Superb atmosphere! The dishes with fish or meat are delicious, but the pea dish and the cucumber salad are ordinary. For the choice of drinks, the menu is very limited and no one on site was able to recommend a wine for us. Also note that the portions are small and a complete meal requires at least 4-5 dishes. In short, a lot of potential, but a few elements still need to be refined.

Nice place, good food lack of experience but I have to admit I see a very big potential into this place! You feel the passion of the team and they are open very very late like the old time pub on the corner of the street in London! Friendly and good food over all.! Keep it up team Amber!

My goodness, a really nice evening. Certainly the finest, most refined and best-matched cuisine I have tasted in a restaurant in Quebec. Carefully selected fresh, local and seasonal products. The concept of the “Discovery Evening” is great, I would simply say that we should leave the choice of food and wine pairing to the customer, because tastes and colors are very subjective. With a little more tannins and strength in their color, the wines would have been perfect, like the dishes. Wow wow wow, what can we say about this discovery! We loved every dish. This restaurant stands out and by far has become our favorite in Quebec!!

Nous avons passé une très belle soirée. C'est certain que j'y retournerai. L'ambiance est agréable. Il s'agit d'une cuisine recherchée et le chef a le souci d'utiliser des produits du terroir en plus de présenter des vins Québécois. Ça confirme que nous avons développé notre propre gastronomie. Le concept de petits plats à partager nous permet de goûter à presque tout le menu si nous sommes un petit groupe. Je n'ai qu'une critique. La portion de pain est trop petite pour le prix .Les sauces sont tellement délicieuses, il faut du pain pour absorber toutes ces sauces divines. Ma suggestion serait de pouvoir acheter une belle grosse miche, ou d'avoir le pain à volonté à l'achat de trois plats en sauce.

Le plat avec les pétoncles était extra, le contre-filet aussi.. celui au Canard était décevant et le vortex saumon était correct. Quantité décevante, il faut 4 ou 5 plats par 2 pour bien manger mais j imagine que c est le concept... c est plus une dégustation autour d une bouteille de vin. Service extraordinaire et amical, on voyait le chef préparer les assiettes avec passion. Il faisait un peu trop chaud à l intérieur. Sinon côté prix c est cher quand même.

Une expérience honnêtement unique! Une ambiance décontractée, des plats raffinés, un service amical, je recommande! On s'est rarement autant régalé dans un restaurant à Québec. Certainement à découvrir!

Super moment à ce restaurant offrant des plats plus délectables les uns des autres. Coup de coeur pour l’assiette de tomates ancestrales!
