Ordered
a
swiss
burger
and
an
upsell
to
poutine...For
the
additional
4$
charge
(on
top
of
an
18$
burger),
I
received
a
bowl
of
old
fries
--ask
me
how
I
know?..they
had
gone
cold--with
6
pieces
of
curd
and
a
rough
slop
of
gravy
in
a
small
bowl.
The
hamburger
filled
half
a
bun.
I
cut
the
burger
in
half
and
was
rewarded
with
a
tiny,
crumbling
patty,
barely
seasoned,
overcooked
(2
bites
one
side,
4
the
other).
The
tiny
chunks
of
blackened
mushrooms
hidden
beneath
the
swiss
cheese
appeared
to
have
been
scraped
from
the
bottom
of
the
grill/pan/pot
and
gave
the
whole
burger
a
burnt
taste.
I
feel
like
i
had
someones
leftover
burger
and
fries--repurposed
for
me
as
a
new
burger
and
poutine.
If
my
food
had
actually
been
hot--like
the
3
other
meals
that
arrived
at
our
table--maybe
I
would
be
happy
about
the
meal
and
the
cost
but
my
meal
was
a
disapppointment
in
taste,
temperature,
quantity
and
quality
and
left
me
thinking
it
was
someones
passed-over
or
returned-to-the-kitchen-meal.
I
felt
it
wasnt
even
worth
it
to
point
out
to
the
server
or
to
the
cooks
for
fear
of
receiving
something
worse.
The
18$
burger
looked
very
alone
on
the
giant
rectangle
plate
with
a
4$
upsell
from
the
half
plate
of
fries
that
comes
with
the
burger
to
a
small
cereal
bowl
of
old
cold
fries
and
lukewarm
gravy
n
curd.
Though
i
would
not
recommend
the
burger
or
poutine,
I
was
impressed
with
the
fish
and
chips
(Hot
and
cooked
sometime
around
ordering,
good
serving
size)
and
the
macaroni
and
cheese
(also
hot
and
arrived
looking
appetising
with
a
good
serving
size).
