day in the spa, great amenities. Everything you could wish for: three types of saunas, access to the local stream, a lot of whirlpools with different temperatures and nice seating areas. Thank you very much to everyone for making it such a great experience.

What a great experience. If I ever visit Quebec again definitely will come back here. Very relaxing and well maintained facilities inside and outside. Staffs were nice and they have a quite zone which is very helpful to relax. Great place to recommend.

Spent our last night in Quebec in this place and it was amazing! The staff was very caring and made sure we knew the details since it was our first visit. And the view was very good.

We booked online and paid for five people to attend the spa. When we arrived, we were told that we are in the waitlist and are not guaranteed a spot. We are visiting from outside of the country and would leave the next day. We drove all the way down there just to be turned away. We essentially paid for a ‘certificate’. This was not clearly conveyed on the site- otherwise we wouldn’t have booked in the first place. What is the point of letting people pay for reservations just for your spot to not be guaranteed? Thankfully, we were reimbursed after speaking with a supervisor. This does not make up for the time we lost because of their faulty system. This was incredibly disappointing and was supposed to be the highlight of our trip.

This was our second time at the spa, and it was absolutely fantastic. There are multiple hot tubs, cold pools, and saunas at varying temperatures to choose from, cozy yurts to relax in, and ample clean, dry towels to swap out during your stay. The only downside is that some days allow children for a couple of hours in the morning. We were advised of this in advance, but as we only had one day to visit, we decided to cope with it. I had hoped that the staff would be a little more assertive about maintaining a quieter environment, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. If you don’t want any disturbance during your stay, I recommend arriving around 11:30 or spending time in the cafe or the yurts with a good book. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Lovely place, I’ve been a member and went numerous of times. Always a great experience. During the Holidays (summer time/Christmas), kids from 5 are allowed in the morning.

We took the dinner and spa deal and are very satisfied. The spa has a great value for money. There was a good variety of stations to relax at. I will say that the strict silence rule for most of the spa was a bit inconvenient for a romantic evening where we couldn’t talk at all. Overall it was a very positive experience.

My partner and I have gone here a few times, and we used to love it, and this time was a bit of a disappointment. It has decreased in quality. We went in the evening and while this isn’t the necessarily the Spa’s fault nobody seems to respect the rules or silent zones. There were even some folks taking selfies in the hot tub! (Sadly some people can’t live without their phone for a few hours.) There could be more staff present and enforcing the rules and if not, then kick them out. Also, the men’s locker room was a mess, soaking wet and towels everywhere. I came in and it was that way and left with it the same. The facilities don’t seem to be maintained, I saw one person in the actual spa area tidying up and replenishing. I was there 3 hours and saw them once. Overall, despite these issues we still somewhat enjoyed it, but likely will be going to other spas in the future that are better maintained.

Wow. What can I say - this experience was incredible. My 12 year old son and I visited Quebec for a winter week and discovered Siberia on a Sunday morning for family day. Easy parking. They welcomed us and gave us a tour. We changed in the clean comfortable changing room. Then we did circuits through the various spa steps from hot tub to sauna to cold plunge pool to steam room (amazing eucalyptus smell and buckets of shaved ice to pour on oneself). I even jumped into the river (icy icy cold). Plus we enjoyed a delicious meal at the cafe. I had a 30 minute massage with Nicholas and he was incredible. We left feeling so much healing happiness and adventure in Siberia spa. We will return!

I visited Siberia Station Spa on a Sunday afternoon in December. We arrived around 3pm and it didn't feel super crowded, but when we left around 5:30, there were so many people checking in that we were glad that we were on our way out. The setting for this spa is beautiful. It's really unique to have all the amenities out in the woods, and the river was really pretty. It rained the whole time we were there, but we barely even noticed it. I would have given this review a 5/5 had I not visited Strom spa the day before visiting Siberia station spa. The settings for Strom and Siberia spas are very different, but what made Strom stand out was that there was a lot more space. The pools/tubs are all much bigger, and the locker rooms were much more spacious. Even though there weren't that many people there when we arrived at Siberia spa, a lot of the hot tubs are very small, so if there were already 2 people in them, it felt too crowded for my husband and I to join them. It would also be nice if the robe rentals were included, and if extra towels were available in the locker rooms instead of at the front desk. All this being said, we still had a great time and if you have time to visit both spas, definitely do so!
