👍👍 What a great place. It looks super tiny but the food is so delicious! From adults to teens everyone loved their food. Staff is very friendly. The gelato tastes like fresh fruit. There was some fighting over flavour tasting. Would recommend another trip to this restaurant. People often mention gelato, cream, pistachio, taste, service,

Great selection of desserts! The place was clean and still pretty well stocked considering we went in after 7pm. Our creme brûlée and gluten green chocolate brownie cake were delicious. A little pricey but totally worth it. I'd certainly go back again next time we are in town. My only issue was when the counter person asked me if I'd like to add the tip to my bill. This isn't a restaurant and I'm sure he wasn't declaring his tips as all servers do. This rather annoyed me.

So incredibly thankful we found this place. We happened to be walking around looking for sorbet and the owner was so sweet he turned back on the light. He allowed us to try a few flavors and we purchased ice cream and sorbet. THE BEST WE’VE EVER HAD, he makes the ice cream and sorbet himself. I got litchi and it taste exactly like it. We loved it and will be back for sure. Thank you so much you made our night!

BRILLIANT! Made from scratch, deliciously fresh, absolutely spectacular flavours coupled with prompt, informative friendly service in a location that really can’t be beat. Nestled snuggly within Old Quebec, steeped in the storybook perfection of cobblestone streets and 17th century stone architecture, steps away from the Basilica de Notre Dame and the iconic Chateau Frontenac, Dolce Gelato Resto Cafés broad selection of gelatos are sure to please any palate and any craving. Ranging from excellently executed traditionals like French vanilla and pistachio, subtle pleasures like coconut and chestnut, to explosively fruity cherry, mango and pineapple, you really can’t go wrong - and excellently priced. We happened to stop by early in our vacation, and found we really had to keep coming back to try the other flavours, despite there being other gelato options nearby - we were never disappointed. A must visit!

Nestled in the charming old town of Quebec City, this place serves homemade ice cream / gelato. The place is unpretentious, inside you will find a clean shop, with an array of variety of flavors to try from. Per person gets two samples to taste ( or that is what I was told). The fruit flavors taste like the actual fruit, I tried the coconut and it came with real coconut flakes, that was yum. The other two we tried were orange and raspberry. Good taste but when I checked my credit card statement, was a bit shocked for the price. $16 US is a bit outrageous…probably a billing error but shaving off 1 star for the price.

He makes his gelato and ice cream ON SITE and it is incredible! He let us try a few flavors before choosing... and we could tell he was very enthusiastic about making his ice creams/gelatos flavourful and delicious! I had Mango gelato (5stars!) and my husband had whiskey cream (5stars!) And pistachio (4stars). We will be going back!

THE. BEST. A hidden gem for homemade ice cream. We got ice cream here once and ended up coming back every day of vacation to try a new flavor. At one point we had a late dinner and actually ran to the cafe to get there before they closed for ice cream dessert (yes, that yummy!). My favorites were amaretto and abricot ... but everything we tasted was fantastic! And don't forget to ask for a mini beignet to go on top of your ice cream! Finally, we so appreciated the wonderful service, too!

Delicious gelato with very friendly service. The man helping us told us that he had made some flavours that morning and was eager to provide many free samples.

Very bad service. I asked for extra napkins for my kids and she started arguing with me telling me she gives 1 per ice-cream. For napkins?!?! Wow. And $14 for 2 ice-creams. I would not recommend this place. There are better places with much better service at walking distance.

Over priced, garbage gelato. Not worth your money or your time. Not smooth, all flavors taste the same.

Not gelato, rather old, flavorless ice cream. The place was utterly disorganized and seemed to have a confused way about them, serving eveything from falafel to a gelato immitation. Save your money, because it ain’t cheap, and hit up one of the other great spots in town.

Overpriced gelato and rude customer service. I asked how many flavours I could choose if I got a small cup. The man behind the counter said that I could choose 2. I chose coffee(cafe) and pistachio. He immediately said, "No, I can't give you the pistachio because it's a premium flavour." If I chose pistachio, I could only choose one flavour. I don't know why I didn't question his statement because if the pistachio is such a "premium" flavour, wouldn't you want to give a half portion versus the entire cup? I didn't think of this reasoning in real time because I was craving gelato so bad and I really wanted to try the pistachio so I asked if I could get the pistachio and coffee if I get the larger cup. He said yes. The "large" cup came out to $10.99 with tax. I started looking around the store to look for the price for the gelato, but the store only has visible prices for their doughuts and churros. That's my mistake for not asking the price in advance, but damn! $11 for 2 small scoops of gelato is not worth it. I think I fell for the tourist trap

Superb mastery of ice cream and everything pastry and cake. Slow fermentation and cooking processes result in extremely high quality products and very easy to digest.Right next door to Divina Natura and close to Simon.

The flavor of the gelato was good but It tasted old like it had been in the freezer for awhile. Also the gelato wasn't smooth so it was harder it eat as some of the gelato had formed in hard chunks.

8:23 pm, all doors and windows open and music playing. Surly clerk ignored us until she couldn't any longer, then barked "CLOSED!" Never mind that the posted closing time is 10 pm...

Pistachio gelato was good, but not as good as pistachio ice cream from rocky mountain chocolate factory, missing unami flavor in the product.

It's a place where I was attracted by the smell while passing by. Freshly baked donuts and waffles were so delicious. It's a fantastic taste.
