Nice little hotel. Staff was friendly. The only problem we had was - there's only open bath in the bedroom, no curtain no cover and you can't shower (water will be everywhere)

I recently stayed at Auberge Aux Deux Lions hotel in Quebec for two nights with my family and we had an amazing time. We stayed in the Loft Vieux-Quebec family room, which was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, dining table, TV, and working desk. The hotel itself is an old house, which only added to the charm of our stay. The room was clean and tidy, and we especially enjoyed the small patio on the first floor for some relaxation time. The large kitchen on the first floor was also a great feature for families at that floor. The hotel's location couldn't have been better - just two minutes away from grocery stores, bars, and fancy restaurants. It was only a 15-minute walk to downtown, and the bus stop was just a minute away, making it easy to go anywhere we wanted. The hotel also had a payable garage, which was necessary in Quebec. Overall, our stay was perfect, and I would highly recommend Auberge Aux Deux Lions to anyone visiting Quebec. The lovely restaurant on the main level was perfect for breakfast or coffee/tea times, and the atmosphere was great. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated. Felt like home with kitchen area to make coffee and sit. Service was excellent, very polite and discreet staff. Great rates and perfect location if you want to go walking. Only the parking was very tight, good for small vehicles. Will definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel in great location near Avenue Cartier. Beautiful rooms, comfortably appointed. Very nice owners who help you with anything you need. Like a 'Home away from home'. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay and well situated! When I forgot some clothes there, the staff went above and beyond to return them. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Good location with only a short walk to Québec‘s old town. Lovely family room and good wifi. We were explained the map and where to go / what to do by a very nice receptionist.

We stayed two nights at this lovely little inn earlier this month. Lynn was so helpful and friendly, gave us great suggestions for restaurants, and answered our questions about what to do in the city. The rooms were charming, clean, and the beds so comfortable... thanks so much for a fantastic experience!

Lovely attentive staff. Terrace was a great place to relax between outings. Great location to walk to restaurants, shopping, Old City, and Plaines of Abraham. Charming, Unique, and Clean room we really enjoyed. This place aligned with our experience of Quebec city perfectly. There is a mini fridge in the guest common space but it would be nice to have one in the room. The kitchenette common area was a great additional space. We would book again in a heart beat. Thank you so much for a great stay!!!!

Really cute perfectly decorated boutique hotel not far from old Quebec. Parking is limited. Clean, quiet rooms with modern conveniences. Neat shared spaces such as a Terrace, a quiet shaded garden area, and a Kitchen. Wonderful helpful staff. And most importantly my wife loved it and its charm. We would gladly stay again.

We loved our stay here! The (who I guess is the) manager said his English wasn't good, showed us our room. I will say his English was good enough to make us non-French speaking feel well informed. Thank you for the very comfortable, clean, feel at home stay. We will return!

A beautiful hotel! And the owners were incredibly gracious and eager to provide us a comfortable stay! Their English was difficult at times, but if you speak even a small amount of French, it's easy to communicate when them. The room was clean, up-to- date, and quiet. I loved the lighting, wall art, and lava lamp! And breakfast was simple and delicious! I look forward to stating here again in the future!!

Beautiful hotel along with amazing hosts/staff - Jose, Phillip, Marc and Phillipe! Their hospitality was above and beyond. They have made us feel like we were right at home, which made our trip incredibly special. The breakfast was great and our room was absolutely comfortable. The hotel is well-located as it is a short walk to Old Quebec city. I highly recommend it! I am definitely coming back.

Fantastic auberge with authentic Parisian croissants that are so good that I might be addicted to them. Wonderful personal service by the inn keepers who could not be warmer and more welcoming. We enjoyed the beautifully appointed rooms and the individual decor in the hallways and the breakfast room. The proximity to Quebec downtown is a plus, as everything can be reached on foot. Downtown is only about a 15 min walk from the Auberge. The neighborhood right around the Auberge Aux deux Lions is young, fun, and full of restaurants, shops and bars. Highly recommended.

Endlessly charming little auberge. We arrived at night, and the resulting mystique of being the only ones still up resulted in us just exploring the halls and lobbies of the house. Every little corner of it really was just that remarkable. People complaining that the rooms are small are overlooking the fact that this is an auberge, and that you shouldn't be expecting a Fairmont-type experience by checking in here. The room was clean, well-furnished, and its decor was overall very chic. Location is excellent; a five-minute walk to the city walls of Old Quebec (casually passing by the Parliament of Quebec along the way). The only way you could really do better would be to book the Chateau Frontenac itself. The inn's proprietor was also very friendly; while his grasp on English wasn't absolutely 100%, he was always happy to meet new guests, initially greeting us over breakfast. We came in by car, and I still remember him being curious about the big green N that I had to put on the back because of my BC Class 7 driver's licence. I absolutely recommend this place if you're planning to visit Quebec City. It's an experience in of itself.
