Rotating restaurant is a very nice experience with a great view. Menu is perfect: not too much choices and for every taste (vegetarian, fish and meat options). Beautiful presentation of the plates and it’s delicious. Waiter was amazing. Put that in your to do list when you visit Quebec City!

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view. The restaurant is rotating - you should be able to do a full circle during one dinner. Food is pretty expensive there but the quality is superb, worth every penny! Very professional service. We went there for our anniversary and we got a free dessert as a suprise, nice touch.

Outstanding brunch! Make a reservation if you want a window table (but even the other tables offer great views). Food was nutritious, creative, and presented well. Service was top notch. Price was reasonable.

Absolutely our best restaurant experience during our stay in Quebec City. We made reservations and got a window seat. The staff were all friendly from when we were greeted to when we were leaving. The view was fantastic. We were on a rotation and when we got there it was cloudy but by sunset, the clouds cleared and we got a better view. The food was delicious. We got the only vegetarian option on the menu. There was only the one vegetarian main option in addition to a few appetizer options. We asked our server about vegetarian options and he mentioned the ones on the menu. It seemed they have a lot of unique meat options. Nonetheless we very much enjoyed the meal. We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our server surprised us with a cookie with mousse and it was very rich and creamy. We will definitely be coming back during our next visit to Quebec. Hoping they have more vegetarian options next time!

The atmosphere is amazing; you get a 360 degree view of the City, since the restaurant is revolving. You can see great views of Old Quebec (including the Citadel and the Plains of Abraham) and the St. Lawrence River. The staff were nice; we had to change our reservation a little bit and the staff still accommodated us and helped us get a window-side table. The service was pretty decent. The food was okay in my view, could be better. The place was packed for brunch, so recommend booking in advance. The brunch price was pretty decent and the brunch meals were pretty filling (including a drink, appetizer, main course, and a small appetizer).

Magnifique! I loved everything, good food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere and amazing view of the city with 360° view. This restaurant is a must visit an really worthy. Unfortunately, I knew about it just in my second visit to the city. If one day I come back to Québec, I will definitely visit it again.

We had a wonderful time! The restaurant is easy to find, it's very modern and clean and the views are just outstanding! We were also very lucky with the weather, and the sunset was beautiful ❤️ The food was excellent. We ordered the special entrée (mousse aux champignons), the fish of the day and the halibut, which were all delicious. The crème brûlée was also very good 👍 Our waitress (we don't know her name, but she was dark haired and pregnant) was 5 stars. So nice, polite and professional. She spoke French and English and we noticed that she was very friendly with everyone. Many thanks to her for helping us enjoy a wonderful meal and beautiful evening 🙏

Service is very welcome and professional however food especially meat is very average honestly. Of course the atmosphere and the view is just amazing but the food is pricy for the quality and the quantity that it comes with. Mocktails and dessert were the best part.

Excellente ambiance, delicious food, reasonable prices! Unique view! Nice staff! Totally recommend it. We had Table d’hôte for brunch. We had options for smoothies or coffee. for appetizer, we had the option of fruit bowl or cottage cheese and nuts! Yummy! the main dish was very delicious too. I had smoked half cooked salmon with Benedict eggs. My mom had the Steak and eggs. The prices were $25 and $26.

Highly recommend the chicken dish, it was falling off the bone. As for the appetizers, skip the smaller dishes and focus of a charcuterie board that can be customized with your choice of cheeses. The bourgot pictured was super chewy, wish we had more cheese instead! All in all recommend this place for the gorgeous view and experience.

Absolutely amazing every time! It's our second time eating here (we went once in the winter as well). Service is bilingual and not too clingy, the food is always spot on and the view never gets old. The prices are GREAT, it truly is a GO TO place in Quebec City. Always call and reserve before if you can, as it is always in high demand!

Very nice restaurant. Ciel means sky in French. The restaurant spin in the "sky" and you can see the whole city during your meal. Very nice concept. The food was very good, small gourmet portions. The service was great. We ordered dessert, expecting a small portion, but it was bigger than expected. The whole meal including tip and one alcoholic beverage cost $80 per person. Which is good for the quality of the establishment.

Great place to have breakfast brunch and have an outstanding view of Quebec City. The only revolving restaurant in the city that gives you these amazing views of the mountains, the St-Laurence river and the Château Frontenac with the Citadel. If you want a table by the window make sure to reserve a lot in advance. Food is really good too, portions are big and the prices are a bit more expensive than elsewhere but you pay premium for the view!

I went for dinner yesterday evening, of course mainly to enjoy the experience of the rotating resto and the great view, at sunset it was amazing. But I was also positively impressed by the food (soup of the day, cuisse poulet and eclair and good wine). Thumbs up also for my waitress, her service was top! Overall a great experience I recommend in Quebec, it’s a bit pricey but worth the view you get.

Originally I thought this would be a gimmicky restaurant where the food did not match the ambiance of the restaurant. I was wrong. We ordered the mock tails and bourgots for starters, duck, halibut, and arctic char for entrees, and blueberry cheesecake and lemon peanut pie for dessert. Flavors were spot on, and the service impeccable. The view from above was an added bonus. Highly recommended for visitors and romantics.

Amazing brunch, reasonable prices and a great view. What more can you ask for? The staff are very friendly and outgoing and the service is great. Wide selection of choice for brunch with twists on classics. The view is great and it's located close to other great attractions in Quebec City. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful restaurant, that has unsurpassed views of Quebec and a dining floor that rotates for a 360 degree view during dining. The food was quite excellent, and the prices extremely reasonable. Overall a highly recommended experience. Great for all occasions.

What a restaurant - superb food, staff, views! We came here to celebrate our last meal in Quebec city and our 1st anniversary. The staff were courteous and were kind enough to place us on a table right next to the window. Our waiter was quite friendly and helped us make the right selections for food & drinks. The cocktails were perfect to quench us from the hot summer day. We then ordered the food that hit the right spots. Finally our waiter surprised us with an anniversary cake with a cracker candle which made our evening. This was the perfect place for us to end our post-covid honeymoon in Quebec city. One drawback - the queues in the hotel reception were super long to get into the elevators but we called the restaurant to let them know we will be late.

Had a lovely meal here. The restaurant revolves so you get a great view of Quebec and the service was excellent. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be for what it was. We went at night but would be great for lunch to get the views too.

Better view during the day! Food: Good for Québec, if you don’t compare it to other cities. The best are the desserts and off-menu / special items of the moment. Service: service here is top-notch. but just like the menu, there can be occasional lesser experience (the most expensive steak might not live up to your expectation) I started the evening with a one-star review and now I’m moving towards a 5.

We had our pre Christmas dinner here. It was really cool! The food was great, the service was good and friendly. The waiter was helpful and explained the menu and all the special options they had. We had a 3 course meal and a bottle of wine. We got a table next to the window, and the view was stunning during the night. Overall, we had such a great time!

Loved the view. The service was very professional and on top of everything. In my opinion, it is a great option for brunch.

Not only is the view magnificent thanks to a slowly rotating platform to guarantee a full view of Quebec City, but the cuisine is really interesting, tasty and refined. Our server was very friendly, present without being intrusive. It was my second dinner, 22 years after the first, I hope to come back before I’m 70 😉

You are paying for the location and view. The food is expensive and did not taste good. Very pricey for the portion. The service was bad, especially if you don't speak French. Waitress was very rude. I raised it to the manager, Michael, and he didn't seem to care. Don't waste your money. Quebec is a beautiful city and can be seen without this restaurant.

Discovering this hidden gem was a delight! The restaurant boasts amazing views of Quebec City, creating a charming atmosphere. The food is both delicious and reasonably priced, offering a variety of options that won’t disappoint your taste buds or your wallet. What truly sets this place apart is the friendly staff—they go the extra mile to make your experience memorable. For a perfect blend of stunning views, tasty cuisine, and budget-friendly dining, this place is a must-visit!

Great view over the Quebec City for sure . Food was good - monk fish highly recommended. Elevator was funky…. A hundred people lined up waiting for one slow elevator, which was just crazy.. not the restaurant’s fault tho.

Fantastic! They speak English - you can request a server who speaks English so that made our experience amazing. Great food, great view, and the prices are actually very reasonable given this is upscale. You can pay just as much for dinner and not get this fantastic view. Photos of the chicken on the menu, the pudding is the desert for kids meal (they have a kids menu which is perfect) and the other is a desert i forget the name of. Will return and have recommended to all our friends. Tip: book your reservations well in advance. Especially to get the time slot you want.

A very unique dining experience with nothing short of a beautiful view. It’s certainly a well known spot for both tourists and locals. Having a table right beside the window is where you would want to be as it gives you all of the views! The drinks and service were both good, however, we found the food to just be so so. The kitchen had a hard time accommodating our modifications/requests as a result of an intolerance. I would suggest Le Ciel for a drink and maybe a small appetizer. We have also heard many great things about the Brunch menu.

Incredible view, but aggressively average dishes and drinks. It’s a very nice spot for tourists and I’d recommend going for a drink with someone or to share a small appetizer, but don’t make it your dinner plans if you’re looking for a great meal (especially with all the amazing choices in the city). Note: The weakest point of the menu I tasted was the steak, which felt very chewy and average for the price.

This is a very expensive restaurant, yet a very good and interesting one. You will be pleased with the amazing view, dishes and wine. We had an amazing time. Positive points are: the view, the courses, wide option of wines and drinks, the kitchen is fully visible, the staff is very courteous and the concept is a really nice one. Not so positive: definitely the price (but it is a fancy restaurant so...), the parking space, some tables are not next to windows (so be mindful). Great for marriage or important moments anniversary. Shout out to Michael for being an awesome waiter.

The place is awesome. It’s on the 25th floor i think which is a Revolving restaurant. The view is fantastic and you can view the entire city twice probably. The restaurant spins a circle like 45 mins i guess. The service is good too. They are quite nice and polite. The food is good. I ordered something called Bison osso bucco. I think they should braise it a little longer.

Very nice meal, service and lovely view! Make a reservation to ensure you can get in. If dining later in the evening some items will not be available, most of the dessert menu were out. The creme brulee was good.

We ate here to celebrate a birthday and were not disappointed. The views are spectacular as the restaurant rotates above the city. The service and food are both excellent. Truly, a fine dining experience!

Amazing experience! The food exceeded my expectations, the cocktails were fabulous and the service was wonderful. Not to mention...The view. If you're touring the city, you must stop here or you're missing out on seeing it from the best point of view.

My wife and I stopped in without a reservation just before sunset on a Sunday evening. We explained that we were just looking to enjoy some wine and dessert. The host assured us that this was not a problem and seated us at a great table. We decided to enjoy some cheese selections before dessert and asked the chef to send his recommendations. Everything was incredibly enjoyable... The food, the view, the service - all of it.

  • 3/5 Anthony R. 7 months ago on Google
Let me start by saying I love the vibe of the place as well as the view. The service was great too! Unfortunately, the steak I ordered was very fatty and borderline inedible. It almost ruined the night for me. Thankfully the soup appetizer was amazing, but whatever you do stay away from the steak

A highlight of our trip to Quebec City. The views were stunning. The food was wonderful. Our server was helpful and attentive. The cuisine and cocktails were quite modern and delightful.

Superb food with amazing views. The food was very tasty and served with elegance. The service extremely friendly. From the moment you walk in till you leave people are very attentive. To top it the views from the 360 revolving restaurant makes it one of the best experiences in Quebec City.

  • 5/5 Kara C. 1 year ago on Google
This is a must go destination if you're visiting Quebec. It is a revolving restaurant, and you can get beautiful views of the city while dining. By the time we finished our meal and drinks, we got a 360 view of Quebec. We went for brunch and the food was so good! Wish we had enough time to visit again for dinner. For brunch, we ordered a salmon plate, overnight oats, and omelette. The salmon and oats were delicious. There was nothing wrong with the omelette. It was just familiar and unremarkable. Definitely a safe dish, if that's what you're looking for. The service was great! The server was so kind and took the time to answer all our questions and take our photos.

The view of Quebec City was awesome. The staff was very friendly and sat us down early. Honestly, I thought this sky restaurant was going to be overrated like some of them are but the food here was GOOD! For our appetizer we had a fresh fruit smoothie and fancy cottage cheese. They were both scrumptious! For our main dish I had VERY delicious egg burger and my girlfriend had the salmon dish with poached eggs which she loved. You also rotate 360° while you dine. Definitely recommend this spot for the food and obviously the view!

What an amazing experience. We were treated to amazing weather, attentive service and thoughtfully prepared food. We had the special beef plate, the beef cheek, Arctic char. All plates were hearty and delicious. Come just before sunset for the long shadows and the most amazing views in Quebec City.
