All of the instructors are great with the kids, and use a variety of swimming skills to get them swimming at their own comfort/pace. My son always go to the swim lessons happily, and I’ve seen such great progress in swimming skills and overall comfort in the water. His instructor is patient and very kind. Could not be happier with this company! Highly recommend!!

Amazing experience. The instructor was excellent with my 2 children, put them at ease immediately. Within 30 minutes, used many techniques to teach the children different swim skills. Lots of progress in a short time. Administration: prompt, full responses to questions.

My daughters had an amazing time with their swimming coaches. They have learned multiple techniques so far and we are looking forward to continuing their swimming lessons in summer.

This is the place to be! I took my nephew to start his swimming lessons and the staff was so nice and helpful with him! Pouya is really knowledgable and he always goes the extra mile! If you're not going to Swim Factory, you're doing it all wrong!

Amazing experience. I took adult private lessons with Pedro and after a few sessions I transitioned from not knowing how to swim to swimming properly and comfortably. His patience, easy explanations, quality of the drills and encouragement are second to none. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Basketball Experience for Kids! I just had to share how awesome our experience with this basketball class has been for my 7-year-old son! The practice sessions are like the perfect mix of learning and playtime. The coaches really know their stuff and make the drills super fun. My kiddo's basketball skills have grown, plus he's learning about teamwork and trying his best – all while having a blast! But what's been truly heartwarming is how patient the coaches are. They get that every kid is on their own journey and cheer them on every step of the way. It's such a confidence boost for my little one. Highly recommended for any young sports enthusiast!

Pouya and Pedro are two professional swimming instructors who put their heart into what they are doing. They have quite a bit of experience teaching different kids with different learning capabilities. Hadn’t it been because of these two gentlemen who are teaching my 7.5 and 3.5 sons, I would not have taken my sons to swim factory. Having said all these good things there is one thing I do not like about them: their pool is small and sometimes overcrowded for its size!

Wonderful instructors! My granddaughter looks forward to the lessons every week. She is also making incredible progress and never feels pressured. Her confidence is growing in leaps and bounds.

We live in Montréal-West and have no access to indoor swimming classes for our children, which is a sport that every child should have access to. A mother from the same school, gave us Pouya's number and it has been a true revelation! Our children 2, 5 and 7 learned to swim in two months. The private classes with Audrey, Lilly, Kouroush, Santiago, Ryan and Pouya have been catered individually to each of our children's needs. Amazing team! Our children love them!

I would like to thank Pouya and the whole Fitness Factory MTL team for acting so quickly and organizing a daycamp for the kids while the schoools are closed on strike. My daughter is a very active child, and staying home and not running around is very hard for her. And it makes it that much more difficult for us to work. Thanks to Pouya - she has been active, happy and tired in a good way for the past two weeks. She loves going to the camp and spending time in the pool and play different sports. Thanks again! I would highly recommend this to any parent.
