I have nothing good to say about this restaurant, if I could rate it zero I would. Our waitress “Anne Laure” was rude and unfriendly. Everything was charged extra… to share (3$), remove toppings (4$) and the bread too. Our drinks were 4.50 for a can with a straw in. The pizza was very thin and all toppings were placed to one side as well as they wouldn’t cut the pizza because of equality. Excuse me??The base was uncooked as well… Reply to owner… The prices wouldn’t have been an issue if it wasn’t for the terrible service and uncooked food that was average at best. If you can’t take the criticism you shouldn’t be in the business industry. Why should I be sympathetic? I payed good money for a professional chef to serve me raw dough. You tell me to go have a picnic as if I could have known there would be such bad service and food.

It was our first time in Quebec City and we loved the food here. We were seated outside and our server was very friendly and efficient. We got pasta primavera, Greek salad, lasagna, chicken pizza ( number 17 on the menu) and some drinks. The food was delicious, all the ingredients were fresh. Portion sizes were great. Loved every bite of that pizza. Great experience!

We had a good, tasty meal here. The service was quick and the portion size was ok. Maybe a bit on the expensive side, but I don't blame them, they were open, working, while other similar businesses were preparing to open at noon, despite the foot traffic. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the body language of the lady serving us when figured we speak english, not french. I do recommend this place which I assume is family run.

Wow. What a sweet find. As we ran away from the rain we found this sweet little place tucked away in the corner of Place Royale. We sat on the patio thinking we had seen the worst of it. We ordered red sangria & two personal pizzas. A #2 pepperoni & a #17 which was “Tomato sauce, cream, fresh goat cheese from Cassis and Melissa, cherry tomatoes, pesto, grated cheese.” Omg a week later I’m still dreaming about the droolworthy delicious #17. Such an authentic feeling Italian place, sitting there had me reminiscing of my travels and eats in Italy. We enjoyed watching a wedding emerge from across the Place, but quickly were taken aback by a torrential downpour. The staff was so kind, quick & efficient they had all their tables quickly move inside if they wished to do so. It got a little crazy with tables moving and tons of people trying to get a table to get out of the rain. I applaud them for their ability to handle the situation with grace. I will be back to have a sangria & #17 on the sunny patio enjoying the bustles of people shopping, chatting, and wandering about, next time I visit Quebec City.

Try to get an outdoor table cause inside is not worth it. The shrimp and smoked salmon pizza was okay but so salty and I would recommend the pesto one, it was delicious. The waitress was so kind and kept looking for an outdoor table.

Service and food are both great !! Pizzas are the real italian deal and desserts are worth every calorie.

The food here is just incredible. Best Italian food I’ve had in a while. The quantity is a bit small so if you’re sharing would recommend more than 1 item.

We stayed in Quebec for 3 days and we ate at a different restaurant everyday. La Pizz was one of our favourite restaurants serving one of the best pizza’s on our trip. The atmosphere was great and the service was fantastic. The location is absolutely adorable set in a beautiful and peaceful piazza.

Wonderful place to dine! We had a delicious lunch; shared the Caprese salad and a pizza. Service was wonderful, would return!

The pizza and sangria are beautiful together. Really nice thin crust, and they brought out olive oil with it. First for me, and not my last now.

Incredible thin crust pizza! Very accommodating of English speaking customers. Fantastic location in the heart of the old city. I had the seafood pizza (#12) with tomato sauce, crème, smoked salmon, shrimp, capers, and grated cheese. Paired with a Carlsberg alcohol free beer, it was a meal to go back for.

The pizza was incredibly delicious, staff were very nice. We sat inside as it was raining and it was a bit warm and stuffy but otherwise the experience was amazing.

Went to eat there during our visit to Place Royale. The service was quick, the outdoor seating felt perfect with the atmosphere of the area and the white pizza was fantastic! Me and my girlfriend were able to split the pizza so the portions were good, at least for us!

The view outside was wonderful and Pizza #14 was delicious! However, the salmon and shrimp pizza was very salty; I wouldn't recommend it. Employees seemed overwhelmed. The time between the appetizers and the entrees was over 40 minutes. A decent restaurant, but not the best one out there.

Outdoor seating was the best part of our dining experience here. Quite pricey and mediocre food. The salmon and shrimp pizza we had was salty and greasy.

I was confused by the reviews. My take. The food is ok. We had pizza and caprese salad. The portions were fine, but not compared the american portions most places in quebec serve. The thin crust pizza was soft on the bottom - again, fine - not not perfect. Caprese salad was thinly sliced tomato. The location is great - duh. The service is fine/great. The reason so many people complain is because the owner prowls the entrance. If the owner was an attractive woman, there wouldn't be so many service complaints. And the price is high? The price is high all over quebec - they have 15% tax. The owner's probably stressed bc covid but a hole in his pocket, the customers are stressed that inflation is hurting their vacations.

Love their menu: simple not too sophisticated. The Italian dishes are delicious and their cocktails are awesome. Particularly like the decent portion size! Staff are amazingly approachable. Two thumbs up!

Great food. We order two different types of pizza and they were great. We sat indoors because we were a family. But the staff are the type that come and impose on you on how much you should tip them. I understand there are norms, but I am at full liberty to decide the amount.

Service was quick so that is a plus however the quantity of the cabanas was small for the price and the food was not hot but room temperature. The lasagna was ok and portion size was fine but it will not insprire a return visit.

Most excellent dining experience! Outstanding staff -- hostess Debbie, wait staff Gilles, Gristen, Matild. Magnifique' food prepared by French Chefs under the direction of owner Chef Eli. Highly recommend eating al fresco or in the main dining room. You will not be disappointed!!!

I had the pizza. Yes a little pricey but also incredible food. Best pizza I've had outside Italy. Fresh ingredients, freshly made, served piping hot. I found the service good, but it wasn't that busy when I was there. Definitely worth a visit if you like great food and are willing to pay a little bit extra for it.

A very quaint and charming corner pizza restaurant. The lady server was very nice and accommodating. Great place to enjoy looking at the surrounding building while eating. Try to get the outdoor patio if you can. Food were delicious and with good portions.

Very good pizza! Never had scallops on pizza before, and they certainly did it right! Our waitress was very kind, and went out of her way to chat with us about some local places nearby. The beer selection was very nice as well, we tried some good local brews. The atmosphere was cozy, and it's in a really nice location!
