😠 I’ve never entered a restaurant without reading reviews, but my hunger got the best of me, and God, do I wish it hadn’t. The meat was terribly sour and gross, the rice was greasy, the only edible parts of my plate were the raw carrots, store-bought pita, and the grape leaves. However, I was desperat... Sorry to give a bad review....it's rather a "wake up" message for the owner. You are well located, you can do something fabulous. Revamp the place, clean and put a good oriental smell in the air. For the food, you can do better, I'm sure.. When I order a couscous plate, you're back from the back kitchen in 2 seconds with a plate already prepared, and you put it in the microwave! Really? The couscous did not have a good taste. When was this plate prepared? Please, change your way of serving customers, I know you can do it. You just need help to rethink everything.

We got food poisoning. Only thing we ate/drank in +7h. Very old product… cheep but not worth the stomach trouble. No wonder there’s no line up….

Their shawerma is actually not bad at all especially considering the really bad reviews on here. The place is a bit run down but the shawerma was really good - not loaded nor dripping of sauces! The real kicker was the pickled cabbage and chicken meat itself. We tried both their chicken and beef shawerma wraps and we really liked them. Would be back to have them again.

These people are a disgrace to shawarma and middle eastern food. If you want to eat 5 days old food … and plastic beef, only then it’s the place for you. I wish I could rank this place in the negative - best thing about this place was a semi cold bottle of sprite

The place is not neat. The food was okayish and not fresh because the fried potatoes had a weird and stale smell. Would skip it if I was not too hungry !

Great food. Pretty tasty. The place is not very neat. It needs some work. Very friendly staff and were happy to comply with our custom requests. I recommend for a quick and good meal.

Not sure how this can be called a gyro wrap. $46 for empty wraps? Don't waste your time.

Stay away from this place!! The restaurant is unhygienic and the food is terrible. The server made the food in front of us..cold food that had been sitting there for don’t know how long and microwaved it in front of us, but it was too late for us to cancel the order. We threw the entire food with one bite into it - cold , stale, tasteless food!! $45 for two rolls was too expensive but definitely cheaper than our health!!

Such delicious food! We come every year, at least once a day when we visit for FEQ. Generous portions, and the people are so kind! Absolutely the best place for food in Quebec City!

The restaurant was very dim and dingy. The food was not fresh and was poor quality. The falafel wrap ordered was raw so we had to throw it. Would not recommend

$13 a plate for microwaved food!? Hello no, wish I can give zero. Owners should Come to Toronto and see how this food should be made.

I was desperate for a quick late dinner - but I should have known to never eat at an empty lebanese place. Meat in tupperware microwaved onto a questionably fresh pita. Some coleslaw on it and called it a shawarma. Give me a break. Trio for 14$. Potatoes were like baked from frozen with a bit of paprika. Should have gone to the Subway nearby.

My partner had been here a few years ago and said it was great. Went there today excited for a good authentic Lebanese meal, but we were really disappointed when they took the meat out of the fridge and then proceeded to microwave that and the potatoes 😳 I mean if we wanted a microwave meal, we would have eaten at home (even though we don’t have a microwave). Not to mention we were really disappointed with the portion size. I think we had like 3 bites of chicken in our wrap that was $13. Also wasn’t a fan of the “garlic sauce” that just tasted like mayo. I’m not sure if they’re trying to cut corners to save some $ but safe to say we won’t be a repeat customer.

Walked in for a take out. Expected fresh food. The guy took kebabs out of the fridge and reheated them on the grill. Very sub par for the money.

The meat was terribly sour and gross, the rice was greasy, the only edible parts of my plate were the raw carrots, store-bought pita, and the grape leaves. 👍 We were there for lunch and there was no lineup. We ordered the croissant sandwiches and coffee, both are freshly made. Highly recommend. Staff are very helpful to suggest food from the menu.
