this place was pretty good. we came in for dinner at 7pm ish for a party of 7 people. i had the salmon tartare as a starter and it was really good! sauce was sweet and slightly sour and went really good with the avocado. my filet mignon was more of a medium when i asked for medium-rare so I asked for a new dish and the waiter did it for me with ease. drinks are also pretty good.

We visited this restaurant to have dinner, as we arrived in the restaurant they turned us away, under the impression they were full. We looked around the restaurant, and it was empty; some people were being served inside the restaurant and on the outside. They told us they couldn't help us. We said hello in English, so I am unsure if it was because we were English-speaking customers. The whole situation was weird. We asked to speak to a manager, and there was no management available for whatever reason. We asked if we could talk to them later, and they told us they were unavailable today. Is this normal? I hope the owner of this restaurant reads this review and reconsiders how customers are handled and or treated, especially when customers are turned away from the restaurant when the restaurant is empty. Very sad, and I won't recommend this particular restaurant location.

Excellent food and great service. Had a 12oz NewYork strip steak and it was made to perfection. It basically melted in my mouth. Would highly recommend this place. 5 star for sure.

We really enjoyed our lunch. We got the steak and the ribs off the lunch menu both were wonderful. The fries were really good.

Our first time at this restaurant chain, and we were very disappointed with our food. The ribs were excellent, but the coleslaw tasted old and rotten. The frys were cold. And the salmon tartar , did not look like the picture on the Menu..

Food quality is okay but the food you get is way overpriced. Service crews sometimes do not understand proper English and can be racist. I won't recommend it for the money you will spend.

Lovely till the last bite, nice cocktails, smooth place to have a good bite with some good friends and family! They do have English menus here an the waitresses speak English too! Appetizers are cool.. ordered the fried calamari, portion was decent!

Food is always perfect, steak is always cooked to perfection. I always have mine steak med-rare Chicago style and so far they always made it perfect. Sandwich with beef and onions is also with the sauce so much flavours. And gnoochi with a beef meat was also the best i had. its just sad that they dont have it anymore on the menu

Not good. We ordered 3 steaks, and they were all burnt. The food quality here is pretty low, especially considering the price. I cannot reccomend this place to anyone. Our server was very friendly though! We've wondered for years how good this place was.. Now I wonder how it stays open.

Excellent service. Food was great, ribs were not impressive but the steak, shrimps were wonderful. Drink was amazing and the gluten free chocolate cake was amazing.

We had a great meal with great service. The Louisiana chicken salad was really good. My boyfriend's prime rib had hardly any fat on it and he really liked it. They have an extensive drink menu.

Drink ordered was never received. Food took over an hour to arrive and that after a reminder was give. One guest did not receive correct order after all the wait. Were belatedly informed that person who took the order did not understand english well. It would have been nice to have had our order verified immediately. No apologies, no excuses. Food tasteless. Extremely disapointing. Would give it a minus 1!

Very friendly environment, classy atmosphere, server was very professional, very happy with the service provided and the food was delicious! Prices are reasonable as well. One of the best chain restaurants I’ve ever been. Definitely recommend!

Service was really fast. I usually like my ribs a little warmer than that but it was still pretty good.

Potato soup had more of a creamy mashed potato feel, but was very tasty. The flank steak was perfectly cooked to my desired medium rare, perfectly tender, had a nice char to it. Sweet potato fries with the spicy mayo was divine, the veggies still had a bite to them which was nice. For dessert we ordered the creme brulé and the pouding chomeur. Creme brulé was traditional and straight forward, the pouding had delicious ice cream, the cake part was good but the bottom of it felt like it had way too much liquid and ended in a soup consistency so not something we'd order again. Our server, Normand, was very professional and kind.

Food was delicious and service by Diane was great. We returned for a second time during the week at a different location it was that good!

Definitely much better than it was a few months ago. It really shows that they took customer feedback seriously. New items on the menu and more professional staff than before. Kudos!

Food arrived late, it was cold, it was very over priced for add ons. The shrimps and scallops were tiny. Memorable in all the wrong ways.

We decided to go eat here after visiting the amusement parc , the atmosphere was nice … all the staff was super friendly and the food was delicious … the server was super amazing with the kids and let them order themselves and listened to them when they spoke ! Would 100% come back next time we’re in the area Personal opinion, but wouldn’t change the rating ; the dessert menu could be a little bigger or updated maybe … not everyone enjoys cheesecake But regardless was a good visit

Delicious steaks. Family oriented restaurant. My son ordered steak medium, but it looked like blue. They took it and cooked it properly. I recommend this restaurant.

Arrived at 6:16 and ordered spinach dip Beer and steak dinner Steak arrived at 7:46 not cooked to my request. Sent back the entire meal and paid for what we consumed Although it was Monday and the restaurant was 1/3 capacity They gave me the same old sob story about staff shortages. My take is this if you can t handle your customers ,take down your sign

This is a wonderful place to eat and if you love steak.. order the flank steak with garlic mashed. It's not on the menu but we all know about it and keep coming back for it. The most tender and juicy steak we've ever had, anywhere!

This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. 45 minutes after ordering we were told they did not have the item we ordered. In that time the waiter never returned to see if we needed anything. He didn't even bring our alternate food order. Another worker did. And no one came to check on us until we requested the bill. Of course this was because we spoke English and not French. So petty and embarrassing for Baton Rouge. They should pull this bush league franchisee.
