Very very very ordinary, I place a telephone order at 5:30 p.m., I am told it will be ready at 6:45 p.m., that suits me. I show up on time, I am told that they have not started my order and that it will not be ready for another 40 minutes. I express my dissatisfaction to the young man who defends himself by telling me that there are only 2 of them for a Friday evening. I can completely understand the staff shortage, but at least train your employees to properly estimate and respect order times!!! As far as I can see, this has been a recurring problem for several months... Having known at the start that the order would be ready at 7:30 p.m. and not 6:45 p.m., I would have simply taken a plan b and I would not have didn't waste 1h15 waiting for nothing. I canceled my order and it ended up as a meal prepared at the IGA, frustrating especially when you have visitors….

My wife and I order from sushi shop almost every week. We live in the West Island of Montreal. While on vacation at lac Beauport, we were happy to see a sushi shop. The sushi we got where terribly rolled. They fell apart as you touched them. The dragon eye we ordered was not cooked at all inside. You expect à certain standard from sushi shop. Had to throw out a 10$ roll.

J'ai passé une commande par téléphone et je me suis présenté à l'heure convenu sans que ma commande ne soit prête, voir même débutée. Elle a été prête 1h plus tard, sans se faire avisé des délais d'attente et sans excuses de la part des employées sur place. Les sushis ne sont pas beaux, mal coupés et trop de riz par rapport au poisson. Je recommande fortement de ne pas y aller.

Took forever to get our food. For some reason it took them a half hour to put some raw vegetables and precooked rice in a bowl. And then once I got back home, I discovered that the "vegetarian" poke bowl I ordered had tons of fish roe in it (not vegetarian), so I couldn't eat it and had to go without dinner that night... Compete waste of $12 and a half hour of my time. Definitely would not recommend.

The fish is not good. This is not my first order and the fish is systematically "cooked" either by bad freezing or by a sauce, the tartare is in crumbs, ingredients are always missing... the fish is never raw and shiny, disappointing for a sushi chain… The photo is of a “salmon tartare” according to them.

To simply escape. I am a resident of Lac-Beauport and this was the last time I placed an order with you. My 4 experiences in your branch are the worst I have received from any restaurant combined. It all starts with pitiful service from on-site employees who seem to take their job seriously. All 4 times I received incorrect orders or missing items that I had paid for. Last time, for my partner's birthday, I placed a telephone order at 1 p.m. to come and collect everything at 6:30 p.m. Knowing the slowness of the employees and the poor service I have received in the past, I decided to show up 30 minutes later than the scheduled time of 7:00 p.m. When I arrived there, a young employee smiled at me and asked me my name, which I provided. He replies “I haven’t even started your order yet” it’s 7:00 p.m.. it was scheduled for 6:30 p.m. In short, I hope that the franchisee will be met by the franchisor, because I have never seen and received such low-end service. A restaurant absolutely to avoid. Instead, head towards Yuzu a few meters away or encourage another Lake merchant than this business.

We waited really long and passed someone else in front of us for unknown reasons. Very poor service.

Vous venez de perdre un client. C'est la troisième fois que j'utilise votre application pour commander, que vous me facturer et que vous n'êtes pas en mesure de faire ma commande. La dernière fois, j'ai eu mon remboursement au bout de 3 mois et après de multiples appels et visite. Ha oui.... J'oubliais aussi les fois où il manquait des items dans mes commandes.

J’ai placé 2 commandes hier à 13h en vue qu’elles soit prêtes pour 18h pour un souper de fête. Nous avons dû attendre sur place à 18h car la commande n’était pas encore préparée. J’ai dû attendre 1h30 sur place alors que mes invités attendaient à la maison. Se n’est pas la première fois que cela arrive et en plus de ça, il manquait un 5 morceaux de sushis dans ma commande. Quand ça te coûte 175$ de sushis, ce serait le fun que la commande soit complète. Je suis très déçu que le Sushi Shop de Lac-Beauport agit de cette manière. Je crois qu’il y a un gros problème de gestion. S’est la dernière fois que je vais là. Dorénavant, je vais aller chez Yuzu Sushi.
