    Very very very ordinary, I place a telephone order at 5:30 p.m., I am told it will be ready at 6:45 p.m., that suits me. I show up on time, I am told that they have not started my order and that it will not be ready for another 40 minutes. I express my dissatisfaction to the young man who defends himself by telling me that there are only 2 of them for a Friday evening. I can completely understand the staff shortage, but at least train your employees to properly estimate and respect order times!!! As far as I can see, this has been a recurring problem for several months... Having known at the start that the order would be ready at 7:30 p.m. and not 6:45 p.m., I would have simply taken a plan b and I would not have didn't waste 1h15 waiting for nothing. I canceled my order and it ended up as a meal prepared at the IGA, frustrating especially when you have visitors

    My wife and I order from sushi shop almost every week. We live in the West Island of Montreal. While on vacation at lac Beauport, we were happy to see a sushi shop. The sushi we got where terribly rolled. They fell apart as you touched them. The dragon eye we ordered was not cooked at all inside. You expect Ă  certain standard from sushi shop. Had to throw out a 10$ roll.

    J'ai passĂ© une commande par tĂ©lĂ©phone et je me suis prĂ©sentĂ© Ă  l'heure convenu sans que ma commande ne soit prĂȘte, voir mĂȘme dĂ©butĂ©e. Elle a Ă©tĂ© prĂȘte 1h plus tard, sans se faire avisĂ© des dĂ©lais d'attente et sans excuses de la part des employĂ©es sur place. Les sushis ne sont pas beaux, mal coupĂ©s et trop de riz par rapport au poisson. Je recommande fortement de ne pas y aller.

    Took forever to get our food. For some reason it took them a half hour to put some raw vegetables and precooked rice in a bowl. And then once I got back home, I discovered that the "vegetarian" poke bowl I ordered had tons of fish roe in it (not vegetarian), so I couldn't eat it and had to go without dinner that night... Compete waste of $12 and a half hour of my time. Definitely would not recommend.

    The fish is not good. This is not my first order and the fish is systematically "cooked" either by bad freezing or by a sauce, the tartare is in crumbs, ingredients are always missing... the fish is never raw and shiny, disappointing for a sushi chain

    To simply escape. I am a resident of Lac-Beauport and this was the last time I placed an order with you. My 4 experiences in your branch are the worst I have received from any restaurant combined. It all starts with pitiful service from on-site employees who seem to take their job seriously. All 4 times I received incorrect orders or missing items that I had paid for. Last time, for my partner's birthday, I placed a telephone order at 1 p.m. to come and collect everything at 6:30 p.m. Knowing the slowness of the employees and the poor service I have received in the past, I decided to show up 30 minutes later than the scheduled time of 7:00 p.m. When I arrived there, a young employee smiled at me and asked me my name, which I provided. He replies “I haven’t even started your order yet” it’s 7:00 p.m.. it was scheduled for 6:30 p.m. In short, I hope that the franchisee will be met by the franchisor, because I have never seen and received such low-end service. A restaurant absolutely to avoid. Instead, head towards Yuzu a few meters away or encourage another Lake merchant than this business.

    Vous venez de perdre un client. C'est la troisiĂšme fois que j'utilise votre application pour commander, que vous me facturer et que vous n'ĂȘtes pas en mesure de faire ma commande. La derniĂšre fois, j'ai eu mon remboursement au bout de 3 mois et aprĂšs de multiples appels et visite. Ha oui.... J'oubliais aussi les fois oĂč il manquait des items dans mes commandes.

    J’ai placĂ© 2 commandes hier Ă  13h en vue qu’elles soit prĂȘtes pour 18h pour un souper de fĂȘte. Nous avons dĂ» attendre sur place Ă  18h car la commande n’était pas encore prĂ©parĂ©e. J’ai dĂ» attendre 1h30 sur place alors que mes invitĂ©s attendaient Ă  la maison. Se n’est pas la premiĂšre fois que cela arrive et en plus de ça, il manquait un 5 morceaux de sushis dans ma commande. Quand ça te coĂ»te 175$ de sushis, ce serait le fun que la commande soit complĂšte. Je suis trĂšs déçu que le Sushi Shop de Lac-Beauport agit de cette maniĂšre. Je crois qu’il y a un gros problĂšme de gestion. S’est la derniĂšre fois que je vais lĂ . DorĂ©navant, je vais aller chez Yuzu Sushi.

    You have just lost a customer, the order was placed online at 4:45 p.m. to pick it up at 5:30 p.m. I receive a call from the owner at 4:55 p.m. to explain to me that 2 employees did not show up and ask me if I would agree to have my order at 7 p.m., which I accept, being told "thank you, they will be beautiful and good.” I show up at 7 p.m. and the order hasn’t even started, “how long? » 30 minutes more. I tell them to let it go and refund me, they can't it will be done in about a week. After insisting, the employee calls his boss who agrees to reimburse me in money while informing me that it will be okay this time, but that next time I will have to wait a week for the reimbursement, which I agreed to. eager to let them know there would be no next time.

    Very ordinary service... you have just lost a customer. We ordered for 6:30 p.m. and at 7:30 p.m. the order had not started! Very sad and the employees look at us in a deplorable way and take their work lightly! Simply very disappointed. Looking at the reviews, I should have suspected it.
