First, the good news. The pizza is excellent and so is the beer. The rest of the experience here was atrocious though. We waited literally 40 minutes for our pizzas to come out. After trying to inquire about them 35 minutes in, the waiter states in a very unpleasant manner that our order was taken. No ETA on the pizza, no apologies. The ambience of the place was definitely lacking in my opinion. To each his/her own, but I wonder what the point is of blaring music so loud, in an already crowded place, so you can’t even hear the person next to you. Last I checked, this wasn’t a nightclub - it’s a microbrewery! I’ve very rarely had more desire to leave a restaurant than I did today. Again, some people may enjoy eating with 120 decibels of music and bass blasting, but not me. And lastly, 15 minutes of waiting for the bill in an already excruciatingly loud and the unpleasant environment. Although I really considered given my Emporium 1 star, I simply couldn’t due to the quality of the food and beer.

Consider making a reservation if you’re visiting this restaurant. We went near the beginning of the week and returned near the end of the week and both days the restaurant was roaring with people. They have very good selection of beers, a good mix of sour beers, white beers, red beers, IPAs and higher percentage Alcohol beers. We decided to order the charcuterie board which was quite delicious and filling you could tell they prepared this dish with a lot of thought and love. They are also known for their pizzas so we also wanted to order one to share. It was a lot of food, but it’s OK because you can leave with the remainder of your pizza because they leave you with a cardboard box if needed. The service was on point and quick. They bring regular oil and spicy oil to your table with the order of the pizza. There’s a lot of space to sit inside there’s a small boutique right beside the bar where you can purchase beers to go. Beer, glasses, and apparel. There’s a good amount of parking with two rows of parking spaces in the front and another parking lot off to the side. Oh yeah and they have beer flights oddly it comes with three glasses but they’re quite larger than the regular 5 ounces which means you’re able to enjoy more of those beers and even share with others if wanted.

Attention l'imperatrice est tres bonne mais extremement salee (petetre reduire le sel) (The "Fondante & Margarita Pizzas are excellente but be careful the saltyness in the imperatrice pizza is overboard although its still delicious ) 🍺The Beer is next level perfection!!! The quality of the beer is highly remarquable! The flavors and tastes are clear and refined! You can tell they put a lot of effort into creating the best beer! (Mondays they have "tour guidee" of the beer making! Their are board games available and Quiz nights and Yoga on some days posted on their facebook page! In the Summer the terrace is beautiful! Great atmosphere, great staff,great service and great food. The only thing i do not recomend is the "tartar de Saumon" oh was very bad. Too salty and unnedible.

We visited Emporium yesterday while visiting Quebec City from NH. Emporium was highly rated online and was also highly recommended by another local brewery we visited. Well, everyone was right! Great atmosphere, outstanding pizza and the beer was excellent. We were beyond surprised when our server came to our table with 2 sampler trays and said: I told my manager you guys traveled from far away to come to us and we both wanted to do this for you. Wow, what a treat! With 5 beers for us to try and a 7Up for our child, we were blown away by their gesture. You could tell they are proud of their craft and we are thrilled we got to experience it on our trip. Make sure to try Goon and Frullato. They have a great selection of cans to go too. One of the best microbreweries in the city with the best pizza (yes better than Nina's)

We had such a great night at L’Emporium last night. We ordered two flights, an appetizer and a delicious pizza and loved it all. But it was the service and the great team work between staff that made our night. Our barman explained specials and made recommendations, when staff passed us they checked in with us and it was great to see them working and having fun together. What a pleasure! Looking forward already for our next visit.

Awesome beer (try their Goon!), Awesome food (their pizza are crazy but it's not the only good thing). They do special event with imported beer, game night and even beer yoga?! You can still have takout of beer and food during the covid pandemy. Great place overall.

Great place! The beer was good, and they have PIZZA on the menu! How about that. BUT, nothing else on there; no cacio e pepe, no past'e fagiol', no bistecca, eh come on! Either you're an Italian restaurant or you're not, okay? Very good, but 4 stars.
