Tour was fun, but not interesting enough to keep the kiddos intrigued so had to spend time entertaining them and missed out on some explanations from the tour guide. Ordered cookies 🍪 and got them served still raw 🥚so check them at counter before going back up 2 levels 🤣. Gift shop doesn’t have any stuffed animals 🚫🧸. Also, be careful if you sit on upper outdoor deck because we got black soot pieces blown everywhere and got some on our clothes and, off course, kiddos got their hands dirty because they wanted to draw 😒. Got this tour as part of a promotion package with other activity at a very good discount $$ !

Really enjoyed the cruise. You will get an idea about then history Quebec city and its neighbourhoods from the commentary by the crew. 90 minutes well spent.

They go up north to the Falls. But note that they don’t go under the bridge. But the best part was the tour guide who kept up an almost non stop dialogue of interesting history and tidbits. That’s what made the trip the most worthwhile.

When I went to Quebec end of October, it was raining every day, I don't get to see beautiful sunny blue sky views. So we were just kept ordering drinks. Our tour guide David is awesome, he talks non-stop between french & English and he's funny and friendly.

These people operate quite a few things amongst whale tours. That was the purpose of our visit. In the whale tours they have big boats and the smaller zodiac. We had actually booked them for our tour via "Get your ride " who is their partner. We missed our time of 1.30 and reached at 2.15 because of traffic and construction. We were sure our money was gone - 350 dollars. On reaching there we spoke to their people- the girls at the counter were awesome and super friendly. They offered us a ride the next day but we were busy. So we booked another ride for the same day paying 320 dollars. But they then refunded it saying it would clash with their partners policy. We got our ride for the evening without paying a cent. There are a lot of good people still in this world. Their staff is really good - we could not speak French but they made us feel comfortable by speaking English. We need more people like them all over. The cruise itself was awesome and an experience of a lifetime. The zodiac is a safe boat and was very stable. We had a great Captain who kept us entertained. If you are in Quebec city go for this tour - it is about 3 hours away in Baie St Catherine and Tadussac.

It was quite a pleasant boat ride. Beautiful scenery of Quebec city. You could see the famous waterfalls on the river. Enjoyable. Worth the time and money.

It was a fascinating experience, seeing Quebec City and the surrounding area from the river. Also, the staff and captain were friendly with welcoming faces, one of the most important reasons for going on this tour was to see Montmorency Falls, Unfortunately, they did not get close to the waterfall, and I could not get a good view of the waterfall, The surrounding scenery was beautiful, and it was nice to see the old Quebec from the river. The tour was about an hour and a half, and the cost per person was $51 after tax. I recommend this Tour

The cruise was good and the views are nice. However, the branch doesn’t worth the price at all. Everything cheap and doesn’t taste good at all. I would recommend to go for just the cruise, without having brunch or dinner.

The best cruise I have ever had. Great ship, and great customer service and an amazing guide. Best views of Quebec city and Montmorrency Falls. All staff were helpful, nice and smiling. It is a must-do cruise if visiting Quebec. Would definitely go back again

The guide is professional and knowledgeable!! Really enjoyed his speech and the trip, even though the weather was not nice and we could only see the falls from far. Next time would go for the night view.

Went on the AML Saint Jolliet evening cruise, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Staff are very nice, and the open bar is a great added bonus. However, this is more of a social cruise, and less of a sightseeing cruise, even though the sights are quite nice, the cruise does not go in depth on the history or details of the sights. Nonetheless, it was a great cruise with passable food and good entertainment. As an added bonus, the view of old city quebec at night is gorgeous, and the cruise ends at 11, which is the perfect time to have one last look around the city before heading home or to your hotel.

We had a very good experience with Croisières AML Québec Billetterie. The cruise was absolutely delightful, and the views were stunning. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the journey even more enjoyable. It's a memorable and scenic tour of Quebec city from the water.

My wife and I did the 5 course meal cruise. The food was good. We both ordered the salmon which tasted like Costco salmon. Coffee/tea were cheap brands. The entertainment during the meal was good. After the meal was done, it was only club/DJ music that was on the second deck and that Crown mainly consisted of younger drunk individuals. We enjoyed the meal but for the price we paid of $190/person, we wouldn’t do it again. Save your money and eat at a restaurant near the river and enjoy free entertainment on the streets.

So easy to book, efficient and reliable. Loved it, highly recommended. Please take English speakers a little more seriously, I'd say content was 60 French, 40 English

Enjoyed an excellent and fast ride on their water shuttle (navette fluviale) from the Bassin-Louise in Quebec City to the pier at Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré. Boat was fast and it was lovely sitting on the open air deck for the ride down the river and then sitting indoors in the 270 degree glass wall interior on the ride back. I paid round-trip $23 for my ticket, which I think is a bargain given that it was 2-hours on the water on what was a beautiful ride. Glad to help out this family business which has been operating for a long time and are clearly pros at what they do. I hope they consider adding a similar water shuttle from Quebec City to the Ile d'Orléans.

Experimented the new shuttle boat serving Ste-Anne de Beaupré. Took the one way trip with our bikes and came back on Chemin Royal, a treat! It would have been nice to have comments during the cruise to describe the sites we were passing by. Overall a nice experience.

Went for the escape on the cruise in afternoon. Good thing we sat in the roofy are but it's disappointing to see people standing in front of you. There is no policy , neither nay monitoring to tell them to move. People can come and keep chairs randomly in front of you. Destroys the whole experience. Either they should increase the seating capacity or only allow limited number that can sit next to the rails

Good experience. The food was not good enough for the price, however, the sangria was outstanding.

Loved the guided tour, amazing and fantastic guide. The food service was painfully slow and had to cancel the order just because it was time to deboard till the order could be prepared.

It's was my very 1st experience of taking a Cruise ship Ride and it was amazing, Cruise Staff is very nice and friendly it's really big too in size. It can take upto 1000people at one time for tour, very clean and guide was not so loud but it might be bcz of windy weather. Overall amazing experience, we had drinks and tacos.
