We went there to try some chocolates and cakes since we had heard a lot about it. It even has a small museum about the history of chocolates and how cocoa is extracted from the beans, its really informative and it also has a display window to see how chocolates are made in live, we tried the hot chocolate (Bambini) and it was nice, but it would have tasted better if would have served hot. We even tried the cup cakes and they were good too, the only downside was I personally felt the chocolates were really expensive and did not find there was value for money.Lastly Please like my review if it was helpful. Thank u!

Chocolate is my thing, so obviously I had to stock up. All the Halloween designs were really fun and original, but it’s pricy. Délicieux!!

Lovely little shop with an assortment of homemade chocolates and fudges. Multiple options for artisan hot chocolate which I particularly enjoyed. You can get it to go or in a mug, they have 2 little seating areas by the windows with a view of the street. Only could fit about 6 people. There's also a small, free exhibit on the sourcing and production of chocolate.

They are serious about their chocolate, in a good non-pretentious way. We tried a variety of pralines and they were delicious, smooth and well balanced, but with a nice flavour twist yo make them interesting. Will visit again.

I would highly reccomend Érico to those chocolate lovers. Theres a tiny museum in the shop which tells you about its history and how they make their chocolate. I got the Meringue which cost a bit more then I expected but so worth it.

I remember the first time I went to Erico. I was young, their store front was a chocolate made greek mythology sculpture. They had tomato and cucumber ice cream. Fast forward to today, I still feel the magic when I enter the store. It smells like chocolate, their cookies are so good. Brownies, blondies, chocolate cake, I tasted it all. The prices are more than fair and the variety of choice is overwhelming (in a good way)!

Really cute chocolate museum, the visit is free and they have interactive games. On the other side is a chocolate shop with pastries and ice cream. The chocolate ice cream was delicious. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly.

Italian chocolate for the cold winter day is a MUST!!! But don't go late during the day as the quantities are limited. I also liked the Museum of the Chocolate, while I gave it four stars as it lacks a "refresh". You have the impression that it was last painted at least 20 years ago.

The best chocolate shop I've been to in North America. Everything is delicious at Érico, but my favorites are their chocolate cake, chocolate fudge, and truffles. There's a good selection of different chocolate and a ton of truffle options. Everyone will find something they love here. They also have a cute little chocolate museum and a little window to see into the back where they make all the delicious sweets.

Free museum was interesting, though a lot of interactive exhibits were not working. There was a small seating area inside where we enjoyed two delicious desserts.

What a fun chocolate shop! There is a museum about cocoa and a window into the kitchen where the chocolate creations are made. The blondies and the eclair were delicious!

I tried their hot chocolate and it was a perfect drink to have on a cold day. Thick and full of flavor. They have so many varieties of chocolate too. The adjoint museum has a lot of interesting chocolate related history.

Cute and charming little shop. There is a small chocolate museum kind of thing on the left half of the place. Got their ice cream and a few truffles. The triple (or was it 4?) chocolate scoop was excellent.

This chocolate cafe is a good place for a chocolate overload. They serve drinks, cakes, pastries, ice cream all with chocolate, and even chocolate and truffles to takeaway. We had a chocolate eclair and Erico chocolate ice cream on a cone which were both rich with chocolate, enough to satisfy many lovers of chocolate. If not, there are options which offer multiple layers of chocolate (think Triple choc or death by chocolate). There's a small amount of help-yourself seating here, a few tables inside and some out front. It's situated away from the heavy traffic tourist area so we were able to find seating easily enough. Otherwise, there's always the option of takeaway. You need to be a serious chocoholic to enjoy this place, otherwise you best look elsewhere.

Tried their hot chocolate drink and Monalisa - white chocolate - both were quite delicious.

The museum is actually really small. It's just one room. The chocolate there was amazing though!

This is a must go when I visit Quebec city. I first came to check out the museum which is a small exploration of the history with some antique artifacts but I keep coming back for the chocolate. The hot chocolate is incredible and so much variety. My favorite is the 70% chocolate called espresso (no coffee in it) with the Aztec spices added. I recently tried their chai morsels and wow... So good and creamy.
