I made an appointment online and, as I am not familiar with this type of service, I called the next morning to confirm certain details (fees, fasting or not, etc.). The lady on the line had a condescending tone and responded as if I was wasting her time, so much so that I decided to cancel my appointment. I give 3 stars because making the appointment was simple and quick and I cannot judge the care offered because I did not benefit from it, but clearly, the contact with the client needs to be reviewed.

Easy to access clinic, easy to make appointments online with plenty of availability. Reasonable price. Nurse attentive and sensitive to your needs. I gave 4 stars because the secretary is on vacation or changing fields.

I made an appointment to have an IUD mailed and I must say that the service is impeccable. Nurse Marie-Eve Jean immediately reassured me because I had a lot of fears because of the previous doctors who had asked me about them and who caused me extreme pain. She put me at ease to overcome my trauma and guided me and it was the first time that I felt no intense pain. I really have to say that nurses in Quebec are much more qualified than doctors and deserve better visibility because they do remarkable work. Thanks again!

After my IUD almost expired, I decided to have it removed in a private clinic with a bit of reluctance at first... Better private withdrawal experience than my public installation. - Clear information on the website - Accessibility (3 clinics) - Appointment (several slots) Superb welcome from the receptionist to the nurse who carried out the removal. Très mauvais service! J'avais pris rdv pour vaccins de la petite enfance. Nous n'avons plus le carnet de vaccination de mon fils mais j'avais dit que ses vaccins étaient à jours et il avaient besoin des vaccins de la rentrée à la maternelle. Ok pas de problème. Rendus là, ils ne savaient même pas quels vaccins lui donner. Je leur ai fourni l'information car une amie avait été là quelques jours avant avec sa fille. Eh bien ils n'avaient même pas les foutus vaccins! Et en plus, ils nous ont fait payer les frais de dossier de 35$ Ils ont dit à mon chum que les vaccins seraient gratuits (alors que c'est normal pour les enfants de cet âge, même en clinique privée) et qu'on aurait juste à payer les frais d'injection de 10$. EN plus, la fille là-bas a pratiquement arracher le cellulaires des mains à mon chum pour voir les photos des vaccins à administrer que je lui avais envoyées. En temps de COVID, quel manque de professionnalisme. Mon chum dit qu'en plus il y avait trop de monde dans la salle pour ce qui est permis.

When I got there I was told that it takes a prescription to burn spots on the back...I don't disagree but they could have called me or sent me an email asking for the prescription. I don't have a doctor so it's not easy.

I received a nitrogen treatment for $179.00. Since it’s in the face I waited until the end of summer to call. I still have brown spots, it's worse than before. Manon, the telephone operator, who probably thinks she's a nurse, explained to me that it's probably my skin. (Some people do this and others don’t). She wanted to give me another appointment at $179.00. I told her that I certainly wouldn't go back there. She hung up on me.
