Horrible service!!! As I walk in the lady instead of greeting me, demands that I leave my backpack with her... And I am like " my wallet is in there". So, she asks me to take it out and leave my backpack. No thanks!!! I came here only because the product Was not available at Mondou which is where I always shop; but, I am already ordering the product on Amazon so I never have to use Dyno's awful service. Edit: After I wrote this comment, a gentleman (employee) was kind enough to completely change the way the lady was addressing to me. Definitely a much better attitude and service.

Wide variety of pet food, litter, and accessories. A decent rewards program but functionally archaic asking to preserve receipts receipts and hand written cards.... other than that it's the place to go to for pet stuff.

Bought a Tag for my Dog. First: great service by the 2 employees I encountered. Very helpful and efficient. (The work environment looks nice) Second: The machine that custom writes on a wide selection of tags is awesome, cheap and of great quality. Would buy again even though I'm sure the tag will last for my dog's life.

Large pet shop. Lots of stuff for almost anything pet related. You can purchase a annual VIP card to get 10% or more off on most things. Friendly and knowledgable staff. It is probably the largest Dyno store in Quebec, and it is my preferred one for sure. Easily accessible location and ample free parking.

Love the place. Personnel are surprisingly well informed on many subjects related to all kinds of animals!

The people working there are nice and quick to answer your questions. The store seems to be well organized so it's easy to find the item you're looking for.

Don't ever buy anything ALIVE in there. They have sick fish and will try to tell you that it's your fault even if you bought the first fish ever from them. I learned it was infected with ich which is a highly contagious parasitic infestation. Ich will devastate the aquarium if left untreated. Stay away!
