    I am followed at this clinic by my family doctor. Very competent. On the other hand, don't get sick too often. Walk-ins no longer exist and the nearest appointment is in two months.. And again. The last time to be seen in close follow-up a doctor made a prescription to my family doctor just to get past the reception stage and have an appointment in a month. (it worked. Use it wisely). To answer your questions, no they are not taking new clients. Don't show up there unexpectedly, they won't pass you by. And strangely if you haven't been to the clinic for a while (a few years) they close your file and you no longer have access to the services. So you become orphans without a family doctor, I presume. It's a shame that there are fewer and fewer doctors, and fewer and fewer services offered (no, there are no more walk-ins, yes it's open 4 days a week, not on holidays).

    My mother had been followed by Dr. Émond at this clinic for several years. I accompanied her for OBVIOUS cognitive problems. After examining my mother and changing her heart medication, when I wanted to talk about her memory, the doctor got up and opened the office door saying that time was up! My own doctor agreed to see my mother and things progressed more in 3 weeks with him than in 5 years with her!

    Open 4 days a week during office hours only. Not easy to see your doctor and not very practical even for a prescription renewal.

    Voicemail full for months! Memo, indicating the emergency, left with the receptionist (who is most unpleasant) and still no news…. No return calls 🤨

    Cela fait longtemps que je veux écrire un avis afin de souligner à quel point je suis reconnaissante de pouvoir compter sur les membres de la Clinique Bourg-Royal 80. À commencer par mon médecin de famille Roma Deroy ainsi que la médecin Sylvie Émond qui sont toujours là pour moi depuis plus de vingt ans, lorsque j’ai besoin. Ils sont gentils, à l’écoute, attentionnés et disponibles. Je tiens également à souligner l’excellent accueil, la gentillesse et le service courtois de Cathy. Elle est également, toujours là pour moi et ce, que ce soit pour une prise de rendez-vous, un suivi ou autre. Je tiens à les remercier infiniment pour tout!

You ask her for an emergency appointment and she replies that it's not possible before 2 months... and when we remind her that the laws have changed and that she must have time slots for emergencies, she finally replies that we have to call around 8:30.. and when I called so my daughter could be seen by my doctor she said it was impossible and when I called back and asked her to ask my doctor. .mysteriously it was yes..it's always that with her in addition to her stupid appearance. Already we are generally not well when we call... can we have a minimum of service and a normal air if being cheerful is too much to ask...

    I have done business with Dr. Deroy for a long time, whom I have always appreciated for his human side. But the last two I was no longer able to reach him, I was barely able to get a prescription renewal despite a high PSA level. Tired of war, last year, I had to go to the private sector and today I am having a bone scan for prostate cancer after a taco to check there too that metastases have not migrated to the region pelvic. After more than thirty years, I have become a number like the others. With prostate cancer that has become intermediate type. I still have good memories of his empathy. But not for her cantankerous secretary: almost always angry, stupid and not at all flexible. I don't regret her!
