This
was
our
favourite
food
spot
throughout
our
trip
to
QC.
We
were
in
QC
on
a
Monday/Tuesday
when
food
options
are
sparse.
We
had
made
no
advance
reservations.
We
had
a
lot
of
very
average
food
before
finding
Le
Projet,
so
we
were
thrilled
to
walk
through
the
welcoming
doors.
The
staff
was
very
friendly
and
informative
(and
bilingual).
Great
choice
of
beer,
we
got
six
5oz
samples
to
share.
For
food
we
opted
for
the
pulled
pork
poutine
and
brusselsprout
caesar
salad.
We
thought
these
would
be
a
perfect
snack
to
share
before
our
later
dinner
plans.
The
portions
were
generous
and
very
filling,
so
much
so
that
we
cancelled
our
later
dinner.
The
poutine
was
piled
high
with
cheese
curds,
so
many,
that
I
hate
to
admit,
we
had
to
leave
a
few
behind.
The
best
part
is
this
experience
was
less
than
70$
with
a
generous
tip
included.
The
other
mediocre
meals
in
the
trip
cost
far
more
than
this.
Not
a
tourist
trap,
a
hidden
little
gem
we
feel
lucky
to
have
found!
