Our meals were not served together. The waitress seemed over worked. She was very polite and did her best to communicate in English. However asked for a drink waited over 10 minutes, asked for take out containers waited 15 minutes and waited over 20 minutes for the bill. The chicken penni was dried out and the bread to hard to eat. The homemade chip were wonderful all in all probably would not eat there again

Not bad, you get what you pay for. It's a place for families. Staff was good, made an effort to speak English, food was good, just waiting time was a little longer than what I'm used to. Perhaps life in Quebec is a little more laid back....nothing wrong with that.

I went to Normandin for lunch on a weekday. I arrived at 12:10 and ordered the vegetarian Pizzaghetti which is a combo of mini-pizza and spaghetti. Positive: Delicious food, nice, clean and spacious place, friendly staff. Negative: Very long waiting time which caused me to be late for my appointment at 1:30 PM.

Couldn't believe a family of 5 could eat anywhere for under 100 bucks! 65 bucks and we were all stuffed. Great food, friendly staff accommodated to our English speaking. Everything was great, will return!

Had a good time there. They have one 1 option for veg omelet. Coffee was good. The hostess and the server both spoke English so it was easy to order.

Food is good service from our waitress was excellent.

Our server didn't speak English but they brought another to translate. Food was excellent and good size portions. Will be returning on my next trip to Quebec City.

Lies to there employees and mistreats them kind of sad if you really want normandin go to a different one this location is a sad money grubbing scam

The waitresses are pleasant but the service is not very good. The food is below average and way over-priced for the quality. Not the greatest dining experience. Unfortunately, will have to avoid going there.

We ordered the garni pizza and it was delicious and filling. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive.

Great restaurant. Service is quite fast. I always take campagnard breakfast. Always have a good meal there. Tables are always nice a clean as you would expect when you go to any restaurant. 5 stars always ! 🤓

We went to this Restaurant on December 16th and figured with 2 hours to spare before our 8h00 show, we really thought we'd have plenty of time to eat but it took the waitress 42 mins to take our orders so by the time we received our food, we didn't have enough time to eat so had to get take out boxes and eat our food at home afterwards. So believe me when I say that I will never be going back there. I've always loved the Normandin Restaurants since in Ontario there aren't any but this one on Boul. Charest saw my face, but won't be seeing it again.
