Loved this place for breakfast so much we went back again. The food is fresh, flavours are excellent. Portions could be a little better given the prices, but the atmosphere and setting (especially outside) wonderful. Discovered maple cream for the first time and will have to look out for it at more places, it was so good!

We came here this morning around 10Am and only had a 10 minute wait for which we received a text letting us know our table was ready. The servers were very friendly and took care of us promptly. We ordered the waffle (delicious batter), the eggs Benedict with spinach and Brie (melts in your mouth). Their cappuccino with double shot was delicious too. Honestly, one of the best breakfasts I’ve had.

A friend and I went today for lunch. Seated quickly and services was good aside from my asking for more water and server forgot. Friend ordered lobster and shrimp roll which she enjoyed. I had the grilled vegetables with fresh mozzarella and balsamic vinaigrette. Could have used fewer mushrooms and more other vegetables, but was enjoyable. The side Caesar was fresh and large. Did not know it would come with ham (I’m a vegetarian - maybe a Canadian thing), but was able to pick them off.

It was my first taste of food at Old Quebec. Unfortunately, it was pretty average. Although our server was kind and attentive, the food itself was basic. I would have given 3 stars but the rice in the poke bowl was hard and cold. The pasta and poke bowl lacks seasoning. The price does not justify the quality.

Visit on Sunday, December 10, 2023 party of six. Mobility impaired persons should make note that upper entrance has stairs while lower entrance just a few short steps. Both beverage and food menus nicely varied with great choices and a lovely local flair. Food was delicious and promptly served. Staff were good and servers knowledgeable of all the offerings and able to provide suggestions. Ambience very nice for either a couple or a group.

We ordered the XXL ribs and the pork burger and it was amazing and generous served. Personally I liked better the ribs than the burger but both were delicious. We also had some cocktails one named “le démon blond” and they were really good too. The waitress was super nice and the place comfy. I definitely recommend this place.

Had an amazing breakfast Saturday morning here. We had the breakfast poutine and duck confit omelet (the star of the show!). Enjoyed a great latte included with our meal. I was pleasantly surprised at their special hot chocolate, which was only $2 to add to the meal. It was the best we have ever had! Creamy and perfect to save it until after the meal for a dessert. Waitress was kind and spoke English well, which was very appreciated.

What a charming place! The staff were friendly, the menu was different but not too exotic. Prices were a little higher than average but worth the quality of food and service. We noticed diners of all ages eating and seemingly content with their experience. Would recommend and go back!

Loved the place! Plenty of options to choose from, and lunch menus come with a drink of choice. I ordered an omelette that was delicious, which included tons of potatoes (which I couldn’t finish) and was full of flavor. Our waiter was super attentive as well, and everything arrived on time. The only drawback was the time we had to wait in line to get in

We had breakfast here at about 830am. We had a fantastic time. 3 youngsters and us. Staff were wonderful, very patient with us whilst we mumbled our way through practicing our French. The food was brilliant. I loved the fruit yoghurt, granola and cranberry bread soo tasty! " best breakfast ever" according to one of our little ones.

We went to the location at Rue de Champlain. The restaurant definitely is a lil overrated for the quality of food. It is simply a tourist attraction. Our server very nice although we didn't find the person at reception very friendly. Food was okay, large portion size. We ordered a tartar, two salads and fish and chips. They were all OK. The salads were what you would find in a regular salad place, nothing special.

The Poutine Tout Cochon we had was awful. The fries were not freshly cooked, they were cold and hard, and we had to cancel it, very very disappointed. The other dishes were okay and the Sweet Corn Soup was the best.

Best hot chocolate ever - Old Fashioned. Best Caesar - The Bloody Cochon with Beer. Great breakfast items, with great inclusions of cheeses.

The food is great and service is excellent! The server is kind and keeps asking if we are doing okay. Price is reasonable and big portions! They provide giant coffee for unlimited refill!

This location is very crowded, I highly recommend making reservations ! Igor treated us really well and made sure we had s really good experience Their bloody Caesar cocktail is really good and served with 2 pigs in blanket Started with the clam chowder’s which was good. The cassoulet felt really different, it was a « Provençal » healthier twist with the tomato and spices. The veggies, sausage and pork belly were good but the pork loin was really dry .. a bit disappointed. I choosed the crème brûlée after our waiter recommended it and I was really pleased by it ! Sweet crunchy caramelised sugar with a soft vanilla crème under, it was a delicious way to end a meal

Delicious breakfast. We had the country duo, Charlevoix and the lac st Jean omelette. They brought us a shot of strawberry, mango, yogurt, orange honey smoothie at the beginning. That was a nice touch. Good coffee too! Very friendly server, Sarah🤗

Ahh, loved this place. The good, drinks, vibe, ambiance and service, nothing was disappointing. We were a group of 15 with 7 kids and they were able to cater to all of us with ease. The location of this restaurant is perfect with access from multiple streets. The beer collection is also nice. Lived few art collection they have as well on the wall. We will definitely visit this place again, when we are next in quebec city.

Visited here when they were kinda closing, got a table after 10 mins. We ordered the french onion soup, it was very delicious and nice. We also got the cod fish and chips, the fish was nice, the batter was seasoned and tasted good. The coleslaw kinda tasted off. We also ordered the burger which was very dry and small, and the fries were left overs. The chicken and waffle was good and tasted good. Also we got the newyork stake and it tasted very good. The service is good and fast, and very nice people. The atmosphere is nice as well. Really beautiful restaurant. Definitely recommend this place for the vibe.

Nice restaurant, amazing service. Highly recommend the Quebec Pork Ribs since that’s the highlight of our meal. The Cochon Trio was also nice, especially the duck. The New York Steak turned out to be my less favourite since the steak was a bit plain for my taste. Overall it's still a good dining option when visiting Quebec City.

This restaurant was amazing! Delicious food, everything we ordered was phenomenal. Highly recommend that you make a reservation beforehand. The service was great as well. I wish they had locations in Toronto!

Lovely little Cafe which offered welcome respite from the cold. They have hot chocolate mugs the size of bowls that you drink out of. It was fantastic. I also had the French onion soup and their pork burger. The French onion was everything I wanted it to be and not too salty. I appreciated the copious cheese and bread baked on top. The sweet potato fries were nice too. The burger was good, but it wasn't great. Again, no complaints with the burger. It was good but average compared to everything else. I would recommend this place to a friend and I thought it was reasonably priced. Also the staff was polite and considerate and the restroom was clean.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Quebec City! For starters, we ordered Trio Cochon. All three appetizers was just amazing. For the main course, I had their famous pot en pot and it was wonderful as usual. I always recommend this restaurant to my friends and nobody disappointed by their pot en pot.

Really liked the pork chop (except when one of them was super raw with blood) not sure if that’s their style but had to remake it to well done. Everything was delicious especially the creme brûlée! My daughter didn’t enjoy her kids meal with salmon (too much sauce).

Food is unique, pot-en-pot is quite delicious. Fried chicken with waffle is so so- syrup was good, waffle is tasty, but fried chicken (one thigh and one chicken breast) was too dry, but maybe it's just me... cheese fondue... so so... for the waiting time, I wouldn't come here again... the portion is quite small for the price.

I stopped by this restaurant for breakfast recently. They were quite attentive even though they were busy. In terms of food, I tried their Duck Confit Eggs Benedict. Note that the meal includes a choice of a drink and I opted for Hot Chocolate. The Hot Chocolate was nice and rich. For the Duck Confit Eggs Benedict was really good. The eggs were done to the right cookedness, the duck was not overwhelming but had a nice flavour and brought out a duck taste. The duck was slightly dry so the sauce (being a bit more sour than other places) complimented it really well. Having the egg+duck+sauce together also made the eggs benedict quite different from others, as it tasted more dense and had more substance. The potatoes and toast were okay (slightly soggy and too hard), and the apple butter was really refreshing.

Excellent breakfast dishes that are only overshadowed by the great service of the staff. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience, despite how incredibly popular and packed the place was when we went. There was a long wait to eat there, but they took our number and called us so we got to explore Old Quebec while we waited.

Everything was excellent; the service, the coffee and the food! The restaurant itself is really cute. Would strongly recommend the breakfast but I'm sure the lunch and dinner are amazing too!

Server(blond ponytail hair beautiful lady) was super kind. Thank you 🙏 I ate the maple pork ribs. I just wish that add more maple sauce and fresh salad. Salad was not fresh🥲 except that, everything was good 👍

Good restaurant with tasty food and drink options. I tried the poutine and duck wings which were both good. Portions weren't big for the price but the service was excellent.
